Jack Smith has failed in his quest to try Donald Trump before the 2024 election. So instead, the Special Counsel has bent ordinary procedure to get in one last shot, just weeks before voters go to the polls. , Smith has now dropped a 165-page doorstop of a filing in federal court, on the issue of Trump’s immunity from prosecution. 165 page indictment? That is a book. Jack, please provide an executive summary in a page, or less. Your fictional writing effort will not be read. But then, you did not write this. It was written by Mary McCord, Weissman, and Eiseman team of reprobates.

We have been told that the Department of Justice has a policy not to put out legal process that could interfere with upcoming elections. I guess that policy does not include any Democrat “law fare” legal actions against Trump! This case is especially egregious since Trump cannot defend himself against those new charges until a trial is held after the election.

The Obamination appointed her, the Jamaican born piece of garbage. to the district of Columbia. As some say he and his trashy narcissistic mind are still running the WH. Remember it was this moron who proclaimed that the Constitution was a 'flawed' document. Right. Always love it when people who come from a stone age civilization have these super smart ideas especially when his little brain can only manage to blabber platitudes that he got from Alinsky.

Jack has been on Donald's back far too long. Somebody, please, call him off. Okay... Jack! Off! Um, that's not exactly what I had in mind; but it'll do for a measure of catharsis.

As Judge Aileen Cannon ruled, Jumpin' Jack Smith was not legally appointed. He has no more 'standing' to bring charges than I do. Doing this in election season is blatant election interference. But..... I'll bet he's drawing a nice hourly 'fee', paid for by US, the Taxpayers. Anyone know what his evil dog-and-pony show is costing US? By the way..... where's the new "PANDEMIC!" for the 'RATS to use to push limitless 'absentee' voting/ballot stuffing?

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., is planning to force a vote on directing the House Sergeant-at-Arms to arrest Attorney General Merrick Garland sometime this week. Luna is sending a letter around to fellow House Republicans on Monday arguing that the Department of Justice (DOJ) undermined Congress by refusing to act on the contempt resolution passed by the GOP majority earlier this month. "The only option to ensure compliance with our subpoena is to use our constitutional authority of inherent contempt," Luna said. "In the next few days, I will call up my resolution holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in inherent contempt of Congress, and I look forward to each of you voting

A previously censored paper from The Lancet has now undergone peer review and is available online. The study, titled “A Systematic Review of Autopsy Findings in Deaths After COVID-19 Vaccination,” analyzed 325 autopsy cases and found that a staggering 73.9% of deaths were either directly due to or significantly contributed to by the COVID-19 vaccination. The paper’s lead author, Dr. Nicolas Hulscher, faced significant opposition in bringing these findings to light. After initially being downloaded over 100,000 times, The Lancet removed the paper within 24 hours, according to Dr. William Makis.

Parents learned about the collapse through an email from the school Sunday night. “The students are out the whole week now,” a parent told KOB 4 anonymously. “Because they have to get inspectors to gather and, at the request of the inspectors in particular,

In a letter to the four congressional leaders on Friday, Mr. Biden said the Small Business Administration’s program is on the verge of going broke before Congress is slated to return after the Nov. 5 election. The loans are a “critical lifeline” that act as the “largest source of Federal disaster recovery funds,” he said, adding that $1.2 billion is needed to refill the program’s coffers. Lawmakers are out of town until Nov. 12. “I warned the Congress
