SB25-086 tramples the Constitution in
the name of control

Original Article

In our political age where virtue signaling often masquerades as policymaking, Colorado Senate Bill 25-086, charmingly titled Protections for Users of Social Media, stands as a masterclass in misdirection. Behind its disarming language and so-called concern for user safety lies a deeply troubling expansion of government power—one that threatens to obliterate the digital boundary between individual freedom and state surveillance. Let me be frank: SB25-086 is not about protection—it’s about control.

Let's be clear, it's not that this Colorado law 'could' be abused, it's that this law 'will' be abused. Abuse of the citizenry is the purpose. Whoever authored this legislation needs to be fired, and publicly ridiculed.

I agree with the author. Similar to COVID, the government is having private industry do the dirty work. Remember, instead of the Fed mandate the vax, they reilied on employers to threaten termination for non compliance. This Internet "protection" bill works the same way.

This is the result when you buy into the lie that The Constitution isn't absolute. It most certainly is. If the government induces a private entity to violate our rights its the same as if they did it themselves. Kind of Like having England and Israel spy on us and report back what they find (so they dont have to get a warrant).

I’m Gen X. I was pretty young when I earned my PhD, so I’ve been a professor for a long time—over 30 years. If you’re not in academia, or it’s been awhile since you were in college, you might not know this: the students are not what they used to be. Most of our students are functionally illiterate. This is not a joke. By “functionally illiterate” I mean “unable to read and comprehend adult novels Their writing skills are at the 8th-grade level. Former University of Wisconsin–La Crosse chancellor and professor Joe Gow has filed a lawsuit against the school, seeking reinstatement after school officials dismissed him after discovering that he and his wife had created pornography. Gow was fired twice from UW La Crosse in 2024 over his pornographic content; the school initially removed him from his position and then subsequently dismissed him from the university altogether.  Should Gow win the lawsuit, he stands to gain more than $400,000 in damages, including lost wages amounting to nearly $92,000 as well as the value of his unused sick leave, which exceeds $310,000

The news was shocking. In the last days of May 2021, media around the world reported that “with the help of a ground-penetrating radar specialist” hired by the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc First Nation, an aboriginal tribe in British Columbia, the remains of 215 children had been found buried in unmarked graves on what were once the grounds of the Kamloops Indian Residential School. There was just one wrinkle in this horrific tale. It wasn’t true.

When President Donald Trump signed an executive order to downsize the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Kari Lake, a senior advisor at the agency, released a statement exposing alarming findings: “Massive national security violations, including spies and terrorists.” The White House also published an article titled “Voice of Radical America,” highlighting a particularly egregious case: “In May 2019, Voice of America fired reporters for their roles in canceling a broadcast midstream after pressure from the Chinese government.” I was at the heart of that incident.

A Middle East reporter for The Washington Post is facing scrutiny for online commentary in which she has called Israel an illegal state, openly identified as an anti-Zionist and signaled support for Hamas and Hezbollah, among other posts now raising questions about the objectivity of her coverage on the region. Heba Farouk Mahfouz a reporter in the Post’s Cairo bureau frequently inveighed against Israel, saying it was “not a point of view” but “a fact” that the country is a “colonial, illegal” state. She described Zionism as “racism,” while dismissing her critics as “Zio-Nazis”a pejorative deemed by some as antisemitic.
CO AG Weiser on DOJ’s review of Tina

The DOJ is now reviewing whether federal agencies engaged in politically motivated lawfare in the high-profile case of former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters. In response Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser urged the Denver federal court to reject its interference. The DOJ’s recent move to review Peters’ prosecution for “political bias” is a rare and unprecedented step, leading many to question whether this is a genuine concern for justice or simply an attempt to suppress dissent. Peters was sentenced to nine years behind bars for actions related to the forensic imaging of Mesa County’s election management system in 2021.
Does Congress Need to Impeach Judges to

Members of Congress are currently filing resolutions to impeach federal judges who are blocking the work of the Trump administration. But what does the Constitution actually say about how long a federal judge may serve on the bench? ART III, Section 1 states, “The Judges, both of the supreme & inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior…” It does not say that the judges will hold their offices until they resign, die, or commit “a high crime or misdemeanor.” just while their “behavior” is good.

If an election official was sentenced to nine years in prison, you might assume they had been caught stuffing ballot boxes or rigging results. But, what if they were convicted for preserving election records? That’s the case of Tina Peters, the former Mesa County clerk, whose actions led to a landmark prosecution — one that has now drawn scrutiny from the U.S. Department of Justice. Federal authorities are stepping in to review whether her sentence was excessive and whether her prosecution was influenced politically.

At around 0300, on Sunday, 22 December, the Aegis cruiser USS Gettysburg (CG 64) shot down an F/A-18F preparing to land on USS Harry S Truman (CVN 75) while operating in the Red Sea. First, we all need to understand that there is only one man who knows what happened on that day, and that is the commanding officer of Gettysburg.  Gettysburg’s captain knows what happened in terms of the detailed events, unless the failure was the result of identifiable human error, understand why certain things did happen. That level of detail may only be revealed in the post-mortem.

For some years now, I have been tracking globalist initiatives at both ends: at the point where the ideological rounds are chambered and downrange where they affect the lives of millions as public policies.  I’ve also been tracking how USAID, via a series of NGOs, has been running what amounts to a massive human trafficking operation across South America, through Central America, straight up through our borders.  I decided to visit its Cairo office to see how it was responding to Trump’s recent order slashing USAID activities. To call USAID Egypt an office is misleading. It is a military-style compound.

Representative George Santos was expelled from Congress for embellishing his resume and for allegations of misconduct, including the illegal diversion of campaign funds for personal uses. Senator Raphael Warnock (D – GA) was Chairman of a “non-partisan” group that engaged in a massive violation of campaign finance laws in 2018. The “non-partisan” group led by Warnock spent millions of dollars illegally attempting to influence the outcome of the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election If George Santos’ fabulism and misallocation of funds warranted his expulsion, then Senator Raphael Warnock needs to be promptly expelled from Congress too.

Hamas is ready to release all remaining 59 hostages in Gaza in exchange for a permanent cease-fire with Israel, Palestinian officials said. As Israel ramps up its military campaign in Gaza, the terror group told negotiators it was prepared to free all its hostages so long as it gets assurance that Jerusalem will withdraw all its forces, a senior Palestinian official told the Times of Israel. It remains to be seen if the proposal will be accepted, as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has long rejected any deal that does not include Hamas’ complete defeat, including demilitarization and its permanent exit from Gaza.

Local jihadist organizations go by different names, but the ideology that drives them is the same: Every one of them deeply believes that Allah wants him to wipe the world clean of the kuffar (infidels). More than 16.2 million Christians in Sub-Saharan Africa have been driven from their homes by jihadi violence and conflict, reports the human rights organization Open Doors. Women and girls are abducted, forced into "marriage," forced to convert to Islam, raped, and subjected to forced labor. Several girls have been forced to act as
