How Joe Biden Got His Revenge on the Democratic Party

Original Article

A part of me wonders if Joe Biden was more cogent than he let on in public. It’s not exactly like that classic SNL skit with Phil Hartman, who played an aloof Ronald Reagan in front of the cameras but a commanding political force behind the scenes around the time Iran-Contra was in the news. For sure, he’s lost more than a step, but this seems to be a tale of the ultimate political revenge. Three sources close to Harris are expressing concern that Harris’ path to victory may be too narrow to overcome.

Don't forget that a few years ago the 'Rats gave NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo 'The Treatment'- wall-to-wall coverage of sex scandals, one after the other. (He even asked one woman if he could Kiss her!- Horrors!) This is the leftist standard treatment to drag Republicans through the mud (See Trump, and Justices Kavenaugh and Clarence Thomas) and I figured it was to dirty him up so that he could not compete against their 'Golden Boy/Girl/It' for the 'Rat nomination. They screwed over each other in true circular-firing-squad fashion, and it seems that now 'the bench' is empty. No worry. The 'Rat Powers Behind the Green Curtain will select some new puppet, and the Lamestreams will dutifully do their best to foist him/her/it onto the American public as the New Messiah. We all know they will do this, the only question is..... Which D-List Politician will they select?

It doesn't take wits and guile to be corrupt or to be stubborn or to be egomaniacal. It certainly doesn't take wits and guile to be forgetful and obstreperous. I'm not sure where some conservative writers' penchant for giving Biden undeserved credit originated but it's ridiculous. Perhaps they are bored, out of ideas and angles etc. Biden is the same [long string of unprintable phrases] he's always been. He was unfit for office in 2020 and his condition has worsened every day since. It's bizarre and nonsensical that media can pound the table about the presidential election and 'the most important job on the face of the earth' while coddling Biden who has been doing naff all in that most important job since July. Both things can't be true. In reality, he's been goldbricking from the start due to his arrogance, idleness, and mental decline. Media wailed that a deal had been struck when Ford granted a pardon to Nixon but seem uninterested in exploring obvious similarities in the present day. It's clear that the Bidens were made an offer - Joe and his ego get to say they served a full term and he gets to issue his grubby little pardons to his grubby little criminal family and others. Jill, addicted to the gilt-edged china and private flights, wanted the same creature comforts in retirement. And a pile of cash to live on. Quite obviously, they got it, even if it was accepted under duress. Biden shouldn't be praised for being duplicitous, disloyal, vindictive, smug etc. especially when he's been all of that and more for 50 years. Good riddance.

Dr. Jill's wearing that bright red MAGA dress on Election Day was a deliberate act of defiance. They'd rather have Trump in office than the 'ho. That could not be more clear.

I always believed the main reason Biden chose Harris to be his VP was insurance against being impeached. True, she met his criteria of being a female of color. But, of all the other Democrats that met the same criteria, she was the least desirable candidate. She had to drop out of the primary race because nobody wanted her. If Biden was successfully impeached, the result would be Harris as president. Not acceptable! Then the debate with Trump reviewed Biden's serious mental state. A small cabal of Democrats, seeing that they could now lose the election, forced Biden to with draw from the race. Pelosi had wanted have an open convention which would have provided the opportunity get rid of Harris as well. But, Biden thwarted this plan by enthusiastically indorsing Harris to replace him. I believe this was Biden's way of saying, "Thank you oh so much for throwing me under the bus." The cabal, with the help of the Democrat party and MSM, did their very, very best to sell this inadequate and undesirable candidate as the greatest thing since sliced bread. But, this was impossible, so they lost to the Republicans, big time.

Biden never wanted to step down. He was forced out and resented it. Kamala called him out as a racist in the 2020 primaries, and he was forced to pick her as VP. He never had any friendship or loyalty to her before being forced to drop out of the race, and he certainly didn't have afterwards.

If Biden wants to truly make Democrat heads explode, about January 18, he should resign as president making Harris president for two days. Harris would be responsible for peacefully turning the office over to Trump. Hillary should be thrilled to see the First Lady president even though it is not her. Biden should attend in a prominent position at the swearing in ceremony. I may be mistaken, but I think trump would enjoy this spectacle.

Americans had the opportunity to elect Kamala Harris. And we had failed to live up to her. [A]s Michelle Obama told us, we were not good enough for her. Perhaps one day we will be. And Harris, along with Hillary Clinton, can wait in the wings, sipping chardonnay and listening to selections from Oprah Winfrey's book club until we show that we are ready for them to finally come and save us from ourselves. Decades may pass. Even centuries. But surely one day Americans will finally be ready for a completely inept president.

On Day One, President Trump must take immediate action to protect migrant children by completely overhauling the Office of Refugee Resettlement within the Department of Health and Human Services. The current catastrophe has resulted in thousands upon thousands of children vanishing into the unknown, many into the hands of traffickers. The true number remains unknown as the government has lost track of so many of these vulnerable souls. Those in the current administration who have deliberately weakened or eliminated crucial sponsor vetting procedures must be removed. The safety of vulnerable children cannot be sacrificed for administrative expediency.

At times like this, it’s tempting to gloat, but conservatives must be gracious winners. We must be courteous to our defeated opponents even though they would not have shown us the same respect had Kamala Harris won. We must resist the temptation to revel in their misery. With cordiality and sophistication in mind, I’ll use the most dignified analogy I can think of in describing what Democrats are going through at this very moment. When I was in fifth grade, some kid pooped himself while doing pull-ups in gym class. He was mortified. I’ll never forget the look on his face. For more than 30 years after that moment,

Democrats bet big on “reproductive rights” this election cycle, with Planned Parenthood even offering free abortions near their national convention. But the strategy didn’t pay off. Not only was abortion a flop with the electorate, it was Republicans—not Democrats—who pushed the winning women’s-rights issue: fighting the encroachment of biological men into women’s spaces and sports. “We will get. . . transgender insanity the hell out of our schools, and we will keep men out of women’s sports,” Donald Trump said to roaring applause at his Madison Square Garden rally a week before the election.

Over the last quarter century, progressives argued that we should decriminalize drugs, stop enforcing laws against nonviolent crimes, and radically reduce the number of people in prison. This softer approach to crime, addiction, and homelessness was demonstrably more effective and compassionate than tougher models, they said. Hundreds of articles, books, documentaries, TV segments, and fact sheets all buttressed this worldview. We all needed more empathy for those committing crimes, more empathy for drug dealers, the activists said, and soon the politicians did, too. In that frenzy of compassion, it wasn’t the criminals who were demonized, but the victims.

The election of Republican Kelly Ayotte as New Hampshire’s governor means 13 women will serve as a state’s chief executive next year, breaking the record of 12 set after the 2022 elections. Governors hold powerful sway in American politics, shaping state policy and often using the experience and profile gained to launch campaigns for higher offices. “It matters to have women in those roles to normalize the image of women in political leadership and even more specifically in executive leadership, where they’re the sole leader, not just a member of a team,” said Kelly Dittmar, director of research at the Rutgers Center for American Women and Politics.

Elections often tell you less about the winners than the losers. Victory has many fathers, as the saying goes, but defeat shows you exactly what went wrong. Pennsylvania’s 2024 results offer a master class in Democratic collapse: while Trump edged out Kamala Harris by 2 points in the presidential race, Republicans romped to victory in every down-ballot statewide contest. Dave McCormick pulled out a narrow victory over three-term Senator Bob Casey; Dave Sunday trounced Eugene DePasquale by 5 points in the attorney general race; and incumbent Tim DeFoor beat Malcolm Kenyatta by an even wider margin for auditor general.
