US Attorney Goes After Propaganda Mill Wikipedia

Original Article

US Attorney Ed Martin is one of the highlights of this administration. Currently, he is pursuing the propaganda vehicle known as Wikipedia. It is propaganda for the far left and foreign enemies. In the letter below, Martin states that Wikipedia, which operates via its fiscal sponsor, the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc., is engaging in activities that violate Section 501(c)(3) of Title 26. As a nonprofit, it has obligations and fiduciary duties consistent with its tax-exempt status. Additionally, the public has a reasonable expectation of neutrality, transparency, and accountability.

Comments:

This is a long time in coming and about time! Wikipedia is one of the worst propaganda vehicles online. Even if Wikipedia is brought to heal, online searches are front loaded with far left extremist garbage. The particular search engine being used does not seem to matter, so there's a long way to go.

Sounds like a good move. You can be certain that ANY Wikipedia entry with the slightest connection to current events or politics is very, very warped to the left.

Also poster #2, they love to warp history. If you look up enough things you'll see historical distortions galore. "Academic types" and sites like Wikipedia are leading the charge to get Americans to hate their own country.

I'm from the old school and I research my information very carefully...like in the old days when you went to the nearest library and sought out three or four books...to get a clear perspective on any topic....the new generation wants everything at it's fingertips...handed to them with a social spin as to how to think and act...BUT... the new generation coming up seems to see it differently...was it covid 19 lockdown?....could be the democrats stepped in another pile....

The hit job they did on Dr. Peter McCullough is one of the most egregious out of the truly outrageous lies Wiki has spread about Covid and those courageous people who have fought back against the medico-pharma Swamp.

Nothing on Wikipedia is really safe. Those of us who actually earned an education from books know when Wiki is WOKE bs'ing us but the young people don't. Those who write and edit the entries should have to publish who they are and their credentials, not simply their sources (if they even have any).

Thank goodness. I stopped contributing to them years ago, when I discovered their CEO was taking a hefty salary. What had started as an honest, bias free more or less volunteer service had turned into big business, but was still asking for contributions. And then it became woke.

Many years ago they allowed anyone to make edits. There was an article about the Rodney King riots and part of the article had a list of notable quotes. I added a quote from Maxine Waters "No justice, no peace" and it was immediately removed. Why? they said that everyone was saying that. Ok, but she LEAD the chant with a megaphone and they were silent about her role. It as just one of many ways she helped incite the violence and riots. Wikipedia censored people who contributed to an accurate accounting of the chaos.

Until the day he retired, my parents revered CBS News’s Walter Cronkite. Combining dignity with a gentle flow of compassion and wisdom, and always with a warm twinkle in his eye, he informed Americans about events worldwide. Then he concluded the show by saying, “And that’s the way it is.” They told me how they wept with him when President Kennedy died, and they believed him when he lied about the U.S. victory in the Tet Offensive, a lie that effectively lost the Vietnam War for America. In those days, CBS News had gravitas, and no one knew understood was pushing propaganda along with its straight news reporting

On Monday, a House Democrat introduced seven articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump, kicking off a bid that has virtually no chance of succeeding in the Republican-led Congress. The impeachment resolution from Rep. Shri Thanedar (D-MI) accuses Trump of “high crimes and misdemeanors” over alleged constitutional violations related to taxpayer funds, deportations, tariffs, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) effort led by Elon Musk, retaliation against the press, and others. “Donald Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he is unfit to serve as President and represents a clear and present danger to our nation’s constitution and our democracy,” Thanedar said

During a conversation about race and fear, the former first lady acknowledged that she has a pretty protected lifestyle, while fretting that everyday people living outside her bubble might be suffering. “In this current climate, for me it’s what’s happening to immigrants,” Obama, 61, told “On Purpose with Jay Shetty” during a podcast episode that dropped Monday when asked her most “recent test of fear.” “It’s not the fear for myself anymore,”

With the average cost of a new car edging toward the $50,000 mark, affordable, basic transportation is becoming increasingly difficult for many Americans. Slate, a new EV startup backed by Jeff Bezos, believes its new $25,000 pickup truck, which could cost less than $20,000 with tax credits, could help change that, its CEO, Chris Barman, told Business Insider. "There's a massive population of people out there when it comes to safe, reliable, affordable transportation; there just really aren't many alternatives for them," Barman said in an interview ahead of the unveiling of the new EV this week. A $25,000 price point would mean achieving something

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), during a ridiculous "sit-in" on the steps of the Capitol, invoked Civil War-era rhetoric to portray Democrats as "patriots" and the Republican party as "traitors." Jeffries' controversial comments came during a staged protest on the steps of Congress, where he was initially joined by Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ/Sparta) and then accompanied by several other Democrats and their colleagues. This was by design, an attempt to make their "sit-in" appear to be an organic swelling of support—impressive in their own minds, much like Booker's fake 25-hour filibuster. Rev. William Barber joined the exercise in futility. He discussed putting “principles over party," triggering Jeffries to

A liberal Minnesota prosecutor receiving backlash for letting a Tesla vandal off easy is now pushing to reduce “racial disparities” in sentencing. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty’s office will consider a defendant’s “racial identity” when weighing potential plea deals starting Monday, KARE 11 reported. Moriarty drew criticism days earlier after declining to prosecute an employee in Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s administration who keyed six Tesla vehicles and caused more than $21,000 in damage. “While racial identity and age are not appropriate grounds for departures [from the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines], proposed resolutions should consider the person charged as a whole person, including their racial identity and age,” a memo

Deering emphasized that crops don’t grow in a swamp, they grow in the fertile plains of central Illinois. She added that it's time the government relocated the USDA to a place where people are focused on planting crops, not just pushing paper. “Bloomington and Decatur are home to major agribusiness giants like Archer-Daniels-Midland, Gromiant, Gromark and
