Hell’s Kitchen public school overwhelmed

More than 100 migrant kids flooded into one Hell’s Kitchen elementary school — swelling class sizes up to 38 students, The Post has learned. The children — between 100 and 120 — were among the wave of asylum seekers pouring into the Big Apple, including on buses from Texas, some staying at a nearby shelter. PS 111 on West 53rd Street normally has class sizes of 25 to 30. As the classes filled with newcomers, the school wound up sending 15 of the kids to nearby PS 51, where they were enrolled in “transitional bilingual” classes, according to a PS 111 insider.

This is going to happen in public schools all over the country and local taxpayers are going to have to pick up the costs for expanded or new schools and all sorts of bilingual teachers. The Democrats and their Teachers Union Allies will make sure of that! That will be one of the primary transformations of larger numbers of illegal aliens to future Democrat supporters and eventual voters by the millions.

Well New York you asked for it. This is what you get for being a sanctuary city. You’re getting a taste what Brownsville Texas has been facing for months. You should’ve thought of this when you voted for President Biden. Get ready more probably coming your way. You can always do an ethnic cleansing like Martha’s Vineyard did And ship them out elsewhere.

Criminy. 35 students per class is about par for the course in an urban school. Stop whining.

NYC has a number of hoity-toity private schools whose parents would of course LOVE for these children to attend - free of charge. I csn assure you that they have the Mayor's private cell number on speed dial. They should call him to point out these other less crowded school opportunities.

Average elementary school size is 528 students...Biden via the Federal Govt is allowing 50,000 minors a month in...requiring either severe over crowding or 95 NEW schools to be built every month. Those are paid by local property taxes...Local govts should start demanding every dollar be refunded/reimbursed from the federal coffers.

Not only can't these kinds speak English, have they had any formal education at all. Plus, how does one determine what grade level to start them in? I'm sure there must be some kind of testing done to determine their education level.

Maybe they can hire Spanish speaking teachers to hold class on the cruise ships the illegals are being treated to. I don’t know it works for the Americans living on the sidewalks.

The new study will investigate bats and other coronaviruses in the wild and will run until August 2027. The organization conducting the study, EcoHealth Alliance, is run by Peter Daszak, who is known to be close to Fauci. In the summer of 2021, emails between Fauci and Daszak leaked. Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed a law Friday that will decriminalize jaywalking across California, ending the familiar practice of police handing out tickets to pedestrians on the argument that the law is enforced more often against minorities than other people. The new law, AB 2147, known as the “Freedom to Walk Act,” could bring an end to a cultural difference that has marked otherwise libertine Californians as being uniquely deferential to laws governing pedestrian traffic. The difference between Californians, who ostensibly tend to obey “don’t walk” signals, and urban dwellers elsewhere in the country, who are notoriously defiant when it comes to crossing against traffic signals, was lampooned

WASHINGTON — Republicans are abandoning their long crusade to repeal the Affordable Care Act, making the 2022 election the first in more than a decade that won’t be fought over whether to protect or undo President Barack Obama’s signature achievement. The diminished appetite for repeal means the law — which has extended health care coverage to millions of people and survived numerous near-death experiences in Congress and the courts — now appears safer than ever. With slightly more than a month before the next election, Republicans in Congress and on the campaign trail aren’t making an issue of Obamacare.

The new price break policy will cover 80 per cent of regular consumption in a bid to try and get Germans to use less gas and make the scenario of shortages less likely.

A good example of more rational speculation is by Jed Babbin at the Spectator: He thinks Russia is the most likely suspect: Germany, Sweden, the United States, and other NATO nations would not have attacked the pipelines.
