In a landmark decision, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled that digital images of completed absentee and mail-in ballots are to be considered public records.
This pivotal ruling stems from a case involving appellant Michelle Previte, who sought to obtain electronic copies of these ballots from the 2020 General Election via Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (RTKL).
The case began when Previte submitted RTKL requests to the Erie County Board of Elections, seeking access to digital images of all mail-in and absentee ballots, as well as images of the outer envelopes and polling place ballots from the November 2020 election.

Great news! This was one of the states examined in the documentary, "2000 Mules." It should be easy to expose the massive cheating by the Democrats!

I don't see how an election can be realistically audited without verifying voter eligibility with voter ID. A voter should be required to personally register to vote with the registrar. No motor voter registration, or persons and organizations collecting voter registrations. Election results should be audited, not recounted. This is only a very short list of things to be done to have election integrity, which has never been the case in this country.

They will stall, delay, stonewall, and obfuscate until they steal the Nov. election. Then, their judges and DOJ will make sure nothing comes of it.

Of course they are public records. Who's private property could they be?

Gee, Josh, I thought you took an oath to uphold the Pennsylvania and U.S. Constitution? One man one vote isn’t part of your oath? I’m a poet and don’t even know it. Spit.

The truth getting out is a fate worse than death for them. They will do everything they can to stop it. It would show President Trump won that election and the 'Democratic' party is everything but! Time to show the real results!

It oft seems the Gateway Pundit has dropped more "BOMBSHELLs" than the U.S. Army Air Corps did during all of WWII. /s

All the good these 'bombshells' have done doesn't amount to a bucket of spit. If I had a dime for all these 'bombshells', today's stockmarket wouldn't phase me!

#5's post bears repeating as it is a Universal summary about just about everything dealing with the government lacking "transparency" and fidelity''--
"They will stall, delay, stonewall, and obfuscate until they steal the Nov. election. Then, their judges and DOJ will make sure nothing comes of it."

Very confusing....just how will this help stop the cheating...I don't see it...but I guess WE have to take this ruling as an eye opener as to who is voting...so it must be a good ruling...shining more light into the behind the scenes voting is a good thing...and will stop the rats from taking control of the numbers...and putting more ballots in the boxes...WE'll see...I guess Zuckerberg is gonna have to find a new drop box fix...

This is a very good decision IF the PA Supreme Court allows it to stand. Remember that Supreme Court over-ruled their Congress on the 2020 ballots that allowed massive cheating.
