President Joe Biden’s claims about his son being selectively prosecuted were unfounded, special counsel David Weiss’s office said in new filings on Dec. 2. “There has never been any evidence of vindictive or selective prosecution in this case,” Weiss and other federal prosecutors told a federal judge in Delaware. In another filing, lodged in federal court in California, they added, “There was none and never has been any evidence of vindictive or selective prosecution in this case.”

In fact, the tried to ignore it. And the statute of limitations was intentionally allowed to run out on much of Hunter's criminal acts. He was selectively NOT prosecuted. Eventually, the obvious special treatment and public pressure forced some prosecutions, but way less than should have been done. And then, several times they tried to give Hunter sweetheart deals which basically eliminated any punishment, except that they had an honest judge (surprise!) who wouldn't sign off on the giveaway deals. Yes, special treatment......LESS prosecution than he deserved, by far.

One of the 'Rat's 'Go-To' tactics is straight from Joseph Goebbel's playbook: "Accuse Your Opponent of That Which You are Actually Doing." In this case, the 'Rats accuse the Pubbies of 'Selective Prosecution' of the Huncher (when he was actually selectively NOT prosecuted.) Meantime, the various Lawfare prosecutions of Trump are THE Textbook Examples of 'Selective Prosecution'. Come to think of it, the prosecution of all the peaceful J6 demonstrators (except the non-prosecution of the actual Federal and Antifa implants) is also a textbook example of 'Selective Prosecution'. I'm looking forward to Mr. Patel's appointment as FBI director, as well as the other members of the Trump team! (I can sense the backside orifices clenching up all over the Swamp, even from all the way out here in Flyover country!)

I believe Hunter was prosecuted for show with the full understanding that Joe would pardon him after the fact. It was totally a setup.

Republican state legislators in North Carolina are moving quickly to pass measures to restrict Democrat power over elections after likely losing its veto-proof majority in the state House. While Republicans will maintain control of both the House and Senate in North Carolina, if election results remain where they are, the party is one seat shy of its veto-proof majority in the House. Additionally, Gov.-elect Josh Stein looks poised to be able to exercise more authority than his Democrat predecessor, Gov. Roy Cooper. First, it’s worth remembering that in the fine print of the USMCA deal, Mexico and Canada must comply with North American parts origination for anything they want to manufacture for sale into the United States. Meaning, all trade manufacturers must either create their component parts domestically, or purchase them from the U.S, Mexico and Canada. It’s the core point of the USMCA trade agreement. Secondly, in an aspect exclusive to the U.S. part of the deal that President Trump and USTR Lighthizer insisted upon, if either Canada or Mexico are deemed to be non-compliant with the agreement, the USA can cancel/override

The move comes as Hegseth, a 44-year-old Army veteran and former Fox News personality, faces increasing scrutiny over allegations of sexual misconduct and financial mismanagement. The defense secretary post requires Senate confirmation and Hegseth faces an increasingly uphill battle to win over GOP members with concerns about his past.

In dealing with his enemies in the Deep State, President Trump could follow one of two paths. One would be the path of peace, reconciliation, and forgiveness. This would certainly be easier in the short term and also garner approval from insiders and the media. Alternatively, he could seek to clean house and punish the worst and most insubordinate offenders from his first term. Which path Trump should take all depends on whether one believes the last eight years were normal partisan squabbles or if one believes that something monumental happened

AP reports it is unclear whether the munitions for the HIMARS are the coveted ATACMS — the Army Tactical Missile System — but Ukraine has been pressing for more of the longer-range missiles to strike additional targets inside Russia.

Trump responded on Truth Social, saying Newsom was “using the term ‘Trump-Proof’ as a way of stopping all of the GREAT things that can be done to ‘Make California Great Again’.”
