The Trump administration received a $25 billion pitch from prominent defense contractors to set up military-style “processing camps” to help carry out mass migrant deportations, a new report says.
The aggressive blueprint, spearheaded by the likes of former Blackwater CEO Erik Prince and COO Bill Mathews, aims to use a range of tactics to swiftly boot 12 million illegal migrants from the US before the 2026 midterms.
As part of the proposal, the contractors fired off a list of Army bases that would be suitable to build “camps” that could be up-and-running “in less than one week.”
In addition to the camps, the pitch also lays out the need for

Government agencies censured anti-deportation activists after they revealed sensitive information about multiple federal immigration enforcement agents in California.
Multiple flyers displayed across the Los Angeles area recently leaked the names, faces, and job descriptions of at least four people employed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security.
“Careful with These Faces,” one flyer reads.
“These armed agents work in Southern California. ICE and HSI racially terrorize and criminalize entire communities with their policies. They kidnap people from their homes and from the streets, separating families and fracturing communities. Many people have died while locked up in jails, prisons, and detention centers,” the flyer continues.

In an angry letter addressed last week to Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, disgraced Fulton County DA Fani Willis wailed about the congressional committee purportedly "bully[ing]" her by investigating the affairs of her office. She suggested that he should be celebrating Black History Month instead.
"Rather than honor and uphold the oath you took, you have chosen to expend your time attempting to bully me, which is a complete waste of your time," Willis wrote, according to a copy of the correspondence obtained by The New York Times. "Might I suggest that instead of attempting to disrupt this office's work protecting the people of Fulton County,

A long-simmering effort to defund National Public Radio and the Public Broadcasting Service is heating up on Capitol Hill just as the Federal Communications Commission and Elon Musk‘s Department of Government Efficiency are looking into how tax dollars are spent at the left-leaning media outlets.
The Media Research Center, a conservative news watchdog, today launched a PR effort to draw attention to the “anti-American and anti-conservative programming” on the outlets.
The campaign features a digital mobile billboard driven on roads around the Capitol and House and Senate office buildings calling for defunding. The van will be on the roads through Thursday.

Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) appeared on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Tuesday and called on lawmakers not to give President Donald Trump their authority.
Co-host Jonathan Lemire said, “Certainly there’s a lot of debate among Democrats right now as to who is that face, who is the leader for the party right now? Who’s going to play the role that Nancy Pelosi did during those first couple of years of Trump’s initial term in office? So now let’s take a look at more from Ryan Noble’s interview with Senator Murkowski, who warned her Republican colleagues not to cede their authority to President Trump.”

President Trump has tapped Dan Bongino, a hard-charging Trump supporter and one of America’s most popular and prolific conservative commentators, to serve as deputy director of the FBI.
A top podcaster, former Fox News host, New York City Police Department officer, and 12-year veteran of the Secret Service, Bongino is a close friend of FBI Director Kash Patel and will now serve as his right-hand man at the FBI, Trump announced on Truth Social Sunday.
Trump’s choice of Bongino to join Patel at the FBI as its deputy came just three days after the Senate confirmed Patel’s nomination,

Leading doctors are warning that President Donald Trump is potentially letting one of the world's deadliest infections take hold in the US following his freeze on global health aid.
Dr Amesh Adalja, a professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg school of public health, told DailyMail.com that mpox - formerly known as monkeypox - could become a real global emergency in the wake of Trump's drastic move.
In August 2024, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared mpox a 'public health emergency of international concern', following a surge in cases in the The US government, up until now, has maintained partnerships in global health security and development with the DRC and throughout Africa,

The fiery hosts at ABC’s “The View” have faced pressure to dial back their anti-President Trump rhetoric — even as “morale is low” among staffers following layoffs and unpopular cost-cutting moves, The Post has learned.
A source close to the show’s co-hosts — Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro — said the mood on the set is increasingly tense at the daytime talk show.
That’s partly because Brian Teta, executive producer of “The View,” spoke to staffers about “going easy” on Trump-related commentary in the days leading up to the 47th president taking the oath of office,

Steve Bannon said Thursday a “choir” of Jan. 6 Capitol rioters should perform at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts now that President Donald Trump is the venue’s chairman.
Bannon said the choir would be welcomed at the center with Ric Grenell serving as president – and after Trump was elected as chair by a board he appointed.
While addressing a crowd at the annual CPAC convention, Bannon also suggested that “elites” who usually get the best seats at the Kennedy Center should spend a night in a “gulag.”
“The J-sixers are here at CPAC,” he said. “All of them! From the medium, high-security prisons to the US penitentiaries.

The Trump administration is making good on its promise to drain the swamp and restore law and order, as Attorney General Pam Bondi has fired Pamela Hicks from her role as Chief Counsel of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, President Trump made it clear last week that he would eliminate all Biden-appointed U.S. Attorneys who contributed to the weaponization of the justice system.

The Trump administration is considering steps that could give it more control over the independent US Postal Service, according to multiple published reports. It’s a move that could upend how Americans get critical deliveries including online purchases, prescription drugs, checks and vote-by-mail ballots.
The Washington Post first reported late Thursday, citing numerous anonymous sources, that President Donald Trump planned to disband the US Postal Service’s Board of Governors and place the agency under direct control of the Commerce Department and Secretary Howard Lutnick. The Wall Street Journal also Friday reported on the plan to dissolve the commission, citing government officials.
The Postal Service did not respond to requests for comment.

The US government will end the temporary protected status (TPS) for 500,000 Haitians living in the country in August, the Department of Homeland Security said on Thursday.
This comes despite deteriorating conditions in the Caribbean country, with gangs controlling about 85% of the capital and sexual violence against children increasing by 1,000% last year, according to the United Nations.
TPS is granted to nationals of designated countries facing unsafe conditions, such as armed conflict or environmental disasters.
US President Donald Trump has moved to overhaul parts of the US immigration system since returning to office and promised "mass deportations" and arrests.
