Last week, CBS “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan asked Democratic Rep. Dan Goldman why President Biden would dispatch his personal attorney, who didn’t have proper security clearance, to his Delaware home to search for classified documents. Presumably, Brennan believed that when searching for classified documents, one should have the credentials to actually read them. Brennan’s focus on who was reviewing Biden’s papers touched on a potentially interesting line of inquiry. The question hanging in the air, however, relates to the discovery that started this whole process: Why would lawyers be “packing up” Biden’s office

The following question "How secure is the SCI Facility for the storage of SCI documents in the US Capitol Building?" has never been asked. It must be like Swiss Cheese for all the documents to be taken from the Facility and never have been accounted for. What kind of security is our Government running?

How about: if you want someone to sanitize your incriminating stolen documents, you'd want the one person, besides Dr. Jill, that can't be forced to testify against you....your personal attorney. Or am I wrong. I'm not a lawyer.

The Biden attorney are searching through Biden's documents for incriminating evidence that they know will be subpoenaed by the New Republican House. It was, and is, an incrimintating file shredding operation. The classified documents found caused a problem, but the DOJ kept it secret, until the Republicans took control of the House, and named their committee chairs.

Nuther couple of points....SS Blinken was the Director of the Pen Biden center during that time, until he was confirmed by the Senate. Several other "Employees" there were just hired to give them a paycheck between Joe leaving office and the start of the campaign, or Whitehouse jobs after it.
Point 2: The "Personal Lawyer" in question is the one tasked with defending the Biden "Family" issues, not just Joe, but also hunter, his brother, sister, nieces, and grand kids. The trail of documents also included several other sites, the 5800sqft repository space the Govt archives provided, and the Mansion(formerly owned by Alexander Haig) that Biden leased as his personal office space prior to the Biden/Penn Centers opening.
PS: The building the Pen Biden Center is in Advertises itself as "The Closest Commercial Office space to the US Capitol" and "A front row seat to POWER"(yes they capitolize power) and is owned by the International Brotherhood of Carpenters Union. Rents(unimproved spaces) run about $49 sq ft.
In this Cnn story they show a floorplan of the Biden spaces, while they "claim" that there are three neaby "closets", only one is accessible from Bidens office, and not just "General Usage space" for more public areas. "Bidens Closet" is about half the size of Bidens desk. and since he was very seldom there...who else used that space? Was the closet actually locked? Who had keys? Photos taken at the grand opening and other events/parties show cameras mounted on the walls....who has the tapes?

Oh, Gee....there is also the question about the massive repository of Bidens senate stuff. Which he has stored at yet another location and will not even grant FOIA requests for details of his voting records, let alone any communications, note, schedules, visitor/meeting /agenda logs. No one has access except his ghost writers, and he has tried to have the rest sealed for 20+ years.

Waiting to see how Merrick is going to come out of this without looking like a political hack.
