Las Vegas police arrested Paul Kim, 36, related to his “targeted attack” on a Tesla center. Per Fox News reporter Bill Melugin: Las Vegas Metro Police say a search of Tesla firebombing suspect Paul Kim’s social media shows him with potential communist & pro-Palestine affiliations. They say they have a DNA match and showed video of him using a rifle to shoot out surveillance cameras before attack. (X) According to police, Paul Kim used Molotov cocktails and firearms during his attack on the Tesla center last Tuesday morning. Mr. Kim, a domestic terrorist, is 36. He should get out of prison when he's about 56. Make a sad, sad example of him, and of anyone else who behaves this way. Also make an example of whatever leftwing nabobs who are funding this terrorism and the lawfare against President Trump and his supporters.

To #3's point, we have the elements of a criminal RICO conspiracy. The terrorists in the streets are supported by the hackers who doxed the names and addresses of Tesla owners and the websites and organizations organizing and encouraging "direct action" against Tesla dealers.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta issued a "consumer alert" in the wake of its bankruptcy regarding the "trove of sensitive consumer data 23andMe has amassed." Bonta reminded Californians that they have the right to direct the company to delete their genetic data. What about individual data is so important? Why should people worry that they’ve left a spot of saliva as a DNA sequence in some company database? Surely they are just a drop of water in an endless sea. But as the forensic DNA revolution showed, even drops in the ocean can be told apart. Perhaps our attitude to individual inconsequence has changed.

New York City's waste reduction efforts will commence a new phase next week, as the city's sanitation agency will begin enforcing a law-mandated composting program with fines. Starting April 1, residents will have to separate food waste from trash or risk receiving a $25 fine from the Department of Sanitation. While mandatory composting became effecting in October 2024, the law passed by City Council established a warning period until April 2025. What are the food separation rules? Sanitation officials say they have deliberately kept the rules simple for residents. All food, yard and food-soiled paper waste must be set out in a bin on recycling day. What should be separated? The Paris Climate Agreement was flawed; doomed to fail from its inception. It is long past time for all parties to it and the media to acknowledge this fact. The mainstream media have bemoaned the Paris Agreement’s fate since Donald Trump’s reelection. Trump took the United States out of the Paris Agreement during his first term, and vowed to do so again after President Biden put America back into the agreement. While Trump withdrawing the United States from the Paris Agreement was a visible and public rebuke of the pact, undermining its “effectiveness,” in point of fact, the agreement was dead even before the ink of the last signature

Donald Trump's 2024 election victory over Kamala Harris is one of the better things that has happened in our nation for some time, and all of the various benefits of that win are still making themselves known. One of the areas in which Americans will benefit from this is in energy, and in Alaska, that benefit will be felt not only in reduced energy prices, but in jobs. Alaska's economy depends in large part on mining and energy development, and on the North Slope, where many of Alaska's Native communities are found, as much as 95 percent of the local economies are dependent on oil and gas development. Kamelia Enzler, 55, is facing charges of Malicious Mischief in the Third Degree after she was filmed vandalizing another driver's Tesla Model Y on March 20 at the Issaquah Commons shopping center, according to police. Viral footage of the incident shared by reporter Jonathan Choe shows the woman, dressed in a grey sweater, angrily exiting her Toyota 4Runner and yelling a few words. She then walked up to the Tesla, keyed it, and calmly got back inside her own car. The keying came amid a spate of recent attacks on Teslas

After four long years during which our democracy was under constant peril, one might say the November election cured that crisis, at least for now, returning the American voter and American values to center stage. Zealots of the Left, however, continue their tired chorus of accusation and cancellation. It is staggering how blind to election results and deaf to the voices of voters they seem to be. Wokeness may be in retreat but this core cadre, still including many in legacy media, continue their ranting about existential threats and trying to shame us into shedding crocodile tears over illegals. Quite the statement, eh? Let me explain. I’m well into my 60s and for my entire adult life I’ve heard that public school teachers are underpaid. It has been repeated as a mantra for decades. Ignoring for a moment whether it is true or not -- and the answer to that is generally, it depends -- let’s accept the mantra and analyze why public-school teachers are still underpaid after all these years. It’s not spending. As most voters know, it seems that every stinking year there is some ballot initiative or measure or legislative move to increase spending for our woefully underfunded public-school systems. It never seems to end.

It seems that Ukrainian Leader Volodymyr Zelensky has decided on a path that’ll send him clashing with US President Donald J. Trump and his administration. Besides repeatedly breaching the Trump-brokered partial ceasefire on energy and infrastructure, Zelensky has now made a TV statement that contains at least two very controversial points. First, he again stated that the hundreds of billions of dollars in US aid to the Kiev regime were NOT ‘loans’, but rather, donations – despite the fact that nothing was ever registered as such. Secondly, he alerted that Ukraine will NOT sign the reworked rare-earth/mineral exploration deal,

Late last night, President Trump signed an executive order "to end collective bargaining with Federal unions" at more than two dozen government agencies. In theory this puts an end to collective bargaining for more than half of all federal workers. President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday evening abolishing union rights at more than two dozen federal agencies and offices, in a major expansion of the administration’s efforts to shrink the federal government. The White House cited national security concerns for terminating workers’ ability to bargain collectively, but the order applies at agencies with both direct and indirect links to national security.

She ended up humiliating herself in the process when she chased after him off the subway and wound up face-planting on the platform. Well, that woman has been identified. Not all of this criticism was made out of hostility toward the outlet — many honestly wanted NPR to reverse course and adopt more balanced coverage. That is why,
