Jack Smith has failed in his quest to try Donald Trump before the 2024 election. So instead, the Special Counsel has bent ordinary procedure to get in one last shot, just weeks before voters go to the polls.
,
Smith has now dropped a 165-page doorstop of a filing in federal court, on the issue of Trump’s immunity from prosecution. Judge Tanya Chutkan – who suddenly claims not to care about the impending election despite her earlier efforts to expedite the case to get it in before the very same election, which got her reversed and chastised by the Supreme Court – duly complied with Smith’s

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., is planning to force a vote on directing the House Sergeant-at-Arms to arrest Attorney General Merrick Garland sometime this week.
Luna is sending a letter around to fellow House Republicans on Monday arguing that the Department of Justice (DOJ) undermined Congress by refusing to act on the contempt resolution passed by the GOP majority earlier this month.
"The only option to ensure compliance with our subpoena is to use our constitutional authority of inherent contempt," Luna said. "In the next few days, I will call up my resolution holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in inherent contempt of Congress, and I look forward to each of you voting

A previously censored paper from The Lancet has now undergone peer review and is available online.
The study, titled “A Systematic Review of Autopsy Findings in Deaths After COVID-19 Vaccination,” analyzed 325 autopsy cases and found that a staggering 73.9% of deaths were either directly due to or significantly contributed to by the COVID-19 vaccination.
The paper’s lead author, Dr. Nicolas Hulscher, faced significant opposition in bringing these findings to light. After initially being downloaded over 100,000 times, The Lancet removed the paper within 24 hours, according to Dr. William Makis.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — In-person classes have been canceled at a local charter school for the rest of the week after the roof of its new gym collapsed.
School officials say the new gym at the Explore Academy middle and high school campus was basically complete. They were even planning on hosting a ribbon cutting Wednesday, but that’s been canceled, as well as all in-person classes.
Parents learned about the collapse through an email from the school Sunday night.
“The students are out the whole week now,” a parent told KOB 4 anonymously. “Because they have to get inspectors to gather and, at the request of the inspectors in particular,

Rep. Lauren Boebert continues to be a force in political fundraising.
She once again raised more than not only her opponents for Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District seat but also every other candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in the state.
The Republican incumbent reported a haul of nearly $808,000 in the final quarter of 2021, according to Federal Election Commission filings. That includes over $762,000 in donations from individuals, with the rest from political action committees or other campaign committees.

In this interview, Alix Mayer explains why our children are being so aggressively targeted for the COVID-19 injection even though they’re not at risk of serious SARS-CoV-2 infection, and clarifies the status of Comirnaty.(snip) While many vaccines have a questionable safety profile, especially when combined, data from the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) suggest there’s never been a vaccine as dangerous as the experimental mRNA gene transfer injections for COVID.
What’s more, while lack of transparency and accountability has been a chronic problem within the vaccine industry, the obvious hazards associated with vaccines are really being highlighted by the COVID jabs.

Rasmussen Reports recently conducted a nationwide survey with questions on vaccinated immunity and natural immunity after a recommendation by Becker News. “I wonder if you polled Democratic (and R, I) voters, how many would call Natural Immunity a myth?” I asked. “How many would say it is false you can get Natural Immunity from a Prior Infection?”
Rasmussen Reports was benevolent enough to ask these timely questions in a survey and release the crosstabs to Becker News before official publication. The results? Fascinating.

He owns about 17% of Tesla’s stock, which sold for almost $1,000 each on Monday. Time cited the breadth of Musk’s endeavors, from his founding of SpaceX in 2002, to his hand in the creation of the alternative energy company SolarCity in addition to Tesla, CORRECTION*
