Five former secretaries of Defense have signed a letter protesting the firing by President Trump of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. C. Q. Brown, demanding the Senate refuse to confirm Trump’s nominee to replace Brown and for Congress to investigate the firing of Brown and other senior officers by Trump.
Trump nominated retired Air Force Lieutenant General Dan “Razin” Caine to replace Brown. Caine will need a waiver from Trump on meeting the legal requirements for the chairman.

The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg said during a discussion about President Donald Trump‘s gold card immigration proposal that immigrants are necessary because Americans are not helpful in knowing how to “do stuff.”
“My point is, we’ve spent over 100 years saying to people, come, you’re welcome. We’ll take you. Now, nobody knows how you get in, what do you do because it’s a mess,” Goldberg said Wednesday on The View in a rant about the immigration system under the Trump administration. “So I want somebody to make up your mind so people know what to do.”

On Sunday night, President Donald Trump announced that Dan Bongino would be filling the role of deputy director at the FBI. This comes after Kash Patel was confirmed a few days before as the bureau's director. Trump's pick of Patel and now Bongino have fired up leftist commentators and Democratic politicians so fiercely, they've taken to forget very key details about what makes Bongino qualified.
Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) who, along with all of his Democratic colleagues, did not vote to confirm Patel, was particularly incensed about Bongino. So much so, that he left out key details of what makes him qualified, and it's not merely because it's Trump's right

Jill Biden’s former press secretary, Michael LaRosa, admitted the Biden White House covered up Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and “gaslighted” the public about his deteriorating condition.
For years, The Gateway Pundit documented Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.
The fake news media attacked the conservative media for posting videos of demented Biden wandering around lost and accused us of posting “cheap fakes.”
Last June, the Biden Camp and their stenographers in the media went into full-blown panic mode after a video of Biden wandering away from the G7 group went viral.

When Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) went to the steakhouse at the Four Seasons in Washington, D.C. Monday night to dine with (alleged) lobbyists he was a little too loose-lipped, and sadly for him conservative journalist Nick Sortor was seated at the table next to him and heard it all. In fact, Sortor says Swalwell "invaded" his table while he was "inebriated at dinner," and promised a video recap. Sortor says he has audio of the conversation, but he hasn't yet released it. (Presumably, he's getting legal advice) He did, however, release a summary of what Swalwell said and a video of him confronting Swalwell as the group exited the restaurant.

Dylan Mulvaney, the man single-handedly responsible for the destruction of beer brand Bud Light, says his subjective feelings are “living proof” that “far right” anti-trans ideas are false.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, the transgender activist and social media star claimed that he is living his life in defiance of criticism of the transgender movement.
“If I’m living my life, and I’m successful, and I’m happy, and I’m thriving, and I’m feeling euphoric, that means that whatever is being pushed by the far right or extremists — what they’re saying isn’t true. I’m living proof that it’s not,” he said.

One year after California introduced a first-of-its-kind $20 minimum wage for fast-food workers, an increase of up to 70 cents is slated for a vote. California's Fast Food Council, comprised of fast-food workers, restaurant owners and state officials, approved a motion Wednesday to consider a cost-of-living-adjustment at an upcoming meeting. (Snip) Workers and labor advocates said the increase was needed to address rising costs of living in one of the country's most expensive states to live. Veronica Gonzales, a fast-food worker, spoke remotely from a room full of workers organized under the California Fast Food Workers Union’s San Jose chapter.

If you haven’t heard, leftists are taking their ball and going home, like petulant toddlers, on Friday, February 28. The news on socialist...er, social media lately has been about the “Feb. 28 economic blackout,” which is supposed to be a protest by leftists over the fact that they lost the election. They want people to refrain from participating in the economy for 24 hours — specifically those major retailers that dared scale back on Didn’t Earn It efforts.[Snip] Remember that the order from the left is “no Amazon, no Walmart, no fast food,”

On Thursday, following through on a campaign promise, the Trump administration released documents related to the notorious predator Jeffrey Epstein.
Attorney General Pam Bondi previously described the scale of Epstein’s abuse as “sick,” confirming over 250 victims. Trump signed an executive order on his third day in office ordering the release of the Epstein files, and many have been wondering when they’d come out, or even if they would. The delay in the release of the files, Bondi explained, is due to efforts to protect victims’ identities, but she assured that flight logs and names would be released.
Numerous high-profile figures have been linked to Jeffrey Epstein, with records and reports

If you embrace a position—whether it’s religious, political, moral—completely devoid of fact… and reason… and logic… and practicality… and responsibility…and integrity… and objectivity… and empathy… and self-sacrifice… then apparently all you’re left with are debunked lies.
Case in point: Yesterday, Ohio congresswoman Joyce Beatty made this claim on X:
"Thirteen years ago today, Trayvon Martin, at 17 years old, was wrongfully killed in an act of police brutality that shook the nation and brought vital awareness to the racially motivated violence that plagues our country. Today, and every day, let us continue the fight for racial equity and speak out against the hate that divides us.
