A federal judge on Monday blocked the Trump administration from revoking the legal status and work permits of the more than 530,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela who flew into the United States during former President Joe Biden's time in office.
The migrants came to the U.S. under Biden's controversial controversial CHNV mass humanitarian parole program.
In her order, Judge Indira Talwani, an Obama appointee, wrote that each migrant needs to have an individualized, case-by-case review.

You had to know it was coming at some point. Left-wingers have targeted everything else at this point to soothe their deranged ideology, and it was just a matter of time before man's best friend ended up in the crosshairs. Yes, after destroying your childhood memories through various reimaginings of everything you held dear, they're now coming after your dog. [Tweet]
Dogs have “extensive and multifarious” environmental impacts, disturbing wildlife, polluting waterways and contributing to carbon emissions, new research has found.
An Australian review of existing studies has argued that “the environmental impact of owned dogs is far greater, more insidious, and more concerning than is generally recognised”.

Washington— Former President Joe Biden returns to the national stage Tuesday to elevate liberal concerns that President Donald Trump’s agenda is threatening the health of Social Security.
The 82-year-old Democrat has largely avoided speaking publicly since leaving the White House in January. That’s even as Trump frequently blames Biden for many of the nation’s problems, often attacking his predecessor by name.
Biden is expected to fight back in an early evening speech to the national conference of Advocates, Counselors and Representatives for the Disabled in Chicago. While Biden has made a handful of public appearances in recent weeks, Tuesday’s high-profile address focuses on a critical issue for tens of millions of Americans

Gayle King on Tuesday suggested it was sexist to characterize her brief trip into space with Blue Origin as a “space ride.” King and several other celebrities — including pop star Katy Perry — took part in an all-woman space flight Monday morning. The fiancee of Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos was also part of the group. In the aftermath of the 11-minute trip, critics wondered what the purpose of the trip was. Some even flatly dismissed it as a publicity stunt. The next morning, King and fellow Blue Origin crewmate Aisha Bowe talked about scientific impact similar trips on

Honestly, I haven’t thought about Keith Olbermann in a long, long time. But apparently, he’s still out there, trying to be relevant. Yet, he unwittingly gave himself the wrong kind of publicity when he posted a completely unhinged rant in a video on X.
In the video, the former MSNBC host called for the arrest of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and ICE Director Tom Homan, accusing them of defying a Supreme Court order.
“Noem, the head of the Department of Homeland Security, and Tom Homan, the head of ICE [sic] must be arrested immediately for contempt of court,” Olbermann raged.

The Texas teen accused of fatally stabbing another high schooler at a track meet was released from jail Monday after posting a reduced $250,000 bond and will remain on house arrest until his trial.
A judge in Collin County slashed the 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony’s initial $1 million bond and said he may await trial at home with an ankle monitor and 24-hour supervision from his parents or an “adult designee.”
Anthony has been locked in Collin County Jail for allegedly stabbing Austin Metcalf, also 17, in the heart during a fight over a seat at a track meet on April 2. He is charged with first-degree murder.

So far, President Donald Trump has been piloting his second term like Maverick from “Top Gun.” With one exception. The tariff rollout has been FUBAR, which is troubling since it’s Trump’s signature economic policy issue.
There have been glaring missteps along the way, repeated pauses, confused and conflicting messaging, turf wars. It’s draining public support and causing real economic problems as businesses can’t make plans while all this is in flux.
We aren’t privy to insider gossip to speculate why this is. But we can say that Trump needs to get his tariff act together, and fast.
Consider what has

After Trump’s exchange with Kaitlin Collins of CNN today, he suggested that CNN hates our country. Every Trump supporter knows why he said this. Almost everyone on that network is anti-Trump and anti-Trump supporters.
When CNN cut back to the studio, it was absolutely clear that host Dana Bash was not happy about Trump’s comments and she addressed them while looking visibly bothered and frustrated.
The truth hurts sometimes.
The Hill reported:
CNN anchor Dana Bash rebuked President Trump after he suggested on Monday the cable news network is withholding positive information about his administration from the public out of hatred.

There is a cancer in America’s military ranks, and it must be expunged before it’s too late. That cancer lies in uniformed service members’ widespread rejection of the uniquely American concept of civilian control of the military and disregard for the absolute necessity that America’s military officers remain apolitical in the face of the constitutional will of the electorate. Recent events reveal this cancer,... [Snip] I have heard from some anti-Trump officers that it is acceptable for them to challenge Trump and be “disloyal” to him on political matters... [Snip] The trends we are seeing feel dangerously close to an embrace of 1970s South American-style military juntas.

Democrat Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett said Monday evening on a Zoom conference that Democrats don’t “have time” to convince voters of their “position” with upcoming elections but should focus on their friends and families.
Democrats have been attempting to find a unifying message to resonate with their base ahead of the midterm elections, as some have criticized progressive policies. Others have blamed the party’s branding and messaging for their 2024 loss. While joining historian Heather Cox Richardson and Katie Paris, founder and CEO of Red Wine & Blue, a nonprofit organization, Crockett spoke about her experience in office and offered advice to women wanting to speak out against the Trump administration.

Washington— The suspect accused of firebombing a Tesla showroom and a Republican Party office in New Mexico was hauled out into the street shirtless following an FBI raid early Saturday, photos obtained by The Post show.
Jamison Wagner, 40, was led away by FBI counterterrorism task force agents in a pair of shorts — and little else.
The lipstick-wearing Wagner, listed as a member of LGBT group 500 Queer Scientists, is charged with two counts of malicious damage or destruction of property and faces up to 20 years in prison on each count. (Photos) Wagner is accused of carrying out an arson attack on an Albuquerque Tesla showroom on Feb. 9,
