Shed a tear for the Democrat donkey. Democrats in Washington face a newly intensified disaster-level dilemma. It is becoming more obvious each day Joe Biden cannot survive another 39 months in office. (snip)Unfortunately for all Americans, the Constitution mandates what happens on the day they finally wheel Biden out of the Oval Office and into the Delaware State Home for the Bewildered. Kamala Harris becomes president. D.C. Democrats privately admit that, even on her best day, Ms. Harris does not have a small fraction of the talent required to be president. The dems can adopt a multi-step plan: 1) Kamala must voluntarily resign or be forced to resign 2) the dems nominate a moderate candidate acceptable to the majority of their party and most Republicans 3) Poopypants must resign and be wheeled off the stage to be cared for perpetually by the esteemed Dr. Jill (She’s a helluva doctor) 4) a new VP must by seated All this has to be done before a new Congress is seated or they lose whatever control over the process they still have. You’re welcome dems; please send the check for my fee.

Congress will probably reach back to the 1990's play book. They will get rid of Harris ( like Agnew) first, appoint a Washington insider as V.P. (like Ford), and then get rid of Biden.

Easy solution and a couple of other Ldotters have it also. They will find some way to remove Harris, something in her past, corruption or maybe she's not really a citizen, but remove her they must, (just like Spiro Agnew was removed). Then replace her with either Hillary or Michelle Obama. then Biden can be safely removed and problem solved.

See, this again points out my dilemma: is ole Joe dimented or not? If he is, wouldn’t the Central Committee that installed him have made accommodations and plans for his VP? This article assumes Xiden chose GAL in a vacuum. I don’t believe he did.

Who didn't see this coming? The answer apparently is too many suburban women whose opinion of everything is so valued. Trump had to go because he was mean and tweeted mean things. So, an ex- president decided the demoslut ticket so that the country he hates could be run into the ground while he directed all of it from behind the scene with protection paid for by people that he hates.

Does the writer still not get it? Biden was picked because of his dementia. This way they could 25th amendment him when the time was right and put her into the Oval Office. This has been a bait and switch operation from the very beginning for the DNC. Trump was exposing the swamp and he had to be stopped. So we had the greatest theft ever committed in this nation, and Judas Pence endorsed it all. Harris is a dirty cop, has never been liked, never had traction during her own failed campaign, and she is even more unlikable than Big Mike and Hillary put together. Now the DNC is stuck and I could not be more amused at them for it. They have a big problem, and unfortunately they are harming the nation while they dither about solving it.

#5. I'm not sure it's an easy solution. Without Kamala in office, the Senate, at 50 50, has no VP to break the tie on a nominee, leaving at least one Republican vote necessary. That may be a good thing if, unlike me, you trust every Republican. For me, it looks more likely that #8's idea might prevail: Obama would just change the puppets.

As Machiavelli said, if you want to raise taxes hire a treasurer to go out and collect them. When the people get up in arms over it, take the treasurer out and hang him. In this case they are fundamentally transforming the country and getting the systems in place. When the people figure out what the ultimate costs are, Biden is out and Harris comes in reversing some of the most meaningless issues to appease the useful idiots. This is right out of the book.

The Democrat Dilemma goes far beyond the White House. All over the country, Kamala Clones have been installed in both government and large corporations in the name of Affirmative Action. We can see it in the poor leadership decisions everywhere that are causing companies to fail, sales to drop and people to become even more dissatisfied with their governments. Now that the policies are firmly in place and producing the desired product, which is more affirmative action hires, the country is on a downhill path that can only be corrected by choosing people based on ability. Remember the much touted hip-hop clothing brand, FUBU (For Us By Us)? I don't either.

I doubt Biden will step aside but he also probably won't last until 2024. I expect sometime after 2022 election he will suffer some accident or stroke and have to be replaced by Harris but by then hopefully the House and Senate will look a lot different than now. No VP selected by Harris will be confirmed and when she is impeached the Republican Speaker will then step up.

The problem they have is all of the decisions and agreements Biden has done will be in question since the questions will be 'when was capacity to perform the job" lost? And, with the 50-50 Senate issue, they're stuck with Kamala, because they'd need to get a new VP through the approval process based on the 25th amendment, and requires confirmation from BOTH houses. The Harvard Crimson article -- Geoffrey D. Garin October 10, 1973 the new vice-president will take office after being confirmed by a majority vote in both houses of the Congress. The procedure for replacing a vice president who leaves office is stated in Section Two of the 25th Amendment to the United States Constitution. The amendment, which was ratified on February 10, 1967, dictates procedure for both presidential and vice presidential succession. If a vice president had resigned his office prior to the ratification of the 25th Amendment, the office would have remained unoccupied until a new vice president had been elected by the nation. The vice presidency has been vacated eight times during America's history. All but one of these vacancies occurred after vice presidents had become president due to the death of a chief executive. Lyndon B. Johnson was the last vice president to leave office before his term had expired. Johnson became president after the assassination of John F. Kennedy '40 in 1963. It was the last instance of a vacant vice presidency and inspired the passage of the 25th Amendment.

Whatever happens, the leftist and socialist Democrats know that Harris must be removed before Biden leaves the Presidency. Preferably before the 2022 off year elections, that could well give the wimpy Republicans control of the House of Representatives and possibly the Senate. The political object of that would be to put a DC career Democrat minority politician into the Vice-Presidency, who would get along with the Obama crew that is now running the White House, and would be generally acceptable to the Democrats to take Biden’s place and then be in a prime position to run for election as the next President on the 2024 Democrat ticket.

Remember Nixon/Agnew? Remember when the Democrats got rid of both of them and replaced them with the completely unelected Ford/Rockefeller? Do you realize Hillary was there? The Democrats are not unaware of what to do. They just hope you forgot and it seems to be working out that way. Of note: The Democrats got rid of the VP Agnew first, then replaced him with Ford as if it were no big deal, just filling in a job not worth a bucket of spit, so nobody really objected, then they pushed Nixon out, then of course Ford goes up, then Rockefeller agreed to in a hurry by the Senate. And I say, we too, await 2023, then first impeach Biden, Kamala goes up, we carefully pick Speaker, never agree to any VP replacement, and impeach Kamala if she underperforms.

Up until Friday, the Kyle Rittenhouse trial was very clear: Easily understood videos and witness testimony (including testimony from the prosecution witnesses) showed that Kyle, despite trying hard to avoid conflict, was attacked by a crazed child rapist, whom Kyle shot as the rapist was grabbing Kyle’s gun, at which point a mob went after Kyle. He then shot and killed a domestic abuser (snip) On Thursday, however, the court allowed prosecutors to enter into evidence a fuzzy photo from a late-produced drone, an image prosecutors argue shows Kyle “provoking” the attacks against him. Provocation destroys Kyle’s assertion that he acted in self-defense.

On Tuesday, the Kyle Rittenhouse prosecution rested its case after its witnesses once again strongly supported Kyle’s assertion that he only acted in self-defense. In a righteous world, the judge would, on his own initiative, order a directed verdict in Kyle’s favor. Instead, it emerged that there’s a plan to terrorize the jurors (and, by implication, the judge). Also the mainstream media, of course, pretended that the prosecution had actually proved its case.
