The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has run out of disaster relief funding for the second year in a row before the peak of the Atlantic hurricane season has even arrived. The agency, which is funded by Congress, uses the disaster relief fund to aid state and local governments in preparing and recovering from natural disasters including earthquakes, tornadoes, wildfires and hurricanes. The DRF also provides financial assistance for the Individuals and Households Program which helps eligible disaster survivors with funding for temporary housing and other disaster-related expenses. The United States has already faced 19 climate disasters this year with

Joe-Pop and Kamel-La can always blame Trump for any natural disasters. The media will dutifully go along with it.

This is just one reason why you cannot have out of control wasteful spending. Watch what happens when the federal government goes bankrupt.

FEMA running out of tax money is another reason DC should not be in control of disaster recovery. DC sucks up tax money and leaves the states with no operation money. They also distribute FEMA money to reinforce their political status. It is time to return to what the founding fathers intended in the Constitution.

Was the money actually spent or was it allocated towards a certain event? There is a big difference between budgeting money towards something and actually dispensing it towards what it was budgeted to. Unfortunately in the black hole of government, once money is "allocated" it is counted a spent, even if it isn't, and it then disappears down a black hole never to be seen again or accounted for. Please have FEMA explain where all of the money went and produce receipts and not just broad "allocations" of funds.

In 2021, we had a tornado and I have to admit FEMA was helpful. But so was the city, the county and so were the local people. We had a group of men - the chainsaw guys - who drove from neighborhood to neighborhood cutting up downed trees. What is going on with FEMA? Why are they out of money when it seems as though our immigrant population has plenty of programs that never seem to run out.

FEMA's Sheleter and Services Program provides "grants" to local communities for expenses they incur related to "migrants." Meaning - the feds are funnelling paying local governments to feed, clothe, and house illegal aliens out of the funds allocated for disaster relief. Hurricane or tornado knock your house down? You're on your own. The money (YOUR tax money) that used to be available to help you is now being spent to house illegal aliens in luxury hotels. There should be a new motto engraved on the front of ever federal building: WHADAYAGONNADOABOUTIT?

"The United States has already faced 19 CLIMATE DISASTERS this year with losses exceeding $1 billion each, according to FEMA." There it is folks! The gist of this article wrapped up in one, nice, neat, sentence. They're pushing the human caused global warming garbage for lofos (low information) to have a reason to run around in circles shrieking about the sky falling! This article is also ammunition for unscrupulous politicians to push for more control over us evil humans for causing the world to overheat (scoff), and additional funding for their greedy, corrupt "scientists" to continue to produce the "correct outcomes" in their latest studies. Government agencies wasting billions of dollars is nothing new under the sun. My guess is they've wasted millions (billions) on who knows what, fully planning on blaming CLIMATE catastrophes for the shortfall in fundage. So it's party time in -pick your agency- !

Remember what President Reagan said..."if the government comes to help you...run the other way"...so it's up to the southern states affected to handle their own business....because printing more money for DC is not an option here...besides the southern states are not strong on democratic voters...so DC doesn't care...better they prop up Michigan and Minnesota....is their thinking...
