In the end, almost everyone got what they deserved.
The president’s Achilles’ heel—relying on the wrong people to advance his political interests—led to his final ouster this week. Donald Trump ran out of runway and instead of preparing for a soft landing, he pumped the gas. It’s hard to blame him: His court challenges had been thwarted by the very judges he elevated to the federal bench, his hodgepodge legal team whirred in defeat, and Republican senators he helped elect quickly turned on him. As usual, the president was right:

What has ended is our national social contract. After the Russian collusion lie, the impeachment fraud and the corrupted election process, 50-75 million Americans no longer respect or will obey the government, the courts or the media. All liars and criminals.

Don't count him out yet. There are twelve more days during which Trump could unleash information that could make it impossible for some people to assume office. IMO that is why this unholy rush for tha 25 th or impeachment at the 11 th hour. I would say stand by.

When Trump makes his comeback in the 2024 cycle, one can only hope he will have a much better team of advisors....especially legal advisors.

I don't agree that almost everyone got what they deserved. The working people and taxpayers didn't. Over half of the voters didn't and the corrupt in Washington and the states most surely haven't. As #1 said the end hasn't come.

January 7 was the end of the Republican Party. They are over. There may be a core of Republicans, RiNO’s and hanger ones to the gravy train, but their done. Half of their base was their because of Trump. They lost the Senate due to the same kind of fraud that caused Pres Trump to “lose” the election.
I don’t have any idea how they can think that they can repair this with We The People. They cannot. If Pres .Trump declares a new party tomorrow, he will instantly have 50 million people sign on, and will raise $200M. This is what Farage did.. we need to do it now and destroy them all in the 2022 election.

I keep waiting for the evil democrats(and rotten rebublicans) to get what they deserve, and after waiting about 30 years, I am pretty sure it ain't gonna happen. I cannot help but wonder why a good and loving God would allow this to happen to our beautiful country.

Sadly, the Republi-can Party died a long time ago. And the death knoll for the Republi-can't Party has sounded loud and clear.
Now with the Demon-Rat's having unbridled power to destroy our republic over the next 2 years, there is nothing for good, law abiding citizens to do but join the revolution!!!! We start fighting back by any means necessary now, or we will be sitting unarmed in "re-education camps" in the very near future with all the other "enemies of the state".

Seems like the world wants to dump on Trump for his decisions. To me, his decisions and instincts were completely in alignment with his training and success in business.
There also comes a certain level of business success tied to being trustworthy, and honouring your word.
Not in DC, in general. Not w/ politicians, in specific. And never when the si si peez are able to turn DC and NYC upside down over the past 40 years--until they found the treacherous slags needed to sell them the whole country.
If Trump were such a skanky politician-no one would have voted for him.
He arrived when and where he was needed-- not when and where he was wanted. Such an agent is in God's hands, not man's.

The Dems would become the most outraged when President Trump was exercising ordinary Presidential powers. I found that to be most curious.

The election was lost due to the State Republican Parties, especially in the so-called battleground States, that allowed the Democrats in those States to change the State election laws and procedures without going through the State legislatures, by way of rulings by liberal judges and courts, and administratively by individual elected officials and bureaucrats that allowed all sorts of ballot, election, and voting fraud to occur. All those changes that were made through non legislative means were federally unconstitutional. The State Republican Parties long before the election should have challenged those changes in the courts and through the legislatures but they did not. As long as the State Republican parties allow the Democrats to get away with shaping State election laws and procedures to the benefit of the Democrats, you will never see another legitimate Republican President elected.

There's a couple of irritating lawsuits that still need to get cleaned up and I think even the SCOTUS has some work left to do. The suit to forensically examine the ballots in GA and uncover the tens of thousands of machine printed Biden counterfeit ballots that the veteran poll workers detected should be interesting. And how about the review of the Dominion machines in AZ that should show some mighty high adjudication rates and no logs if my hunch is right. But I really think the SCOTUS is going to find it hard to dodge the essential problem of state bureaucrats in PA, GA, WI, and MI circumventing their state laws to get around those pesky signature checks on the mail-in ballots.
There may yet be a day down the road where even the MSM can't suppress knowledge of the fraud and corruption that consumed this election. So how will Joe Biden and Kamala Harris react when they are finally shown to be illegitimate? Perhaps this will be the epilogue we need.

This is indeed The End, the end of America as we know it. The party of unlimited power will purge everyone who ever gave any support to President Trump. They will add states to the union and pack the Supreme Court to ensure that their evil plans will never be stopped again. The Constitution will mean whatever they want it to mean. And never again will anyone who opposes their program have a chance to be elected, since they control the means to determine what vote totals are reported regardless of the actual vote. Buckle up folks, it's going to be a bumpy ride for those who love this country as the Founders envisioned it.

One post mentioned Farage. TRUMP is bigger than that.
The America we grew up in IS gone.
The societal rules we learned growing up have been replaced, and we are now targets.
President Reagan's March 1, 1975 speech to CPAC comes to mind has to how far we have drifted away:
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2644765/posts
"I am impatient with those Republicans who after the last election rushed into print saying, "We must broaden the base of our party” - when what they meant was to fuzz up and blur even more the differences between ourselves and our opponents.
Our people look for a cause to believe in. Is it a third party we need, or is it a new and revitalized second party, raising a banner of no pale pastels, but bold colors which make it unmistakably clear where we stand on all of the issues troubling the people? Let our banner proclaim our belief in a free market as the greatest provider for the people.
Let us explore ways to ward off socialism, not by increasing government's coercive power, but by increasing participation by the people in the ownership of our industrial machine.
It is time to reassert our principles and raise them to full view. And if there are those who cannot subscribe to these principles, then let them go their way."
It's time for the RINOs to "inherit the wind"-- the BASE needs to look elsewhere if we want the REAL THING mentioned in President Reagan's speech. Click the link and soberly WEEP as to how far we have moved past where we ought to be allowing the RINOs to screw us over for their own selfish gain from lobbyists and outside influences.
