"Consider the challenge accepted, Court." Those defiant words by President Joe Biden last week were meant to rally a possibly anemic political base to, in the words of the president, "vote, vote, vote, vote." Ironically, it was the only part of the president's remarks that is consistent with what the Supreme Court actually said in its decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. In overturning Roe v. Wade, the court ruled that millions of citizens, not nine justices, must now decide the question of abortion. In its decision, the court said that in 1973 "Roe abruptly ended (a) political process" of states dealing with the issue of abortion.

Barack Obama sent a scathing email to an ex-White House doctor to stop his 'unprofessional behavior' after he posted a 'cheap shot' Tweet about President Joe Biden's cognitive health. Republican Representative Ronny Jackson made statements about 'the concerning mental gaffes' of 79-year-old Biden. But as the former White House physician to Bush, Obama and Trump, he was qualified to make the criticisms, leading Obama to send a furious message to defend his Democratic colleague. In his new book, Holding the Line: A Lifetime of Defending Democracy and American Values', the Texas representative wrote of the 2020 campaign season: 'Biden was on TV again, making crazy statements and concerning mental gaffes;

First of all, none of you are required to become parents. Some people should never, ever be parents. The shrieking ogres bawling and fainting in front of the Supreme Court recently look like they’d make terrible mothers. (Snip) But for the rest of humanity, the normal people, parenthood is something that beckons like a shimmering far away shore as you exit your teenage years. “One day,” we think, “I’ll get to have my own baby!” Planned Parenthood is the greatest branding triumph in the modern world. President Biden lashed out a reporter who asked what he would say to Democrats who don’t want him to run for a second term Tuesday — insisting that the party is behind him despite a recent survey showing nearly two-thirds of its voters want a different nominee in 2024. “They want me to run,” Biden, 79, said during the White House Congressional Picnic. “Read the poll. Read the polls, Jack. You guys are all the same. That poll showed that 92% of Democrats, if I ran, would vote for me.” “A majority of Democrats say they don’t want you to run again in 2024,” a member of the press retorted.

What’s he doing? He’s not making any news,'” Shaftan said. Of course, Trump does make some news, but it's mostly complaining about the 2020 election results...

The term “Mama Bears” has been commonly used to describe the intense protective instincts displayed by mothers objecting to the targeting of their children by leftwing bureaucrats. It became widely used during last year’s Virginia gubernatorial election and the various school board controversies leading up to it. As education officials attempted to ramp up the indoctrination of Virginia’s children, parents, particularly moms, pushed back fiercely. The term “Mama Bears” soon spread to other parts of the country and the message was clear: Don’t even try to get in between a mother and her kids. We know that mothers can be deeply protective of their young children,

Inflation accelerated to an explosive 9.1% for the 12 months ending in June, according to the consumer price index, the highest level in four decades. The much-anticipated numbers reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics on Wednesday revealed that inflation is still going strong despite the Federal Reserve's interest rate hikes and is near the worst it has been since the Great Inflation that helped bring President Ronald Reagan to office. The soaring inflation has eaten into President Joe Biden’s approval ratings as he and Democrats approach the midterm elections. Consumer prices have been rising fast since last August, especially for staples such as food and gas.
