Joe Biden certainly isn't the first president to violate his oath of office, but he might be the first in memory to openly brag about doing it.As Biden announced a new "eviction moratorium," he informed Americans that the "bulk of constitutional scholars" would say the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention eviction moratorium is "not likely to pass constitutional muster."Not likely? It already failed. In June, Justice Brett Kavanaugh agreed with the majority Supreme Court that the CDC "exceeded its existing statutory authority," even though he allowed the order to sunset.
Unprecedented? Obviously, you haven't been paying attention to the modern Crap party since the 1960s, whose every action is an attack on the Constitution. If you were a gun owner, you would understand.

Mark Levin has been saying for years that we are in a post-Constitutional age right now. It just keeps getting worse. Seems that our elected officials have violated their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution, and have rewritten the oath to ignore and destroy it at all costs. We are now deep in the age of tyranny imperialism and outright Marxism. Next, the CRT BLM racists will want the American flag to change all of the white stripes and stars to black because white is racist.

Blah-Blah-Blah...It's UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!! How often have we heard that shouted from the roof-tops and yet nothing is being done about it. I don't even know what that means anymore! Where are the politicians whose salary's we are paying ... but I'm sure those are being paid a much larger paycheck by the evil ones not on our side!

What does the CDC have to do with Renters' Contracts? Are they lawyers? Did they not read the Supreme's ruling that this is illegal?

Both Pelosi and Schumer realize that Slow Joe is STUPID enough to let them off the hook. Problem is Slow Democrat Voters don't understand why this is a "problem".

People need to read the Constitution for themselves and non-comply with any mandates that are in violation of its clear meaning. We must begin demonstrating massive peaceful resistance.

EVERY president has been acting as if they were entitled to issue dictums and policies without legislative authorization. Our lazy-ass legislators have permitted this with only rare push-back against the usurpation of their authority because they know that their guy will do the same thing when power changes. You want to know why bureaucrats have such power? It is because these legislators write bills that are only half written.

Impeachment? The successor will likely be worse. A dismal prospect.
A solution might be found, but only if Americans are in majorities in the Congress after 2022, and block Marxist outrages.

#1 is undeniably correct. Once you learn how to ignore the flowery subtle language you will recall that Lyndon Johnson's Great Society was merely the first round of reparations where the imported race was officially entitled to have all of the things that the other races had without the benefit of working for a living. He thought he was buying their votes for the next hundred years and he was accurate in his prediction. Billy Jeff the Rapist had a whole list of assault rifles banned before the manufacturers and importers figured out that all they had to do was build similar models of the dreaded black rifle and give them a different model number. Then of course there was the brilliant and articulate kenyan who warned us that he wanted to "fundamentally change" a country that was running in "Okay" mode under one of the Bushies except for the little wars. Biden is just the ancient senator who lived through it all and wants to try it all again even though it failed at least once already but he can't remember that.
We have seen this before.

#3, it's going to come down to We The People, and millions of lone-wolf Cowboys playing Cowboys and Commies. Just that simple. Because everyone else hasn't gotten the memo that the 'media' is the commie propaganda arm, and the uni-party is playing the populace for suckers. Keep the rubes entertained and don't let them find out what is actually happening, that's their motto.

The Article includes:
"As Biden announced a new 'eviction moratorium,' he informed Americans that the 'bulk of constitutional scholars' would say the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention eviction moratorium is "not likely to pass constitutional muster."
AND
"Not likely? It already failed. In June, Justice Brett Kavanaugh agreed with the majority Supreme Court that the CDC exceeded its existing statutory authority,' even though he allowed the order to sunset."
Comments:
Justice Kavanaugh did not agree with the MAJORITY OF THE COURT that the CDC exceeded its existing statutory authority. The Court DID NOT DECIDE that the CDC's moratorium was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Kavanaugh agreed with the U.S. DISTRICT COURT and with the APPLICNT'S' ARGUMENT that the CDC moratorium was unconstitutional.
The five member majority voted to deny the application to vacate the stay, and the four member minority would have granted the requested relief. Except for Kavanaugh "agreement" and his "view" regarding "necessary congressional authorization" no rationale was expressed by the Chief Justice or any other Justice.
The Court in future may never address the issues. The CDC's lawyers know what they are doing. The federal government often uses these tactics. They will try to moot the issues to avoid (as Al Gore once said) "any controlling legal authority."
There is no guarantee the Court will ever hold that the CDC's ORIGINAL moratorium WAS unconstitutional. That moratorium has been replaced by the CDC's current moratorium. The Court could decide that the constitutionality of the original moratorium is moot because the current moratorium is in many important respects different from the original moratorium, and potentially raises new legal issues that the Court may or may not entertain. Some of the potential new issues could weaken the CDC's arguments.
The text of Court's Order (with [sorry] incorrect formatting - and case citations omitted) reads:
"Cite as: 594 U. S. ____ (2021)
ALABAMA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, ET AL. v.
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, ET AL.
ON APPLICATION TO VACATE STAY
[June 29, 2021]
The application to vacate stay presented to THE CHIEF JUSTICE and by him referred to the Court is denied.
JUSTICE THOMAS, JUSTICE ALITO, JUSTICE GORSUCH, and JUSTICE BARRETT would grant the application.
JUSTICE KAVANAUGH, concurring.
I agree with the District Court and the applicants that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention exceeded its existing statutory authority by issuing a nationwide eviction moratorium. Because the CDC plans to end the moratorium in only a few weeks, on July 31, and because those few weeks will allow for additional and more orderly distribution of the congressionally appropriated rental assistance funds, I vote at this time to deny the application to vacate the District Court’s stay of its order. In my view, clear and specific congressional authorization (via new legislation) would be necessary for the CDC to extend the moratorium past July 31."

We need to get used to the new normal. The Constitution used to be The Law of The Land, but now it's the Marxist media and the jackboots in the FBI, evidenced by the patriots who attended the June 6 rally who are sitting in a federal gulag.
And the article states that Justice Kavanaugh previously ruled that the CDC "exceeded its existing statutory authority." Why does the CDC have "statutory authority"? Who are these nameless/faceless bureaucrats? We need to look more into the mysterious and murky CDC, funded in part by a "CDC Foundation" whose major donors are people like Bill Gates and Michael Bloomberg. Why does the CDC have so much power? Who's really pulling the strings?" And although Judge K. ruled they exceeded their authority, he apparently let it slide, typical BS.
I feel like I'm living in the twilight zone.

#16, the only rule that applies to hunting animals designated "varmints" or "pests" is you can not shoot within fifty yards of someone's house. It varies by state but if you have a good scope and a good nest in the woods beside your home, you are only limited by the number of rounds you have on you, unless you are proficient at "Quigleys." Tell your friend "Good Hunting."

What happened to the very Red State of Idaho? Our two Republican Senators, Crapo & Risch, voting for Communist take over of our country (porkulus bills)...Bongino said it best...most Republicans are democrats, no democrats are republicans. Never mind that demented Joe doesn't know where he is, if our Senators were righteous, the commie take over wouldn't be happening. Period!
If the Red States are not going to vote righteously, then we are doomed! Our prayers have been, Lord raise up the righteous and put down the wicked. Seems God has a lot of work to do to answer our fervent prayers.

The people who are taking over America met Sat. with our President, Barrack Obama aka Valerie Jarrett.
Their power comes from Republicans like Mitch McConnell, John Thune, Lindsay Graham and more.
Our congress is full of muslims and third world people.
Our country is running out of food, water, alcohol(muslims hate alcohol).
The election was stolen, and Generals of all ranks are obeying false orders from unqualified people
with no constitutional authority. The should be hung for treason.
