Swatting: Swatting is a criminal harassment tactic of deceiving an emergency service (via such means as hoaxing an emergency services dispatcher) into sending a police or emergency service response team to another person’s address. This is triggered by false reporting of a serious law enforcement emergency, such as a bomb threat, murder, hostage situation, or a false report of a mental health emergency. Heavily armed police on Friday swarmed Steve Bannon’s home on Friday morning following a false report of a shooting at the residence. President Joe Biden is expected to announce that he will sign an executive order on abortion Friday in an attempt to circumvent the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade after getting intense pressure from Democrats who are demanding he “do something.” Three sources have reportedly told the Associated Press that Biden will speak “on protecting access to reproductive health care services.” The president will allegedly outline actions he intends to take to prevent women seeking an abortion from being slapped with penalties following the SCOTUS ruling. Rumored actions involve military bases, the use of federal lands, and the mailing of abortion pills nationwide.

Chilling photos have emerged of the moment Shinzo Abe’s suspected killer casually stands behind him just before he assassinates the former Japanese Prime Minister. The images show Abe — who was Japan’s longest-serving leader — starting a campaign-rally speech in the western region of Nara, smiling as those around him clap. Standing just feet behind the leader, 67, was an innocent-looking masked man wearing military-style pants and with a bag slung around his back. Within minutes of the divisive politician starting his speech, that same man — identified as disgruntled 41-year-old veteran Tetsuya Yamagami — snuck closer to Abe and shot him dead in an attack

Japan has some of the most “restrictive” gun controls in the world – legal provisions that appeared not to prevent the assassination of former Prime Minister Abe Shinzo at the hands of an apparent lone gunman on Friday. Abe, 67, was shot around 11:30 a.m. Friday while giving a speech in support of conservative legislative candidates in Nara, Japan. The incident was largely caught on video; authorities indicated that he died of cardiovascular failure after being shot with an apparent firearm in the neck, as Breitbart News reported. The Japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun noted a high school student, witness to the shooting, said a man approached Abe from behind while holding what appeared to be a “bazooka.”

The president was late to react to the news of Abe’s assassination, issuing a statement just before 9:00 a.m. EST. “I am stunned, outraged, and deeply saddened by the news that my friend Abe Shinzo, former Prime Minister of Japan, was shot and killed while campaigning,”

Millions of children around the world grow up fatherless, and in America this phenomenon can be cited as a significant factor in the deterioration of both our culture and our society. Fatherhood, and more importantly fathers themselves, are critical. For those of us who were fortunate to have had a father who helped raise us, most can point to multiple instances of friction and conflict over the years. Fathers, like all human beings, are imperfect and the relationships they have with their children can be complex. Yet in most cases, particularly when the father is nearing the end of his life, bygones are put aside,

Recently, I detailed five reasons to impeach Joe Biden. Here are two more. 1. Biden is selling our petroleum reserves to China. Biden is selling off 180 million barrels (one third of the total) from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The stated goal: softening the pain on American citizens from higher gas prices. Releasing the oil should have reduced the price at the pump. Why isn't that happening? Because the oil being released is going to Europe, India, and China. "The Biden administration is selling off our emergency oil reserves to China," said Tucker Carlson on Fox's Tucker Carlson Tonight.

In Jenkins, 40, the mayor has elevated a smart, tough and outspoken prosecutor who even former legal adversaries — who were deeply disturbed by this choice — described as talented and formidable. Jenkins is both Black and Latina (but is not San Francisco’s first Black female DA; you’ll recall Vice President Kamala Harris).

Both are used expertly by Democrats, who don’t want the voters to catch on to their act. Anyone who thinks America is badly governed right now can comfort themselves that at least we aren’t Britain. (snip) (Boris) Johnson always hated comparisons with Donald Trump (usually based on nothing more than their hair). He was especially stung when Joe Biden made the link. Johnson believed he was different from traditional conservatives. Perhaps he was. He ignored the UK’s border crisis, pumped money into an unreformed welfare state and raised taxes.
