The anti-Elon Musk/Donald Trump protests over the weekend were insane. As we noted before, it was mostly relegated to blue enclaves. It’s not a Tea Party moment for Democrats, who couldn’t even explain their protest signs without reading off a script. I’m not kidding. (X's) Trump’s head was carried around by someone dressed as Lady Liberty. I feel this weekend just provided Democrats an excuse to draw a swastika and not get canceled over it. It’s a coping mechanism for Democrats. They have every right to whine and moan about not being able to beat Trump, but everyone else is moving on with their lives.

Here's the problem that dems face. The young crazies make a lot of noise but they lack organization to push their ideas, beyond shouting at street corners. They also know that with Trump in charge, if they riot, they are more likely to face significant criminal penalties. Even many liberal cities are getting fed up with destructive tactics. Further, such gatherings were amplified by the media and the dem party, who have no credibility or presence any longer. The media still reports them but no one is listening to them. Conservative voices might talk about them but in mocking tones and people who point out how stupid their "cause" is. The dem party is at 29% favorability and dropping. The best they can figure out is to dress in pink and hold ping pong paddles with moronic messages on them. "Crowds" of a few hundred people mean NOTHING. And, it seems like the vast majority of people, even many of the ones that have doubts about Trump, have no faith in dems or anyone else. In essence, there is no viable alternative to Trump's leadership. So, you have about 50% of the country that support Trump and another 25% that are waiting to see what happens. And, 25% who are disorganized Leftists who have no real plans except to scream and burn Teslas.

This rally was aimed at the older crowd. The social media influencers were probably out in force talking about dwindling retirement accounts. That will get old people out on the streets. The left is strong on manipulation. To do that, you have to get people to turn off their brains. These people aren't thinking things through and that's because they listen to BS influencers that fill people's heads full of lies and inaccuracies.

Interesting that the article included footage of a protest in Charlestown, WV. I was out there three Saturdays ago, and there was a small group of protestors in that same location that day. Lots of retired DC bureaucrats have moved out to that area. I guess the old numbnuts have nothing better to do than to try to recreate the glory days of their youth spent protesting Nixon and the Vietnam War.

They can't even explain what's on their signs. Somebody please tell them that Trump voters are getting exactly what we voted for, and there's more of US than them. It's stupid that they think they're impacting us when Trump told us what he was going to do, and he's doing it; it doesn't matter to us what they think. They're only convincing themselves, and they're not even succeeding at that. I think they're turning off more people than are jumping on the sinking ship with them.

I saw prep for some protest a few days ago, people in Islamic garb getting off a white chartered bus. Who chartered the buses? Going back a couple of years, Who bought the pallets of bricks and paid to have them delivered in the wee hours of the morning, before the 'organic' protests, where the protesters threw those same bricks that were placed for that purpose? We have seen this Kabuki Theater soooo many times, it's getting boring.

Believe it, or not, I still have Democrat friends. Just a handful out of the 6,000 names in my cell phone address book. But those few Democrats keep texting me to say, “We finally got him. Your friend Trump has finally done it. He screwed up- he’s destroyed the economy, he’s destroyed the Republican Party.” And I just smile and laugh. I’ve heard this exact same delusional, wishful thinking a hundred times since 2015. It’s been 10 straight years of “He’s finally done it. Trump is finished.” And for 10 years all these delusional Democrats have been dead wrong every time.

China’s retaliation against President Donald Trump’s tariffs includes more export controls on rare earth minerals, which are vital to electronics and battery manufacturing. The Chinese government said over the weekend that it will maintain its supply of rare earths to the rest of the world stable while limiting U.S. access to the minerals. China is the world’s dominant producer of rare earth minerals, accounting for about 70 percent of the world’s supply at the moment. More precisely, China supplies roughly 60 percent of the raw minerals, but controls almost 90 percent of processing and refining capacity.

It is a truly inspiring and heartwarming story. Vance's mother, Beverly "Bev" Aikins, plays a significant role in his memoir "Hillbilly Elegy," where she is portrayed as a complex and troubled figure whose struggles profoundly shaped Vance’s life. In the book, she is described as a woman caught in a cycle of instability, addiction, and personal turmoil, which mirrors some of the broader challenges he attributes to the "hillbilly" community. In a bold move that champions both economic growth and practical forest management, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced on Friday that it will greenlight logging in America’s national forests. President Donald Trump is more popular now than before he sent the global markets into a frenzy by enacting sweeping new tariffs. An exclusive DailyMail.com/J.L. Trump's rising approval rating is surprising given the flak the White House has received over the tariff order signed Wednesday. It is up by 13 points since March 7 among those aged 18 to 29.
