Letitia James’ Mortgage Misclassification
Just Got Worse

New York Attorney General Letitia James didn’t just misclassify her five-unit Brooklyn brownstone as a “4-family dwelling” on mortgage documents. As we’ve previously reported, this distinction is not trivial—properties with five or more units are considered commercial and subject to stricter lending rules. But our latest investigation reveals something even more troubling: on multiple occasions, James described the property as a “1-family,” “1–2 family,” or even “1–3 family” dwelling—designations that offer even greater mortgage advantages than the 4-family classification, including lower interest rates, reduced reserve requirements, and easier approval thresholds.
This isn’t a minor paperwork discrepancy.

Love it when dems get hung out to dry by their own standards. Another example is Hillary Clinton who falsely accused people of doing things that she actually did. Of course she is never held accountable. It looks like James actually broke the law. The actual outcome of James case against Trump was that he used standard practices involving real estate financing, per the testimony of the banks he dealt with, and the only reason he was found guilty was a perverted judge. On appeal, it is likely the whole thing will be thrown out. But for James, it looks like the hard evidence is there to make a conviction. Will she get hit hard for cheating? Probably not.
Still, how stupid is this woman?

Don't forget that there is a property purchase where Tish claimed to be her father's wife.
And don't forget the Virginia property purchase where she states that she will be living in this home.
For her NY job, she has to be a resident of NY but the property purchase/mortgage states that she is a resident of VA.

It’s nice to get our rhetorical licks in at the moment but like many of you know, she’s more likely get away with this, or suffer very little consequence, and she won’t be disbarred. At most a minimal suspension time.
She is a black woman. That’s why she’s not scared as she declared. She knows “ain’t nuffin be happen to her.”

Letitia isn’t going to have a Leftist New York jury to let her off the hook. It’s a near certainty that she will be indicted on federal charges - or Pam Bondi gets replaced. Our national political soap opera never disappoints.

I hope that her trial is held in Norfolk, Va where that residence she supposedly lives in is located. It’s a big military town. She might get some actual justice there.

Well, don't get your hopes up. Some minor staff person will soon surface and claim that it was she and not Letitia who filled in the forms and made the misclassifications. She will claim responsibility for all mistakes but claim they were not INTENTIONAL. Expect her to apologize publicly for those "innocent" errors which will give Letitia an opportunity to say that in order to preserve the integrity of her office she will have to let the staff person go. The low life staff person who took the hit for Letitia will be rewarded in quiet ways and the Pubbies will once again wonder how their case against Letitia fell apart right before their very eyes.

It's simple, because of her race and sex she will get away with what she did. We are afraid to punish anyone other than white people. James is a racist and will throw that at anyone who opposes her.

As to...will she ever be punished...I wouldn't hold my breath...but the humiliation she has suffered these many days at the hands of the fake media has been a good start...and...while WE're at it...where did President Trump's millions that he put up for bond go?....who's living high on the hog off his money...no wonder James is holding fund raisers...she's busted...WE know what she did...and now it's her turn to sit in a courtroom all day....

Well, so far, it appears that at least one NY agency is letting her off the hook, classifying this as a minor error. And, as far as I know, the various bar associations (including and especially, the ABA) are hot beds of Democrat Party partisanship. So while as an officer of the court (which applies to all lawyers, never mind the fact that she is NY's AG) she should be held to a higher standard than non-attorneys and likely be disbarred. I think she's totally guilty, but so far it looks like she's going to scream and yell and play the race card and get away with this. Shame on New Yorkers if she does.
