Now that former congressman Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) is no longer a threat to Democrats, they are on to the next one in President-elect Donald Trump’s cabinet.
On Sunday, Democrat Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) warned viewers on CNN that former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) is “compromised” and is like a “Russian asset.”
Host Dana Bash asked Duckworth, who served with Gabbard in the House, what she thought of the former Democrat, accusing her of promoting Russian propaganda.
“Well, I think she’s compromised,” Duckworth began. “I think by going to Syria and basically um, backing you know, a brutal dictator there. I mean Russian controlled media called her a Russian asset.

Trump wasn't the only one to dodge a bullet in Butler, Pennsylvania. The uniparty tried to end democracy and came pretty close.
As a comedian, I know how to "read the room" as the saying goes, and I am reading nothing less than nationwide calm with a dash of, "What else do the commies have up their sleeves," trepidity.
I suspect the globalists, military-industrial complex, or Jill Biden - whoever is actually running things - aren't going to turn over the keys to the White House without at least one last attempted kick to the goolies of freedom.

The Conference of the Parties(COP)29 ended in anger as the developing nations rejected an agreement by the wealthy nations that would have given the greedy little grifters $300 billion in funding for projects to combat climate change.
It's a "disaster," some of the representatives claimed. The $300 billion in aid would come "from a wide variety of sources, public and private, bilateral and multilateral, including alternative sources."
Nigeria branded the deal "a joke." Ralph Regenvanu, envoy for the island nation of Vanuatu, stated: "The dollar amounts pledged and the emissions reductions promised are not enough. They were never going to be enough.

A recent Echelon Insights poll shows that voters not only view Republicans more favorably than Democrats but also largely support Donald Trump’s transition. Despite efforts by Democrats and the media to generate controversy, Trump is enjoying significant goodwill, with 53% of registered voters approving of his transition and 40% disapproving. Interestingly, while Trump remains personally unpopular, voters appear to want him to succeed.
The poll wasn't a fluke.
"Most Americans approve of President-elect Donald Trump’s handling of his administration’s transition back into the White House — and are bullish about the next four years, a new poll shows," reports The New York Post.

Americans may find it hard to get eggs this holiday season because of bird flu outbreaks and the economy.
There has been a shortage of eggs in some stores across the nation, CBS News reported on Friday, noting the businesses in states that require eggs from cage-free hens have been affected by Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI).
“More than 40% of the nation’s roughly 300 million egg-laying hens are raised in cage-free facilities, but roughly 60% of ‘bird flu’ cases recently detected involved cage-free farms,” the report continued. There have been outbreaks recently in Utah, Oregon, California, and Washington, per Emily Metz,

A disabled Vietnam veteran and his wife who lost everything in January when a fire struck their Indiana home are getting some much needed support.
The veteran, whose name is Ron Marley, and his wife Judy had no idea what to do when the tragedy struck, WPTA reported on Thursday.
“It’s been devastating. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy,” said Ron, who has owned the property where his house was since he came home from the war.
However, an organization called the Shepherd’s House in Fort Wayne helped get them a new home that will be put on their land.

“A secure border saves lives, not just of our citizens, but of migrants themselves,” incoming border chief Tom Homan told Breitbart News.
That message must be broadcast widely because President-elect Donald Trump’s deputies must keep the trust of the American people as they enforce the nation’s popular migration laws, Homan said. “We will be very transparent,” Homan said, adding, “We’ll be sending a lot of information out every week on exactly what we’re doing, do a lot of videos, a lot of interviews. We need to control the narrative so we keep the trust of American people.”
Homan has a tough enemy. Pro-migration advocates have their own poll-tested narratives,

Denver Mayor Mike Johnston has declared his willingness to defy federal law and face jail time to protect illegal immigrants—including those with criminal records—from President-elect Donald Trump’s promised deportation efforts.
Johnston, who is doubling down on his sanctuary city agenda, openly encouraged protests and even civil disobedience, framing his resistance as a moral crusade.
During a recent interview with Denverite, Johnston unveiled his audacious plan to transform Denver into what he called a “fortress of resistance” against federal immigration efforts.
His strategy includes mobilizing Denver police officers and thousands of residents to form human barricades to block federal authorities from carrying out deportations.

With the election in the rearview mirror, things are rightfully shifting from ensuring victory to focusing on delivering results. When the alternative was Kamala Harris, accepting disagreement was not only understandable but paramount. Now that Donald Trump has come out victorious, outcomes matter, and he's about to face his first big test.

Three of the nation’s largest automakers, Ford, General Motors and Stellantis, are strategizing with other car manufacturers on how to make a delicate request of President-elect Donald J. Trump:

Could it happen? Could the Democrats manage to land Kamala Harris in the White House, and not just for a few weeks?
National treasure Dr. Victor Davis Hanson sees a way for them to do that - but it would be an act of pure desperation.
A video of Biden on Tuesday went viral online after the president appeared to wander off a designated path following his speech on climate issues in the Amazon rainforest. On “The Victor Davis Hanson Show,” the senior fellow noted how Harris had flip-flopped on left-wing policies she had advocated for prior to 2020, claiming she was now returning to her “left-wing self”

The radical left has been suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome for years, and it finally got a few select celebrities to move out of the country (or, perhaps more accurately, make their second homes in other countries their primary residence) and at least one, Rob Reiner, to check himself into the nuthouse for a few days.
This is the kind of stuff that happens when you allow yourself to believe the most absurd claims about Trump. One might think Trump's popular vote victory would have caused these people to realize that maybe they were wrong, but, nope.

What started as a Texas farmer’s love for exotic chickens has led to armed federal agents storming her farm, killing her prized birds, and a possible 20-year prison sentence for bringing rare eggs into the country.
Jennifer Mayo, who owns a chicken farm in South Texas, has found herself at the center of a federal smuggling case that has destroyed her business and left her fighting for her freedom.
The farmer’s story begins with a passion project that grew into a flourishing business enterprise. She started with nine birds about five years ago. Her collection eventually expanded into 39 different breeds of chickens,
