With the Democratic Party protesting the crimes of the Elon Musk–Donald Trump administration with the skill and preparedness of a high school chess club that’s suddenly been told they’re starting the big football game, most liberals have pinned their hopes for real opposition on the courts. Lawsuits have been pouring down on the Trump administration like rain. To keep up, I check the helpful litigation tracker published and updated by Just Security. As of this writing, the website is following 35 separate lawsuits filed against Trump’s executive orders.
Many of Trump’s orders are illegal, and unconstitutional, and brazenly so. Most good-faith lawyers can see that, but “good faith”

This article lays out exactly what Trump needs to do to right the wrongs of the past 6 or 7 decades. Not that that is why it was written.
One thing though: The President IS the absolute "King" of the executive branch of the U.S. federal government. Not the people of the country, unless they work for the federal government. I would think that the executive branch has all responsibility over foreigners here, legal and illegal, also. Not congress. When it comes to managing anything under his Article II powers, the Congress has no say. Just my opinion.

Hey, Elie, if you can't stand it any longer, I'm sure there's a real short pier near you -- one that's inviting you to take a real long walk off of it...

The Nation is a far Left publication. Brags about publishing Progressive POV. Why do we need to give them clicks?

Mystal is a dumbass race hustling coon whose repetoire consists entirely of a single note, and that one off key by more than an octave. He is like that other obnoxious and talentless race hustlers, Ibram X. Kendi (or as his parents named him, Henry Rogers) and Ta-Nehisi Coates. All of them possess sub-normal IQ's and attained their notoriety by virtue ofo fawning, stupid white leftists. They are like the dancing dogs about whom it was said they were not very good, but the marvel was they could dance at all.

Takes chutzpah to call this the Trump-Musk coup after what the Dems pulled on PDJT from 2017 through 2020. (And continued through 2024, which, although technically during FJB's term, that was a stolen term, so it should really have been PDJT's 2nd term). Dem lawfare and 2020 steal made that an actual coup...

The Nation is unshaken from its Stalinist roots. It has been a loyal and unwavering Stalinist front since its inception.
The Nation may be pure evil - - but it's certainly consistent.

Not a "coup" an ELECTION. And yes, the courts cannot stop it. This is the will of the people, cleaning out the DC Uniparty Deep State Criminal Cabal.
USAID was their main piggy bank, but there are many more to be discovered and destroyed.

What utter drivel.
How many subscribers does The Nation have? A thousand? Was USAID supporting them, too?

So...if Trump's EO's are illegal and unconstitutional, we are left to wonder what Elie's view of Biden's pardons of his entire family, Milley, Pelosi, etc. etc., who are all guilty as sin of treason, embezzlement, larceny, libel, slander, criminal negligence and perjury might be.

TH eFrench word 'coup' means a blow or a strike. I'd accept what Trump's team is doing as a real blow to the DC Uniparty Deep State Criminal Cabal's money laundering operations.
I view that as a wonderful thing.
