Does Congress Need to Impeach Judges to
Make Them Behave?

Original Article

Members of Congress are currently filing resolutions to impeach federal judges who are blocking the work of the Trump administration. But what does the Constitution actually say about how long a federal judge may serve on the bench? ART III, Section 1 states, “The Judges, both of the supreme & inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior…” It does not say that the judges will hold their offices until they resign, die, or commit “a high crime or misdemeanor.” just while their “behavior” is good.

From the article: "Such a case recently came up when District Judge John McConnell Jr. blocked a funding freeze by the Trump administration without disclosing his role on the board of Crossroads Rhode Island: a nonprofit which had received $128 million in government funding during his tenure." A single Federal District Court judge should not be able to dictate national policy. Congress needs to do more than impeach a few judges. Congress needs to limit the power of district judges.

Unless the GOP has a 2/3 majority in the senate impeachments are a waste of time.

FTA: "From the most quoted book in the history of Congress (the Bible), particularly in the earlier Congressional days comes these words, “You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor.” (Leviticus 19:15) In that regard, the Constitutional framers appear to have aspired for righteous judges. They held out no such hope for legislators or executives." So beautiful. It inspires.

Louis Gohmert, one of the finest representatives provided by Texas, provides some informative information about judges. He mentions that judges are accountable to Congress, and can be brought before Congress for questioning about their behavior --- and they can be defunded. I hope to see some of these judges before Congress soon, to explain their behavior. It is time to bring an end to the government's thesis that they are all independent, and are accountable to nobody.

Con duct hearings and have legislation outlining 'good behavior'. One will see some of these black robed Demigods tap the brakes if they know there might be a consequence to their dictatorial edits.

They must be made to believe the judicial canons they swore to uphold. Ending the lifelong gravy train of a few will snap the others into line.

If a judge is repeatedly overturned by higher courts, he or she should be removed.

The DOJ is now reviewing whether federal agencies engaged in politically motivated lawfare in the high-profile case of former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters. In response Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser urged the Denver federal court to reject its interference. The DOJ’s recent move to review Peters’ prosecution for “political bias” is a rare and unprecedented step, leading many to question whether this is a genuine concern for justice or simply an attempt to suppress dissent. Peters was sentenced to nine years behind bars for actions related to the forensic imaging of Mesa County’s election management system in 2021.

If an election official was sentenced to nine years in prison, you might assume they had been caught stuffing ballot boxes or rigging results. But, what if they were convicted for preserving election records? That’s the case of Tina Peters, the former Mesa County clerk, whose actions led to a landmark prosecution — one that has now drawn scrutiny from the U.S. Department of Justice. Federal authorities are stepping in to review whether her sentence was excessive and whether her prosecution was influenced politically.

That level of detail may only be revealed in the post-mortem.

For some years now, I have been tracking globalist initiatives at both ends: at the point where the ideological rounds are chambered and downrange where they affect the lives of millions as public policies.  I’ve also been tracking how USAID, via a series of NGOs, has been running what amounts to a massive human trafficking operation across South America, through Central America, straight up through our borders.  I decided to visit its Cairo office to see how it was responding to Trump’s recent order slashing USAID activities. To call USAID Egypt an office is misleading. It is a military-style compound.

Representative George Santos was expelled from Congress for embellishing his resume and for allegations of misconduct, including the illegal diversion of campaign funds for personal uses. Senator Raphael Warnock (D – GA) was Chairman of a “non-partisan” group that engaged in a massive violation of campaign finance laws in 2018. The “non-partisan” group led by Warnock spent millions of dollars illegally attempting to influence the outcome of the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election If George Santos’ fabulism and misallocation of funds warranted his expulsion, then Senator Raphael Warnock needs to be promptly expelled from Congress too.

To me it was obvious from the start that claims about Donald Trump’s ties to Russia, although pushed intensely and for a very long time by the leftist media, were nothing but a gigantic hoax. Joe Biden was the head of a lucrative crime family – even if the Democratic Party, the legacy media, the CIA, FBI, IRS, Department of Justice and even if 51 high-ranking veterans of intelligence organizations asserted that Hunter Biden’s laptop bore all the marks of Russian disinformation. Seeing through these bald-faced lies wasn’t brain surgery.

The Vietnamese Communist Party has decided to embark on a bold path towards restructuring its state apparatus, following the global trend recently led by other countries. The new plan is inspired by the radical reforms implemented in Argentina by President Javier Milei, which seek to drastically reduce the size of the state and ease the bureaucratic burden. Under the banner of "administrative reform", the Vietnamese government has announced its intention to reduce approximately 20% of government ministries and agencies, as well as the number of public employees.

Western culture has long painted eating bugs as backward and gross. But learned disgust can be overcome — if the conditions are right. After the ninth epidemic of mad cow disease, everyone was already eating insects.said Nai Nai. Nai Nai and Grace squatted in a corner soaking the cocoons in steaming hot water. Grace always liked to stir the paddle, loosening any stray dirt or leaf debris off the floating swaddled worms. It was Nai Nai’s role to take the washed cocoons, and with sharp knife, pluck out the plump meat inside. Clean and quick.

Karen Bass, the city’s mayor, has not only visited Cuba numerous times while serving in public office here in the U.S., but also volunteered to harvest sugarcane with the Venceremos Brigade organized by Fidel Castro in 1969, which served as a training program for leftist American agitators, spies, and terrorists. Elon Musk has raised eyebrows to DefCon1 with his recent endorsement of the insurgent AfD (“Alternative for Germany”) Party in Germany’s snap election next month, in the pages of DieWelt, one of Germany’s leading newspapers. AfD has a checkered character, but like Marine le Pen in France, it seems the unified front of the established political parties against considering AfD as part of any governing coalition is only helping AfD’s appeal to fed-up German voters (just like endless lawsuits against Trump helped him with many voters). An English translation of Musk’s article is out today. Judge for yourself.

Washington — A federal judge in California ordered six federal agencies to reinstate probationary employees who were fired last month, finding that their terminations by the Office of Personnel Management were unlawful. A new four-lane highway cutting through tens of thousands of acres of protected Amazon rainforest is being built for the COP30 climate summit in the Brazilian city of Belém. It aims to ease traffic to the city, which will host more than 50,000 people - including world leaders - at the conference in November. The state government touts the highway's "sustainable" credentials, but some locals and conservationists are outraged at the environmental impact. The Amazon plays a vital role in absorbing carbon for the world and providing biodiversity, and many say this deforestation contradicts the very purpose of a climate summit.

The Congressional Black Caucus stood in firm support of Green's actions and, in their own move to disrupt, CBC members sang "We Shall Overcome," an anthem of the Civil Rights Movement, as Johnson read the censure on the House floor.
