President-elect Donald Trump has filed a motion requesting that the Georgia Court of Appeals "confirm its lack of jurisdiction" to continue hearing his appeal and then direct the trial court to "immediately dismiss" altogether the Fulton County election interference case against him brought by Democrat DA Fani Willis.According to the five-page notice of jurisdictional issue filed Wednesday, Trump is arguing the case's unconstitutionality, now that he is about to enter the White House again with the protection of presidential immunity.

Rep. Pat Fallon (R-TX) and Secret Service Acting Director Ronald Rowe got into a heated yelling match during a hearing Thursday on the two assassination attempts on President-elect Donald Trump after the congressman implied that there was a security lapse at a September 11 memorial service this year. During the final hearing of the House’s bipartisan task force to investigate the assassination attempts, Fallon displayed a photo of President Joe Biden and Trump standing at New York City’s Ground Zero during the ceremony: (X Video) Fallon said that Rowe, who also attended the event, should have been standing near the president for security purposes.

Many TV outlets are obsessed with President Biden’s pardoning of his son. The pro-Democrat outlets defend Biden’s assertion that political motivations within the Justice Dept. are driving prosecution of his innocent son (sic). Also, there are sentimental defenses regarding a father’s connection or compassion for his own son — his flesh and blood — as being completely understandable. The more conservative media see this “pardon” as completely hypocritical and an outright lie, noting the frequency of the president’s assertions that he would not under any circumstances pardon his son, which assertions were backed up by repeated assertions by his mature and brilliant press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre,

I, for one, am delighted that alleged President Joe Biden pardoned his s******, perverted, drug-addled corrupto-kid. I might as well be because there’s not anything I can do about it. We all knew this was coming. We knew it from the beginning. We especially knew it when Joe Biden promised he wouldn’t do it. That made it a certainty. And now we get to watch the amazing contortions of the all-star leftist yogis twisting themselves into positions unfathomable by the human mind in order to justify it. It’s great to see them humiliating themselves. It’s not great because it’s yet another blow to the rule of law.

New footage emerged Thursday showing the at-large suspect in the slaying of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson strolling out of a Manhattan subway station just 30 minutes before the fatal shooting. The suspected gunman – accused of shooting the executive execution-style on a Midtown street – was seen leaving what appears to be the 57th Street station around 6:15 a.m., in the newly-obtained surveillance video taken from a cigar store on Sixth Avenue. Thompson, 50, was repeatedly shot by a masked assassin who had been waiting outside the Hilton hotel along Sixth Avenue, where the CEO was hosting an investors’ conference, cops said.

A powerful coalition of African American churches is calling for the suspension and investigation of MSNBC host Rev. Al Sharpton, alleging that donations from Kamala Harris’s campaign to Sharpton’s National Action Network have compromised the integrity of the black Church and journalism. Last week, MSNBC admitted it was “unaware” that Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign had paid $500,000 to Al Sharpton’s National Action Network nonprofit ahead of a favorable interview with the Democratic nominee on October 20, just weeks before the election, according to Fox News. After Harris’s defeat to President-elect Donald Trump, Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings revealed that the Harris campaign made two $250,000 donations

Trump’s nominee, appreciated his service—Hegseth is a decorated combat veteran—and said they had a frank discussion about the confirmation process. They plan to cut wasteful regulations and spending by specifically targeting the number of federal government employees. Top Republican Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, is leading DOGE's aggressive plans on a new 'DOGE Caucus' being set up in the Senate. Tensions flared as Republicans on the bipartisan task force investigating the assassination attempts against President-elect Donald Trump grilled acting Secret Service director Ronald Rowe during the panel’s final hearing which devolved into a fiery screaming match. Rowe was set off by Rep. Pat Fallon (R-Texas) who lambasted him for taking nine days to visit the Butler, Pa., site of the first attempted assassination, despite being deputy director. Rowe trekked over to the site only after he was elevated to acting director with the resignation of his boss, Kimberly Cheatle. Politico reported Wednesday that among those being discussed for blanket pardons are former GOP Rep. Liz Cheney, Sen.-elect Adam Schiff and Dr. Anthony Fauci. Biden - who has been busy dealing with the fallout from his decision to pardon his son Hunter over gun and tax crimes - hasn't been brought into the discussions yet, the outlet said. White House officials fear that doling out pardons to people who haven't been charged with a crime could suggest impropriety.

Neely’s father, Andre Zachary, “demands judgment awarding damages in a sum which exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower Courts which would otherwise have jurisdiction,” according to the lawsuit.

At the heart of the case is a Tennessee law banning these procedures for children, with the court’s decision likely to have far-reaching consequences. Will our country protect children from these barbaric and irreversible procedures or not? As I previously reported, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson humiliated herself when she bizarrely tried to equate banning transgender procedures for minors with prohibiting interracial marriage. “I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision,” President Biden wrote in the last line of his statement explaining his unconditional pardon of his son, Hunter Biden. In doing so, he actually went full circle: The very first line of his statement emphasized their father-son relationship as well: “Today I signed a pardon for my son Hunter.” So it was Biden’s open and close. His PR team deliberately positioned it this way, of course. They had to: Hunter Biden isn’t a sympathetic character.

Mitt Romney, who will also be remembered by his weird Twitter pseudonym, Pierre Delecto, gave a farewell address on the Senate Floor Wednesday before leaving Washington and the government, hopefully for good. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Romney announced last year that he wouldn’t seek reelection following two failed Presidential campaigns and one term in the Senate. This is the best thing Romney, 77, has done in his 30-year political career since his first failed run for Senate in 1994. In his address, the career politician trashed those “who would tear at our unity” and “replace love with hate,” likely aimed at President Trump.
