One fuzzy drone image may send Kyle Rittenhouse
to prison

Original Article

Up until Friday, the Kyle Rittenhouse trial was very clear: Easily understood videos and witness testimony (including testimony from the prosecution witnesses) showed that Kyle, despite trying hard to avoid conflict, was attacked by a crazed child rapist, whom Kyle shot as the rapist was grabbing Kyle’s gun, at which point a mob went after Kyle. He then shot and killed a domestic abuser (snip) On Thursday, however, the court allowed prosecutors to enter into evidence a fuzzy photo from a late-produced drone, an image prosecutors argue shows Kyle “provoking” the attacks against him. Provocation destroys Kyle’s assertion that he acted in self-defense.

What? Even when I zoom in I can't see anything. It's just a smear. Well, the entire trial is a smear, so it makes sense in a way the "evidence" is smeary, too. If I was the defense I'd want more info on the so-called enhancements and want to see the original unaltered pics as well as the frames before and after and want to know if a human modified (photoshopped) any pixels or it was pure AI creation.

One fuzzy image against a mountain of evidence to prove Kyle acted in self defense, only proves Andrea is wishful thinking. Conviction of first degree murder takes more than this... It's called. 'beyond a reasonable doubt', Andrea. You must not have been watching any of the trial... or you're just following George Soros' orders. What a stooge!

The system and the media have already found him guilty and he will likely hang. If found innocent, the cities will burn. He should have done us all a favor and killed as many of these animals as he could before he was over run.

Like the Rodney King case: The media showed only the beating by the LAPD officers. It conveniently omitted King’s drug-induced aggression against the police. If the Rittenhouse prosecution wants to use this dubious “evidence,” it better show everything before and after.

The smart money goes to Widburg’s contention that the fuzzy image and minor charges are offered to provide frightened jurors with reasons to convict Rittenhouse of something - anything - to save themselves, their families and America’s cities. If they use the off-ramps to their safety to convict an innocent boy then they are, all put together, half the person Rittenhouse is. This case will then be about rescinding the 2nd amendment and patriots better figure out how to respond to a show trial conviction.

If one juror shared their fears about leftist retaliation with the judge, he might just go ahead and grant the mistrial. Why is he holding on to the petition and not acting on it anyway? Our side should take to the streets if this kid is convicted after the sham arrest, excessive charges, and in court shenanigans from the prosecutor. The prosecutor treats the judge like an underling. No way a fuzzy image wins out over sworn testimony. We do live in an upside down world; baby killers are our judges.

Unicorn evidence showing up on the prosecution's doorstep doesn't prove jacksprat. Prove to me first it's Rittenhouse in the video and the timeline of the photo. In early footage I saw of the encounter before the first shooting a pistol is fired into the air that was shown on nation wide TV within two nights of the occurrence. It's natural reaction at such a sound on that night to look or observe where it came from. At that point Rittenhouse became aware there was a gunman while turning his firearm in that direction by instinct. Let's just say on that night Rittenhouse was 'wired' (having keen sense of the situation) more than his aggressors that's why he survived. I call this 'bull' the prosecution is in desperation mode hoping this evidence to stem the tide of the trial.

Images like this are literally useless for any sort of legitimate "fact finding". There are no facts in it to find. Enhancing digital images is fine for an old family photo, but absolutely unacceptable as court evidence.

Once again the FBI's dirty little finger prints are all over this. THIS WAS A FBI FUZZY Drone photo, but they refused to give plane tail number of plane to i.d. who was behind it. The FBI is so dirty, that they would set up their own mother without a flicker of a conscience. SICK. BTW why was the FBI there and did nothing during those riots of 2020 in Wisconsin? They certainly had the authority and could have used that to stop with RICO and State crossing of criminals of Anti-fa and BLM, but they didn't. We know it's because Chris Wray wanted Trump to lose the 2020 election. Evidence of that? Biden kept him as his FBI Director. EVIL. REMOVE THE FBI, THEY ARE TOTALLY CORRUPT!

The two major political elements in play over the past year are closely intertwined. Those are the new left-wing blatancy, in which the American Left scarcely attempts to hide its actual agenda anymore, and the vast number of enemies the left is lining up against itself throughout American society. In hindsight, this makes perfect sense. How could the Left hope to maintain the support of the mass of Americans once its actual goals and methods became evident? In the past, leftists made a serious effort to shield their true agenda from scrutiny using a wide range of methods – wrapping itself in a veil of “compassion,”

On Tuesday, the Kyle Rittenhouse prosecution rested its case after its witnesses once again strongly supported Kyle’s assertion that he only acted in self-defense. In a righteous world, the judge would, on his own initiative, order a directed verdict in Kyle’s favor. Instead, it emerged that there’s a plan to terrorize the jurors (and, by implication, the judge). Also the mainstream media, of course, pretended that the prosecution had actually proved its case. (snip) My concern is that the jurors will keep themselves safe by finding Kyle guilty and the judge will agree. They’ll all assuage their consciences

Watching the shenanigans in the still contested New Jersey gubernatorial election, I have to wonder whether there has ever been a truly honest election in state history. From my own experience, I would say probably not and, as I also learned, there are a thousand ways to cheat. In 1982, through an odd sequence of events, I found myself with a ringside seat on a routinely crooked Newark mayoral election. I had been offered a job as “associate director” of the 1,000-employee Newark Housing and Redevelopment Authority. This being a recession year, and I needing to finish my Ph.D. dissertation, I took it. This was not a career move.
