Liberals apparently chose the polar bear as a poster child for global warming because the bears are considered cute, although no one who had a close encounter with a polar bear would describe it that way. Why global warming would be harmful to polar bears was never persuasively explained, nor was there any explanation of how the bears had survived many climatic changes over hundreds of thousands of years. SEATTLE - A 34-year-old Seattle man was arrested earlier this month after he allegedly tried to push a woman off an Interstate 5 overpass, according to the Seattle Police Department. Jonathan Wilson was charged with attempted first-degree assault Wednesday, two days after he was booked into King County Jail. On the Madison Street I-5 overpass, Wilson allegedly shoved a random woman against the bridge railing after she passed him going to work, the case investigation report said.
