Hunter Biden’s business partner at Burisma, Devon Archer, testified about the nature of the business construct and the flow of payments to the Biden family. The House Oversight Committee has released the 141-page transcript [READ HERE].
Within the transcript, when Democrat representative and lawyer Daniel Goldman questioned Mr. Archer about the exact value of having the Biden family as part of the Burisma Holdings organization, Archer informed Goldman the intent of the partnership was for the Biden family to keep the legal inquiry about the business operation under control.
Various foreign businesses contracted with Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, specifically because Joe Biden could address their interests and influence government,

Prior to departing the airport in Washington DC, President Trump paused to deliver brief remarks to the assembled media following his persecution on behalf of a corrupt regime. WATCH: (video)Always reserved to honor. Always deliberate in brutal honesty. Always professional, even in pragmatic approach!
Inasmuch as it is infuriating to see our great constitutional republic being shredded by the leftists, Marxists and overt communists that have infiltrated the institutions of political power, I must say there is just something incredibly inspiring about how one man, Donald John Trump, is willing to face down this entire system on our behalf.
I do not meter these words lightly.

Tucker Carlson sad down with Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer following Mr. Archer’s testimony to a House Oversight Committee. {Direct Rumble Link}. (snip)
Within this part of the interview Tucker Carlson asks Devon Archer about the overall business model Archer and Biden formed in Burisma and what was the specific set of skills that Hunter brought to the enterprise. As noted by Mr. Archer, the relationship and purpose of Hunter Biden was entirely about access to government systems that could benefit the businesses who hired their firm. They were selling influence as a business model and Joe Biden was part of the process.

Joe Biden famously bragged that while vice president, he forced the firing of Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Viktor Shokin, by threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. government aid from the financially strapped European country. Biden’s boast, however, now threatens his presidency because overwhelming evidence indicates the Ukrainian energy company, Burisma, paid Hunter Biden millions to have his father deal with Shokin.
In response to this most serious of scandals, Biden and his Democrat and media backers are pushing the most ridiculous of narratives: Biden didn’t want Shokin fired for investigating Burisma, but for not investigating Burisma. Then-Vice President Biden was only executing American policy

An Alabama doctor and university researcher who has offered misinformation about COVID-19 has been selected to succeed Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Dr. Jeanne Marrazzo has been selected to become director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)(snip)Dr. Marrazzo has decried doctors for supposedly spreading misinformation about COVID-19, and ABIM has said that spreading misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines might result in the revocation of certifications.
However, a review of Dr. Marrazzo’s statements shows that she herself has spread misinformation.
In November 2020, for instance, she falsely claimed that 10 percent of people who contracted COVID-19 died.

Special counsel Jack Smith’s team made a startling admission in its case against former President Donald Trump, acknowledging in a new court filing that it failed to turn over all evidence to Mr. Trump’s legal team as required by law and falsely claimed that it had.
Mr. Smith’s team said in a July 31 court filing (pdf) in its classified documents case against the former president that it had incorrectly claimed during a July 18 court hearing that it had provided all Mar-a-Lago surveillance footage to Mr. Trump’s defense attorneys, as required by law.

Special Counsel Jack Smith’s latest indictment against President Trump seeks to criminalize political speech and taking incorrect legal advice. Americans of all political stripes should be furious and deeply concerned by the course Smith has set this country on.
I have reviewed the new Trump indictment closely, and sadly, it is exactly what we have come to expect from Smith’s team — a highly political document, riddled with legal and factual infirmities. This indictment should have never been brought to a grand jury in the first place. Moreover, its timing, particularly in light of Smith’s statements and actions in the Trump documents case, is so highly suspect that it casts

Gee, who woulda thunk? A couple of data points to highlight the construct of something we have predicted for a year. Those who control the illusion of choice within each club, RNC and DNC, have always looked to be constructing a 2024 outcome where Gavin Newsom competes against Ron DeSantis.First, California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom has recently set up a Political Action Committee (PAC) and a Super PAC that would seemingly support the perspective of his presidential ambitions.(snip)One day later, Ron DeSantis announces on the Moudoch news channel(snip), that he is willing to debate Gavin Newsom this November.

Financier George Soros is almost single-handedly bankrolling a mysterious Texas entity working to build up progressive infrastructure across the Lone Star State in attempts to elect more Democrats, records reviewed by Fox News Digital show.
According to Federal Election Commission filings released Monday, George Soros's Democracy PAC II has provided $750,000 to the Texas Majority PAC during the year's first half. Meanwhile, the Texas Majority PAC's state filings show that the group raised $752,040 during that time, meaning Soros has financially propelled the group.
Texas Majority PAC has maneuvered in the shadows, and virtually no information about the group is available online.

The Wall Street Journal editorial board argued Sunday that Hunter Biden could be prosecuted for violating a "long-ignored law" that special counsel Robert Mueller used to much liberal fanfare in the Russia collusion investigation.
"Judge Maryellen Noreika asked the prosecution and defense in court if their agreement meant the President’s son could still be prosecuted for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Hunter’s lawyers said no, but the prosecutor said yes, and Hunter can thank Robert Mueller if he is prosecuted under that statute," The Wall Street Journal wrote.
Hunter Biden's alleged overseas business dealings, tax evasion and gun charges have made him a target of a federal investigation.

A New York Supreme Court judge has quashed a pair of subpoenas brought by Manhattan district attorneys seeking emails sent by former first lady Melania Trump in a case against former President Donald Trump.
Prosecutors for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office had issued the subpoenas seeking emails from Melania Trump and other documents as part of Mr. Bragg’s case against the former president over alleged falsification of business records.
But those subpoenas were quashed by New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan, who said in a ruling (pdf) attached to a July 27 court filing that the subpoenas were far too broad in scope.
