Today the Democratic House takes a strong step to bring down crucial kitchen table costs of the pump and grocery store and across the board.”
That’s the transcript of what House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on the House floor before all but five of her fellow Democrats voted for the “Lower Food and Fuel Costs Act” last week.
Pelosi’s garbled syntax aside, the only thing this bill would lower is the public’s trust in anything Democrats say these days. Despite its title, this bill would expand government but do nothing – repeat, nothing – to lower prices today, tomorrow, or any time in the future.

It appears that there are only three requirements to serve in this administration: Stupid, Corrupt and Incompetent...

Inflation is caused by governments spending money that they don’t have. In the case of today's inflation your Global Marxist Communist democrats/republicratsGOPeRino's and voters have approved the spending of $5 Trillion dollars that they do not have, plus with plans of spending another $3 Trillion dollars before the end 2024. 91% of their first $1.5 Trillion went to democrat controlled states and cities to pay for their debt incurred by their continuous spending billions more than they have incoming taxes.

Biden himself with a slip of his tongue, for once told the truth of the Marxist Communist democrats.
Speaking to former Barack Obama staffers on Pod Save America, host Dan Pfeiffer asked Biden what his message was to people who have not yet voted.
https://youtu.be/C6u1uKznCYw --- You need not watch the whole interview.
His vote Fraud confession begins at 18:10.
Joe Biden: “Well, first of all, you know, uh, what really rankles, uh, my opponent is I say that, uh, the thing that bothers him most is he’s not a patch on Barack’s jeans.”
“Secondly, we’re in a situation where we have put together — and you’d [sic] guys, did it for our, the president Obama’s administration, before this — we have put together, I think, the most extensive and and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
So there you have the cause of America's historic inflation.

Babylon Bee gets it right: Congress to impeach Putin for his handling of US economy.
We are in situation where the Federal Reserve is going to increase the unemployment rate by raising interest rates in order to combat the inflation caused by Biden’s anti fossil fuel and anti business policies. Question is how high will unemployment rate have to rise from current 3.8%.

Comical how this administration claims that it is going to solve problems that their own policies caused or made worse.
1. inflation - their spending and energy policies have all been inflationary. The increased price of diesel used in farming and logistics along with fertilizer price increases and shortages are responsible for a large part of the PPI increase.
2. Shortages and suppy chain issues - they were warned about the baby formula plant closing was going to cause shortages back in February, and the administration ignored it until May when it had become a crisis. Their vaccine mandates for a vaccine that does not even confer sterilizing immunity has contributed to the worker shortage that their spending give-away programs have made even worse. Too much money chasing too few goods equals worse inflation.
3. Airline flight cancelations - the latest predictable crisis caused and made worse by the administration with their pointless vaccine mandates. The absentee Secretary of Transportation is now threatening the airlines, for the brewing mess that he has ignored until his own flight was cancelled and he was personally inconvenienced.
This inept, incompetent administration couldn't organize a two car funeral. Oh, but their appointees are all historic ''firsts'' in a lame attempt to virtue-signal and pander to every imaginable minority group.

“Lower Food and Fuel Costs Act”, "Banning Hurricanes and Tornados in America Act", "Stop Nutjobs from Shooting Children Act", "Cnut's Roll Back The Tide Act"... It's in the title, got the votes; problem solved.

They have absolutely NO intention of doing anything that is actually good for the middle class. They intend to grind the middle class into oblivion. The middle class is a problem for extreme leftists, they hate the "Bourgeoisie", as Marx, their great hero, called the middle class. They have been wanting to destroy these "Bourgeoisie" for over a century, it is one of their most important goals.

The only effect that increasing the use of ethanol can possibly have on inflation is to increase the cost of just about everything. Less corn for food and animal feed increases the cost of any foods made with corn or any meat made from livestock that are fed corn. Because of the rising costs of these foods, people will start eating more of other foods instead, increasing the costs of other foods as well. Ethanol is far less efficient and requires more gallons per mile than gasoline, so increasing the percentage of ethanol requires consumers to buy more fuel and more frequently. Gasoline does not magically appear in gas stations but must be trucked in by trucks using diesel fuel. Increasing the number of fuel shipments to gas stations will increase demand and therefore the cost of diesel fuel, increasing the cost of every product that is shipped anywhere.
