Rather than write 10,000 highly specific and legally granular words to deconstruct the Trump indictment, I will share the opinion of others with supporting analysis and add some substance to the issues. (snip)
First, it is important to always remember why this indictment is taking place. The DOJ, specifically Lisa Monaco, are continuing the offensive against Trump in large part to cover for the actions of the Obama administration in the originating targeting of their political opposition. Originating Spygate operations (’15-’16), Russiagate (’16-’17), Mueller (’17-’19), Impeachment #1 (’19-’20), Durham (’19-’23) and Jack Smith ’22-present, are all part of one long continuum of weaponized DOJ and FBI operations.

The indictment news is both damning and frivolous..... I don't know what to believe. The Psy-ops must be working on me.

Clark's point generates some interesting questions. In 1973, Judge William (Matt) Byrne, Jr., a Republican, dismissed all charges of espionage against Daniel Ellsberg and Anthony Russo based on prosecutorial misconduct. Ellsberg was facing 115 years in prison for giving 7,000 pages of classified defense department documents to the New York Times.
So, a few questions. How is it that the prosecution came into possession of the alleged taped conversation? Was this tape taken pursuant to the Mar-a-Lago search for documents? If not, did it require another warrant? In light of prior FBI perjurious and misleading misconduct in procuring the warrant from the FISA court at the outset of the Russia hoax, Trump is justified in his chain-of-custody concern about a possible post-search augmentation of documents allegedly found in his home. Unfortunately, the circuit court reversed the appointment of a special master to take hold of and inventory all documents allegedly seized at the compound, so whether augmentation has occurred is a matter of FBI credibility. Finally, if the tape and General Milley's plans for the invasion of Iran were so sensitive, why did DOJ leak their contents? Was it an attempt to influence the prospective jury pool in a coming prosecution?
It is extremely regrettable that the prosecution cannot be given the benefit of the doubt, but the FBI's treatment of Trump has been far different from the search for Hillary's files, the disclosure of Hunter Biden's laptop, and its knowledge from an allegedly "highly credible" source that the current President has taken millions of dollars in bribes from China. It is all very troubling. Judge Matt Byrne would likely have thought so as well.

Here it is the most concise timeline of the criminal, treasonous, evil, and vile persecution of the only righteous man ever sent to the whitehouse. Trump will go down in history as the greatist american for keeping his stand against the cabal. God bless the man of the people President Donald J. Trump.

This the best article of the day. Because it points that the man in charge is not the President. He is the Ex president, and he admis his idea is to cripple America.

To see our military headed by a traitor like Milley who told the Chinese he would let them know if an attack was coming is frightening.

I don’t trust any part of the DOJ including judges. This sounds like a solid opinion but it doesn’t take into account the complete corruption of the government.

A lot of people I read or listen to agree with Jeff Clark that the first two charges are not actually crimes. Can a person be convicted of obstruction relating to something that is not a crime?

Do the 70 memory holed docs reveal the corruption of the deep state? Obama? Hillary? Biden?
Aren't records coppied/digitized?
Don't you think DJT has multiple copies of all this stuff stashed where nobody can destroy the evidence?
And do you think#4 (Columba) is the troll assigned to Lucianne?

Another thought. These last 8 years, this persecution of Donald Trump (even before inauguration) by the Deep State/Commies in our government has been done with our taxpayer monies $$$$, but President Trump has had to fight back legally with
his own money. No other man could do this without going bankrupt. These Marxists/Commies in our government are
using our money to try to destroy their enemy, PDJT. How sick is that? And I resent like hell that our taxes are being used to do
these evil acts in our name!
