Its like the Babylon Bee. Fantasy reflects reality. Democrats never bother with the path to your destination. Its always the destination that matters. The object is to either inherit wealth and power, or achieve wealth and power. Either one requires a great deal of subservience to those who have what you want, and a great deal of betrayal once you've acquired what you want. The most successful one look a little further than the immediate acquisition, and deny their tendency to betray, immediately, therefore staying un-incarcerated. Essentially, psychopaths. Psychopathy, I've heard can be taught, or learned, and boils down to an individual only valuing their fellow man for the opportunities they represent. This is definitely the definition of the top level Politicrats, and is evident in how they treat people. If you have something they want, they are charming. If they gain what they want, you don't exist. Psychopaths may have varying goals, but none of them see people as anything more than commodities - like bread and water, bricks and mortar. All are interchangeable, roughly of equal value, and collectable, to a degree. They collect as much as possible, both to insure against future loss and because the more y9ou have the more attention you get from people who need what you have, After all, if they need something and they also have something, which you can acquire, you have leverage on them, which is also valuable.

(cont.) The fantasy of self-importance develops into the reality of importance. In essence, every psychopath envisions themselves as a top character of Despicable me. They are (in their own minds) the most intelligent person on the planet, deserving of obedient minions and to have their every whim realized.

In Two Days, Trump Answered More Reporter

OK, we admit, we haven’t actually counted the number of reporters’ questions President Donald Trump has answered since being sworn in. And four years is certainly an exaggeration. In any case, someone covering the White House should keep track, because it won’t take long for Trump to beat Biden on this score. Biden held the fewest number of press conferences of any modern president. He would answer questions only from pre-selected reporters. He had to have a cheat sheet with him at all times to give his answers, and even then the White House would often have to rush out to correct

Meta, parent of social media giants Facebook, Instagram and Threads, has decided to make substantive changes to its fact-checking policies — changes that will mean less-onerous scrutiny of users’ posts by paid “fact-checkers,” and more by fellow readers. Is it a victory for free speech? A solid plurality of Americans say “yes,” according to the latest I&I/TIPP Poll. Users have long complained about “woke” rules that lead to even innocuous posts being, in effect, censored by Facebook’s and Instagram’s legions of “fact-checkers.” A common complaint of users described a system that resulted in progressive politics being used

Forty years ago on the day of this writing, your correspondent endured a minor disappointment. As a staffer for Ronald Reagan’s second inaugural committee, it was to be his honor to escort the Supreme Court of the United States onto the platform. But then a smart, common-sense decision was made: move the oath-taking indoors, out of a bitter and dangerous January chill. [snip] History did not just repeat or rhyme today – it echoed, resoundingly. The 45th and now 47th president had dodged his own bullet and outlasted not just unprecedented attacks on his policies and character, but also threats to his personal finances and freedom,

Donald Trump, now the 45th and 47th president of the United States, promised his “top priority will be to create a nation that is proud, prosperous and free,” during his second inaugural speech Monday. At the same time roughly half way around the globe, a group met with the intention of dividing the world into two parts – an inner circle of masters and the rest of the 8 billion on Earth who would be ruled by them. Trump is far from being the fascist that his most rabid opponents claim he is. Chapman University professor Joel Kotkin captures well the baseless

When Donald Trump takes the oath of office today, he will do something no president has managed in modern times. He’s getting a second chance to make a first impression. Normally, when a president enters his second term, the country is already tired of him. He’s a lame duck. He struggles with whether to keep certain people on or find fresh blood, which usually results in the B-team taking over. Everyone immediately starts talking about the next presidential race. Scandals tend to surface. Today, Trump'ss like a breath of fresh air after a long, dark, and dreary winter. The team

Now, as Trump is about to begin his second term, a new poll shows just how deeply embedded the Deep State is, and why it has to be dismantled. [snip] M. The days remaining for the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration are few, but before they go, it’s only fair to ask Americans what kind of job the pair did over the last four tumultuous years. The national online poll of 1.424 adults, taken Jan. 8-Jan. 10, asked a number of questions to get at how voters feel about the job Biden has done, including questions on how Biden did in particular policy areas. “All these things are connected. This is a challenging time. But we’re up to this challenge.” That was California Gov. Gavin Newsom back in 2020 when he was busy blaming “climate change” for the wildfires that erupted that year. “I quite literally have no patience for climate change deniers,” he said. Four years later, Newsom is again blaming “climate change” for the fires ravaging Los Angeles. But wait. If climate change really is to blame, why was California so obviously, so woefully, so inexcusably unprepared?

Since taking office on Monday, Trump has signed a slew of executive orders targeting everything from immigration and the border all the way through to ending DEI and dismantling the deep state. In one of her regular live stream videos in which she lays out the roadmap to a socialist America, the New York Congresswoman urged people to simply ignore or disobey executive orders signed by the president. President Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency is looking into stopping production of the penny to save taxpayers money. In a post on X Tuesday night, the Elon Musk-run group pointed out that a penny now costs three cents to make - triple its value. That cost taxpayers a whopping $179 million in fiscal year 2023, the post said. DOGE has been tasked with coming up with recommendations on how to cut federal spending. It's unclear if it would advise permanently killing off the penny, or just halting or trimming the penny's production.

Tarlov asked Gutfeld about birthright citizenship, which led to Gutfeld unleashing an epic tirade against liberal America being incapable of understanding this moment. First, on the immigration questions, Gutfeld aptly noted that you don’t need to like everything in a restaurant to like the establishment. The new assignments – given to at least 15 longtime officials – will see the federal employees remain within DOJ but in the roles where they are expected to wield less influence on the department’s major decision, the Washington Post reported on Tuesday. Some officials were notified they were being transferred just hours after President Trump was sworn-in on Monday, according to the outlet.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday rescinding President Lyndon B. Johnson’s Executive Order 11246, which mandated government contractors take affirmative action. The order more broadly ceases diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) “discrimination in the federal workforce, and in federal contracting and spending,” the White House noted. The federal government’s hiring practices will now be merit-based, with employees being rewarded for “individual initiative, skills, performance, and hard work.” One major facet of Trump’s move is terminating Johnson’s 1965 order.
