Twice this week, President Donald Trump has publicly noted that he will impose constraints on Elon Musk, a special government employee and the world’s richest man, as Musk works to cut federal spending. Arriving Sunday evening in Washington, Trump told reporters on the tarmac that, “I think Elon’s doing a good job. He’s a big cost-cutter. Sometimes we won’t agree with it and we’ll not go where he wants to go. But I think he’s doing a great job.” In the Oval Office Monday, Trump said that Musk has “access only to letting people go that he thinks are no good if we agree with him

Musk and his team are basically an audit team, looking for waste and fraud. And they are finding BUCKETS of it, so the fraudsters and the wasters are upset about the connection to the taxpayer cash flow being cut off. They are doing a great job, keep on doing it.

The silver lining in this mess is that the Dems are pushing back on Trump's efforts to eliminate the waste and fraud, completely ignoring the fact that most of the country is cheering him on. They continue to double down on their stupid policies. Trump may indeed keep the House in 2026.

President Donald Trump on Friday said that he isn’t interested in deporting Prince Harry, who famously left Britain with his wife, Meghan Markle, in 2020, eventually settling in Montecito, California. The Duke of Sussex is in hot water after conservative think tank the Heritage Foundation filed a lawsuit last year against the Department of Homeland Security to have his immigration records released following Harry admitting to illegal drug use in the past in his 2023 memoir "Spare." "I don’t want to do that," Trump told the New York Post on Friday after being asked if he would deport the royal. "I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife.

In the renewed vigor of the Oval Office, President Trump doesn’t take meetings in the traditional sense, where one guest leaves before another arrives. Instead, in gregarious fashion, the president rolls one meeting into another and introduces the principals to each other, creating a burst of high-energy chemistry and humor that has transformed the White House from a mausoleum into a symphony of personal interaction. He has shaken so many hands that the back of his right hand is almost permanently adorned with a large skin-colored Band-Aid to cover bruises and scratches from enthusiastic well-wishers.

Hallelujah, the border is finally working again: Border Patrol chief Michael Banks announced Thursday that illegal border-crossing attempts have dropped 90% since President Trump took office less than three weeks ago. Which is the final proof that the Biden crew could’ve gotten the same results anytime in the last four years — had they actually wanted to. Instead, they fed the nation nonstop nonsense about how the border being “under control” even as they manufactured more ways to speed up illegal entries and created new paths to “legalize” border-jumping, at least as far as their official statistics were concerned.

While progressive voters, Kamala Harris’s campaign team, and the Pod Save America guys wax poetic and point fingers about November’s election results, President Trump is delivering on his campaign promises to parents—firehose style. My sense is that most in the pundit class still don’t grasp how much parents with school-aged children influenced the election–shifting 7 points to the right between 2020 and 2024. Based on the first few weeks of President Trump’s second term, he did not take those votes for granted. His actions have shown parents across the political spectrum that he is delivering on promises made.

In a recent interview with Breitbart News, Vice President JD Vance said that President Donald Trump is “having the time of his life” and that the “breakneck pace” of action will continue for the next four years. Somebody warn the liberals to stock up on their gummies. Because Trump is just getting started. Democrats are already having a hard time coming to grips with Trump’s return to the White House. At a rally this week in Washington, D.C., congressional Democrats had a normal one in reaction to Trump and his government efficiency czar Elon Musk’s efforts to slash and right-size the federal government – something the president had promised

“I would support you to be spokesperson for the Pentagon,” Connecticut Sen. Richard Blumenthal acidly told Pete Hegseth during his hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee. The insult was a poke in Pete’s eye for his career at Fox News. Blumenthal, who once fibbed that he had served in Vietnam as a Marine (he never left the States), thought Hegseth lacked the record of “leadership” to head an organization as large and complex as the Department of Defense. Evidently, it never crossed Blumenthal’s mind that this appointment was a first step toward making the department less large and complex.

On the job for just 17 days, President Donald Trump isn’t just keeping his approval at an Election Day high, but he’s flipped the coalition that easily pushed former President Barack Obama into two terms over to his camp. In a shocking new survey, Trump has the support of younger voters, millennials, parents, and the growing majority of those who get their news from new media such as long-form podcasts hosted by celebrities such as Joe Rogan. Pollster Jeremy Zogby said that the president has maintained his 49%-48% approval-disapproval rating over his first weeks in office.

President Donald Trump’s decision to restore his maximum pressure campaign on the Islamic Republic of Iran jolted the clerical regime in Tehran and established a clean break with the Biden administration’s concessionary policy toward the rogue nation, according to Mideast experts. Trump also warned the regime on Tuesday that if it carries out his assassination, advisers will ensure that the country is "obliterated." Trump's message to the Iranians seemingly got their attention. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Tuesday that "If the main issue is ensuring that Iran does not pursue nuclear weapons, this is achievable and not a difficult matter."

His appetite for territorial expansion has not waned. Before he even returned to the White House, Donald Trump set his sights on the Panama Canal and then resource-rich Greenland. Now, the president who once railed against foreign entanglements wants to acquire some of the most disputed geography in the world. “The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip,” Trump announced Tuesday. Once redeveloped and under an American flag, he added, it could become “the Riviera of the Middle East.” The news shocked the world, but not Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who stood by the side of the president and smiled.

A federal judge has blocked Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (Doge) from accessing the personal financial data of millions of Americans in Treasury Department records, according to court documents. US District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer issued a preliminary injunction on Saturday to prohibit access, ordering Musk and his team to immediately destroy any copies of records. The move comes after 19 state attorneys general sued the Trump administration after Doge, a cost-cutting initiative led by Musk, was given access to the records. They argued access for Musk, a "special government employee", and Doge, which is not an official government department, violated federal law.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed two bills Friday providing $50 million to fight President Donald Trump’s policies — after returning from a trip to Washington, DC, where he sought federal aid money for recent wildfires in his state. Both bills were passed after a special legislative session called by Newsom after the election to prepare California to lead the opposition to the second Trump administration. Newsom and the Democrat-controlled legislature reached a deal to fund the anti-Trump effort even as the Palisades Fire and Eaton Fire were still smoldering in Los Angeles.

But nobody should normalize what’s going on here. The radical left judiciary continues to sabotage the Trump Administration’s efforts to drain the swamp. CNN reported on Saturday that a federal judge halted Elon Musk’s government efficiency team from accessing a critical Treasury Department. US District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer, who Barack Obama appointed, cited a risk of “irreparable harm.” The order temporarily stops access to a sensitive payment system that distributes Americans’ tax returns, Social Security benefits, disability payments, and federal employees’ salaries. Moreover, Engelmeyer ordered the destruction of any downloaded information from the payment system by anyone given access to it since January 20, the date Trump was inaugurated.

Over the past two weeks Elon Musk and his cadre of young computer geniuses have cracked the code. Like Toto pulling the curtain on the Wizard of Oz, they’ve pulled back the cover on government secrecy. They've shown how oceans of tax revenue have flowed through Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), charitable-sounding foundations, the UN, and others to fund terrorists, disrupters like BLM, and reporters to promote Democrats and censor the opposition, most often to enrich Democrat politicians and their friends, families, and allies. The news you thought was news wasn’t independently and honestly generated. The charities you thought were genuine, weren’t. It’s one big gaslighting grift and you paid for it.

Democrats have finally found someone they hate more than Donald Trump. Elon Musk, who is currently running roughshod over the federal bureaucracy with a sleep-deprived team of brilliant young tech geeks, is the public enemy of the hour. You may have noticed the absolute meltdown of the left over the existence of Elon Musk and the DOGE team doing exactly what Donald Trump was elected to do. I phrased it that way because that’s exactly what is happening – someone is finally going through the government’s books and records to figure out what people do, how much it costs, where the rest of the money is going and whether or not we can live without it since we’re more than $36 trillion in debt. Why would anyone meltdown over that? There’s a very simple reason: Democrats cannot afford for the American people realizing
