On Monday evening, the FBI took the unprecedented step of raiding the home of former President Donald Trump. What were they looking for? Astonishingly, what is being leaked to the media is that they were after documents that possibly violated the Presidential Records Act.
Far from their promises of proving some grand conspiracy involving January 6th, it appears the Democrats, using the power of the nation’s federal law enforcement apparatus, are trying to take Donald Trump out with selective enforcement of provisions that are normally handled in a civil, not criminal manner. Where have we seen that before?
None of this is a coincidence, and none of it is justified.

Documents at Mar-a-Lago Marked ‘Classified’ Were Already Declassified, Kash Patel Says.
Back in May, even back in Feb., this story was debunked.
But, just like the "very fine people" hoax, lefties keep putting legs on their dead narrative.
The President can declassify whatever he wants.
It doesn't, however, magically change the header on pieces of paper.

Right. Take a clinical approach. The FBI fanaticizes about a violent crackdown. However, the author fails to say that federal agents are not above a false flag that provokes citizens to return fire in self defense. The FBI and ATF are capable of anything.

The FBI decided to raid Mar-a-Lago based on an anonymous tip, .......maybe from the WH? Indeed Amerika has turned into a Banana Republic and a laughing stock of the world. In the meantime, BiteMe Diaper is taking orders from the world leader and waiting on tables for China at the G20 conference table.

There is no doubt in my mind that as we speak, the FBI is planting fake "evidence" in those boxes they removed from Mar--a-largo.

Thats what I have been preaching for a long time now, but we are rapidly running out of options. The criminals are not only over the border, they are in charge and have doctored the elections to make sure they stay that way. The Constitution, for all practical purposes, has been suspended and freedom is but a memory. Policemen who we believed would come down on the side of the law have instead come down on the side of the criminals.
So how to proceed?

The left has pushed us to the point of unbearable provocation. But I think this advice is correct:
"...Further, the FBI specifically wants justification to fight its war on “domestic terrorism.” They want to crush you and anyone who thinks like you. All they need is some on the right to lash out to enact their plan, and they have the entirety of the country’s institutions, including the press, supporting them..."

I claim no special expertise on the matter of Presidential Recirds, or the law that governs it.
I do know, however, that when the President moves out of the White House, his records being retained are carefully cataloged, with the participation of National Archives personnel.
And when there is a disagreement as to which records should be retained by the federal government, there are mechanisms available to resolve the dispute. And the logical person who would have final authority would be a federal judge, appointed as Special Master.,
I suspect that someone from Nationalk Archives filed a complaint, and that the FBI had to obtain a subpoena issued by a federal judge.
And I would note that the DOJ and FBI may have emboldened by the acquittal of a federal attorney who lied to the FISA Court.
Given that miscarriage of justice, the DOJ and FBI may believe that anything goes.
Are those agencies so emboldened that we will see incursions by FBI agents at the Trump golf course? Trump Tower?
And was it mere coincidence yesterday, prior to the raid, that the NY Times talked about paper wadded up in the toilets at the White House, the implicit accusation being violations of the Presidential Records Act?
Yesterday was a sad day for our Republic. May God help us to overcome this outrage.

Elections are no recourse. Democrats steal elections. Keeping your head down and wishing the monster will go away didn't work for the Jews. It won't stop the CommuNazi Democrats. They are emboldened by "cooler heads prevailing". We have an illegitimate government. If the masses don't rise up and demolish it, the police state will keep growing stronger.
Democrats want chaos. Chaos is what they deserve. .

FTA: "A red line was crossed with this raid on Trump's home, and electoral vengeance is justified. But it must come in ways that are actually effective, and that means being strategic and playing the long game."
As much as I like Bonchie, he gets it half right in this article. In the first sentence, "...electoral vengeance is justified." That assumes elections are honest. It doesn't matter how white hot your vengeance is. At the end of the day, 2020 demonstrated that who wins or loses elections is determined by those who count the votes.
In the second sentence, I agree with Bonchie about being effective. But it's not just playing the "long game". In the military, there is a concept known as 'operational art.' Operational art is the linkage of the tactical, operational and strategic efforts towards a desired end state. There are players at each level that can easily lose sight of what the other levels are doing. What good is your strategy if it isn't operationally and/or tactically coordinated, let alone feasible?
A red line crossed here? You bet! Think strategic? You bet! However, you must reciprocate accordingly to the level of threat and assess ALL courses of action--not just electoral--on the table.

What's that Mickey always told Judy...Let's put on a show!
Doing nothing is what "real conservatives" do best. They seethe, pledge future broken glass action, and they do nothing but demonstrate how compliant conservatism is while huffing and puffing about watering that Tree of Liberty with some tyrant's blood. "Lock and load" is a popular cry. So is "Keep your powder dry". Yet, where are those patriots who would demonstrate to release the J6 political prisoners?
It's time for an American Velvet Revolution. Some key ringing on the town square - in front of "Stasi Headquarters", aka your local FBI Field Office. It's not about violence, rather showing government you've had enough and won't take it anymore. Just be sure not to invite any politician...

While I agree it's not a good time to "take the bait", I do think the election in November can make a huge difference if the Republicans win both the House and Senate.
Why?
We all know Joe is not up to the actual job of POTUS, and Kamala might be even worse.
So, what would happen if the GOP impeached both?
Or, at least Joe, which would elevate Kamala, but leaves open the VP seat since there would not be enough votes to approve a VP pick from her.
The government runs on CR's anyhow, so the GOP would be able to investigate all of the issues that have happened over the past 6 years, and remind all of those folks, they aren't above the law either.

Unless delegated, the sole authority for classifying or declassifying official government documents is vested in the President. No other federal office can Constitutionally override the president, not even the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), which is an Executive Branch agency. Any document declassified by Trump, while he was president, can be considered "classified" retroactively.

Why would this Bonchie character think it necessary to issue this warning? The last time the people had the temerity to rise up against their government was 246 years ago. On another note, I've participated in the execution of dozens of search warrants, some in a SWAT capacity, and in every case, the warrant application had to list the "specific thing or things" being sought and too the extent feasible, the specific place where the specific thing is thought to be located. In other words, if you were searching for a gold plated Rolls Royce, you would not be OK to search a wall safe. No search warrants allow a fishing expedition for something not articulated or Germain to the reason you have applied for a warrant (probably cause). If in the course of legally executing a warrant, you discover a dead body, then that evidence is fair game in a prosecution. "On view" discoveries are allowed as long as you have an established right to be in a particular place, searching for a specific thing, as authorized by a judge.
