Senate Republicans are about to hand President Biden a huge political victory by voting for a historic $1 trillion infrastructure package that the president can then tout as fulfilling a campaign pledge to restore bipartisanship in Washington.GOP senators and aides predict as many as 20 Republicans — twice the number needed to avoid a filibuster — could vote for the legislation, which would provide the most funding in decades for roads, airports, railroads, drinking water and other priorities.

There are many Republication in the Senate that are really Democrats but no Democrats in the Senate that are really Republicans. (Dan Bongino)
The Republican party needs a good old fashioned purge.

This bill will do a LOT of damage to the country. And like the little girl in the Shake 'n Bake commercial, these hideous, horrible Senators who call themselves Republicans can say "and I helped!"......destroy the country.

Democrats destroy, and Republicans side with them. What is wrong with this picture?
We are in debt up to our eyeballs. Its stuff like this, and the overwhelming lack of support by Republicans for Trump who really offered an alternative to Washington politics that leads me to believe this country is doomed. Just how much of the inflation this country is experiencing is being caused by our debt?

It is not an infrastructure bill. It is a gift to the Marxists bill. They put 5-10% of a bill into roads, 90% into leftist agenda and these America hating rino morons vote for it every time. And worse, they keep getting elected. This is what primaries are for, people! Vote the bums out!

"Kentucky would receive at least $4.6 billion for highways and $438 million for bridge replacements, according to a White House document shared with McClatchy.
Additionally, the commonwealth would get $391 million to “improve public transportation options,” $100 million for broadband internet coverage and $69 million to expand its electric vehicle charging network."

This Bill does not extend the Hyde Amendment, which since 1980 prevents federal taxes being spent on abortions. The Bill provides $billions to pay for abortions, including to "Planned Parenthood" which is making $millions from selling aborted fetuses, including to the University of Pittsburgh (PA).

Voting for this bill is voting to help the Democraps pas the $3.5T bill by reconciliation. The RINOs think we are too stupid to see that.

If you live in a state with one of these RINO's call the office and let them have all the hell you can give. Do Not Curse - Do Not Threaten physical harm or violence. Threaten them with the loss of their job and how you're going to work (physically and financially) for a true Republican Conservative in the next primary

A better understanding of the political class than Democrat versus Republican is: Those who believe government is the first place to look for answers versus Those who look to government as the last answer and then only in as limited and local a manner as necessary.
All Democrats and many Republicans -- especially those of the career politician variety -- fall into the first category.

I got a call from a real person (not a robo) from the RNC today. After she greeted me by name and introduced herself I hung up on her. If I had not been driving over an 8 lane bridge at the time, I would have given her an earful.
