The Talk of “Preemptive Pardons”

Original Article

Anytime the professional leftists lose anything, they immediately become victims. Whether defeated in the battle of ideas (retreat to safe spaces), defeated in the field of pop culture, or even defeated linguistically through debate (words are violence). Whenever the professional left loses, they immediately become victims. It’s what they do. The professional political left, newest version from the Chicago spawn of Dohrn/Ayers, has been waging full combat Lawfare via a weaponized government for the past 16 years. However, Obama/Plouffe were defeated, “their kind” rose again and won the 2024 U.S. Presidential electionWhat we see in this “preemptive pardon” narrative, is a repeat of the victim narrative.

A preemptive pardon is nothing more than I know you’re guilty so here’s a get out of jail free pass! This is such a miscarriage of justice, letting corrupt, lying lawbreakers off the hook before they an accused or tried.

A pardon is an admission of underlying guilt, useful and damning when the civil suits start flying

There is nothing to pardon until there is a conviction. The idea of the Executive branch pardon was to remedy mis carriages of justice. So first there must be justice. :) There must be an accounting of the laws broken before they can be forgiven.

One might think the wonderful Liz, and others who felt they did right, would reject the pardon, to avoid having a bad reputation.

Biden's sweeping order was not the "Pardon of an rational Executive" but the "Edict of a demented Tyrant."

FTA: President Trump does not appear to be in alignment with any approach that would lead to legal indictments, arrests, charges or other legal accountability measures. Beyond the public release of hidden, perhaps classified information that might put sunlight on the previous activity by those who weaponized their offices, there is nothing. Sunlight on prior events, while moving forward to restore functioning law and order, appears to be the most likely approach. This is what I've advocated for a while now, don't care if they're not put into jail but they should be shown to be the gaslighting, manipulative and liars they are with regards to the nearly 10 years attack against Trump. Keep in mind, when he was running in 2015-16 and up until he won, he was a private citizen who was being targeted by his own countries government. It continued during his transition which could be argued was not peaceful in any means since it was fought by the Obama administration. Then, it continued non-stop for 4 more years including the last few weeks of his first term when the Democrats pushed a second phony impeachment. I truly hope the Trump administration exposes all of them, particularly Sen-elect bull Schiff.

Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, previously endorsed allowing trans-identifying individuals to serve in the U.S. military, a position military specialists and reports have warned hampers the force’s overall readiness. The recently unearthed revelation stems from comments the GOP senator made during an Aug. 9 interview on PBS’s “Firing Line with Margaret Hoover.” The host asked Ernst, an Army veteran, whether she agrees with Republicans’ sentiment that the military “has become too woke.”Ernst said she doesn’t believe “those [who] serve in uniform” are woke but admitted that “there is civilian leadership of the military that is woke.” She then cited trans-identifying individuals serving in the armed forces

As the kids like to say with a wink and a nod, “if you know, you know.” In the first White House briefing since the Hunter Biden Pardon, White House Spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre worked her way through a tangled mess of justifications for why Joe Biden changed his mind and gave a pardon to his son, Hunter. However, within the remarks she relied heavily on a name that apparently has leaned-in to the issue of Preemptive Pardons by the outgoing administration. WATCH (prompted): It is transparently obvious why Jim Clyburn would be seeking a preemptive pardon from Joe Biden.

At last, Hunter Biden has his full and unconditional presidential pardon, covering all “offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed” between the tender ages of 44 and 54. Freshly sober and exculpated, young master Biden is now at liberty to pursue his promising artistic career. I join the readership of The Federalist in well-wishing this walking, talking malum prohibitum. There is no gainsaying that Hunter’s father, President Joe Biden, has for a change acted strictly within the confines of his constitutional authority. Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution gives the president plenary authority to “grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences

Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., introduced legislation on Wednesday that would federally ban mutilating transgender procedures for children and punish so-called “physicians” who perform such procedures. The legislation would block doctors from being able to prescribe or administer puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, as well as perform mutilating transgender surgeries like mastectomies. The Safeguarding the Overall Protection of Minors (STOP) Act would allow the Department of Health and Human Services to place a minimum $100,000 fine on doctors who do not follow the law.

Authorities in Mexico dissolved two caravans of would-be illegal immigrants heading to the United States, just days after President-elect Donald Trump warned he would levy a 25 percent tariff on imports from the country. Migrant activists said this week that some were bused to cities in southern Mexico, and others were offered transit papers. Migrant rights activist Luis Garcia Villagran said the breaking-up of the two caravans appeared to be part of “an agreement between the president of Mexico and the president of the United States.” The first of the caravans started out from the southern Mexico city of Tapachula, near the border with Guatemala, on Nov. 5,

No one seems sure who first said it, maybe Joseph Goebbels, but in any case, it’s a tried-and-tested Alinskyite tactic: accuse your enemy of what you’re doing. Barack Obama is a practiced expert at this, and he gave a master class in it on Thursday at his Obama Foundation’s Orwellian-named Democracy Forum. With some notable and revealing difficulty in getting the words out, Obama accused the Republicans of doing everything that the Democrats have been doing for the past few years: rigging elections, weaponizing the justice system, and trying to ensure that they would remain in power on an indefinite basis. Whatever can be said of Barack Obama, the man

President Joe Biden toured the National Museum of Slavery in Angola’s capital of Luanda on Tuesday, delivering a speech in which he described slavery as America’s “original sin” and claiming it still taints American public discourse. “The United States is founded on an idea, one embedded in our Declaration of Independence, that all men and women are created equal. It is abundantly clear today we have not lived up to that idea, but we have not fully walked away from it either,” Biden said. Biden said slavery was “cruel, brutal, dehumanizing,” an “original sin” that “haunted America and cast a long shadow ever since.”
