Support for gay marriage continues to climb steadily over time, according to Gallup survey data, while public support for transgenderism appears to be cratering.
A new Gallup poll out Monday reveals an overwhelming majority of Americans believe biological sex should define participation in athletic competition. Sixty-nine percent of the 1,011 adults surveyed between May 1-24 said athletes should only be allowed to compete on teams that match their birth gender, up from 62 percent just two years ago. Even 64 percent of participants who reported knowing a transgender person said sports leagues should be segregated based on sex.

Devin Nunes was previously the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. (snip) Nunes was a member of the Gang of Eight who are briefed on all intelligence issues at the same level as the President, the chief executive. (snip)
As the HPSCI chairman, Nunes has a very granular understanding of intelligence language and the way the intelligence apparatus uses words within national security documents. When Nunes talks about national security documents, he is a subject matter expert on the administration side of the process. (snip) Nunes knows how to contrast the wording in the Jack Smith indictment against wording used to describe national security documents.

Things are certainly getting interesting on the Biden bribery story. Apparently, in the unclassified interview with the Confidential Human Source, the FBI redacted the source alleging he has audio recordings of himself speaking to Joe Biden.
Senator Chuck Grassley revealed this little bit of information today from the security of the Senate floor. WATCH:(video)According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses fifteen audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden. According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then-Vice President Joe Biden. These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy

I have no idea what most of the letters stand for in LGBTQQIAAP2S+ and neither do its adherents because it is hard to keep up with the ever-changing founding principles of this religion. Well, it was built on sand, wasn’t it?
I do know that gay pride month 2023 has been a huge loser for LGBTQQIAAP2S+ Marxism despite its status as a media-approved political movement that is funded by Corporate America and promoted by the government. Boycotts of Bud Light and Target are taking hold and showing Corporate America the price it could pay for peddling LGBTQQIAAP2S+ instead of their products.
LGBTQQIAAP2S+ has turned Americans off.

Ron DeSantis’s campaign wants him to meet and take more questions from ordinary voters to overcome fears about his temperament, DailyMail.com has learned.
The 44-year-old has so far shied away from Q&A sessions on the road, despite being a standard feature of U.S. politics.
The Florida Governor, who is currently in a distant second place behind Donald Trump in opinion polls, has also evaded media scrutiny at his public events.(snip)Now, three DeSantis staffers have said they have concerns about the Navy veteran’s presentational style after being overshadowed by his wife Casey at rallies.

Former President Donald Trump revealed whether he will drop out of the 2024 race if he is convicted in connection to a Department of Justice case over whether he mishandled classified documents.
In an interview with Politico, the 45th president and current GOP frontrunner was asked about if he would drop out of the race(snip)Trump stated that he believes he won’t be convicted and doesn’t plan on taking a plea deal with prosecutors.
“I’ll never leave,” (snip) “Look, if I would have left, I would have left prior to the original race in 2016. That was a rough one. In theory that was not doable.”

We are patriots engaged in a battle of consequence!
We are the workforce.
We are also digital warriors, meme creators, artists, researchers, autists and ordinarily invisible people now considered dissidents in our own country.
We are the backbone of industry, the people who keep it all functioning, the builders, diggers and blue-collar workforce that keeps everything functioning.
We are the people they will never fully control. We speak in languages they do not understand, and we absorb targeted ridicule as fuel.
We are the movers of goods, the truckers, the farmers, the nameless people behind the skilled trades that keep what they call American society moving.

Yes, it’s true, according to the information contained in the Jack Smith indictment of President Donald John Trump, The Conservative Treehouse likely holds similar “classified documents” as outlined in the case by the special prosecutor.
Once you understand how, you then understand one of the most overlooked nonsensical aspects to the insufferable DOJ and FBI case (anip)
It is entirely possible for a person, any person, especially a person who follows the news, to possess documents containing “classified markings.” The indictment accuses President Trump of withholding documents containing “classified markings,” a very specifically deployed obtuse wording intended to create the implication of something nefarious where nothing nefarious exists.

Florida’s Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis and his 2024 presidential campaign have come under criticism for using fake images generated with artificial intelligence (AI) depicting former President Donald Trump with Dr. Anthony Fauci.
A Twitter account called DeSantis War Room shared a video showing several images of Trump and Fauci, three of which depicted Trump hugging and kissing Fauci on the face with the caption “REAL LIFE TRUMP,” suggesting a close relationship.
“Donald Trump became a household name by FIRING countless people *on television.* But when it came to Fauci …,” (snip)
the three images showing Trump hugging and kissing Fauci were later identified as fake and AI-generated by AFP Fact Check.

On Friday’s broadcast of Newsmax TV’s “The Record,” Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz commented on the indictment against former President Donald Trump and the Espionage Act charges contained in the indictment by saying that the Espionage Act “is one of the most dangerous and unconstitutional statutes ever passed” that was passed with the intent to jail dissidents. And that for several decades, “every liberal, every progressive, every Democrat I know was against this statute” but now they are “all rooting for it to be applied broadly to conduct that has nothing to do with espionage” and didn’t put national security at risk.

Rather than write 10,000 highly specific and legally granular words to deconstruct the Trump indictment, I will share the opinion of others with supporting analysis and add some substance to the issues. (snip)
First, it is important to always remember why this indictment is taking place. The DOJ, specifically Lisa Monaco, are continuing the offensive against Trump in large part to cover for the actions of the Obama administration in the originating targeting of their political opposition. Originating Spygate operations (’15-’16), Russiagate (’16-’17), Mueller (’17-’19), Impeachment #1 (’19-’20), Durham (’19-’23) and Jack Smith ’22-present, are all part of one long continuum of weaponized DOJ and FBI operations.

I need to get this out of the way up front. I’m disappointed in one of my go-to legal analysts, Jonathan Turley. I understand that he’s a buddy of Bluto Barr and that—having read between the lines over the preceding several years—he’s probably a Never Trumper at heart, despite his fairminded handling of the faux impeachments. I expected better of him here.Onward. CTH has been hammering away on the Espionage Act angle—793(e). And with good reason. Obviously CTH is getting some good legal advice. Here CTH highlights a common misunderstanding. Violations of the Espionage Act need not involve “classified” documents. In fact, the entire classification system is a post WW2 innovation:
