More than 60,000 unvaccinated Army National Guard and Army Reserve soldiers will be barred from performing their military duties and have their pay and benefits cut because they refuse to get their shots, officials announced on Friday.
'Soldiers who refuse the vaccination order without an approved or pending exemption request are subject to adverse administrative actions, including flags, bars to service, and official reprimands,' according to a statement from the Army.
There are about 40,000 National Guard soldiers and 22,000 Reserve soldiers how have not been vaccinated.

Skadden Arps attorney Mike Ringler said in a letter to Twitter's chief legal officer that “Twitter has not complied with its contractual obligations." For nearly two months, the company has failed to provide Musk with information about fake or spam accounts, the letter said.
Berkeley, Mo.—A man is facing charges after he was accused of beating his neighbor to death in Berkeley, Missouri, Wednesday morning. Isaac Heath, 31, was charged Thursday with first-degree murder, a class-A felony, and armed criminal action. St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell said there was some type of disturbance outside a home on Kathlyn Drive Wednesday morning. The victim, Eileen Schnitker, went outside to check out what was going on and Bell said that's when the woman was attacked. Officials with NASA and the European Space Agency condemned Russia for using the International Space Station to show support for breakaway regions in Ukraine that have aligned with Moscow following its invasion of its neighbor. The two men arrested for allegedly planning to attack a July 4 celebration in Virginia are both in the United States illegally, with one having been deported twice, according to U.S. officials and court documents.

The state of Florida saw a surplus of $21.8 billion for the 2022 fiscal year, the highest in state history and more than 21% higher than the state's spending plan, Gov. Ron DeSantis said Thursday.

Japan has some of the most “restrictive” gun controls in the world – legal provisions that appeared not to prevent the assassination of former Prime Minister Abe Shinzo at the hands of an apparent lone gunman on Friday.
Abe, 67, was shot around 11:30 a.m. Friday while giving a speech in support of conservative legislative candidates in Nara, Japan. The incident was largely caught on video; authorities indicated that he died of cardiovascular failure after being shot with an apparent firearm in the neck, as Breitbart News reported. The Japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun noted a high school student, witness to the shooting, said a man approached Abe from behind while holding what appeared to be a “bazooka.”

A staggering 71 million more people around the world are experiencing poverty as a result of soaring food and energy prices that climbed in the weeks following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the United Nations Development Program said in a report Thursday.
The UNDP estimates that 51.6 million more people fell into poverty in the first three months after the war, living off $1.90 a day or less. Biden is selling off 180 million barrels (one third of the total) from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The stated goal: softening the pain on American citizens from higher gas prices. Releasing the oil should have reduced the price at the pump. Why isn't that happening? Because the oil being released is going to Europe, India, and China.

Psychological projection is the act of attributing one’s unpleasant traits to someone else. Psychological deflection is a way of shifting attention away from one’s poor behavior to another person. Both are used expertly by Democrats, who don’t want the voters to catch on to their act.
