Senate Majority Leader Chuckie Schumer introduced his No Kings Act to eliminate immunity for presidents and vice presidents. [Snip] The No Kings Act puts everything in the hands of Congress and the notorious left-leaning United States District Court for the District of Columbia. [Snip] The Democrats wrote (emphasis mine): “No President or Vice President (former or sitting) would be entitled to immunity from criminal prosecution for actions that violate the criminal laws of the United States. The bill would clarify that Congress, not the Supreme Court, determines to whom federal criminal laws may be applied.”

On Monday, President Biden proposed two reforms to the Supreme Court—term limits for justices and a binding ethics code—along with a constitutional amendment to its recent presidential-immunity decision. Making his case in a Washington Post op-ed, the president claimed broad support and specifically thanked “the bipartisan Presidential Commission on the [SCOTUS] for its insightful analysis, which informed some of these proposals.” But there’s a problem with Biden trying to use the commission to give his proposals legitimacy. Adam White, who served as a member of that commission, tells The Free Press that “nothing in our report actually recommended anything” that the president is now proposing.

In a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson and other House leaders on Wednesday, a right-leaning think tank encouraged “prompt House passage” of legislation protecting the installation of AM radios in all new vehicles. Numerous vehicle manufacturers—especially makers of electric vehicles—such as Ford, Tesla, and Volvo, have begun removing AM radios from their new models. The American Principles Project urged Johnson, R-La., as well as House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, R-La., and House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, R-Minn., to bring the AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act “to the House floor as soon as possible.”

When CNN calls out a Democrat for lying, it’s worth sitting up and taking notice. That’s just what happened last week, after Kamala Harris’ first campaign rally. “Donald Trump wants to take our country backward,” she said in Milwaukee. “He and his extreme Project 2025 agenda. Like, we know we got to take this seriously. And can you believe they put that thing in writing? Read it. It’s 900 pages. “When you read it,” she goes on, “you will see Donald Trump intends to cut Social Security and Medicare. They intend to end the Affordable Care Act and take us back,

Since April and before Democrats replaced Biden as their nominee, Republicans have grown by 34,045 voter registrations in Pennsylvania, while Independents (many of whom will vote for Trump) increased by 41,475. Democrat voter registrations fell by 2,214 during this recent period. Democrats’ new ticket for president has a problem in Pennsylvania, without which Democrats cannot win the presidency. Kamala Harris is unsuited to become president, as illustrated by a recent study.

This is a very significant policy proposal. President Trump is supporting a position that Seniors should not pay taxes on Social Security income. This comes on the heels of President Trump supported policy that income received from service tips should not be taxed. Combined, both of these policies would result in massive numbers of middle-class Americans having more money in their bank accounts. The national economic benefits of these two combined policies are extremely significant and could actually offset the financial damage done by Joe Biden. The timing of this announcement coincides with President Trump visiting Chicago.
Kamala Harris, Candidate of Myth replies

So, Kamala Harris is the new Democratic candidate for president. And, we’ve been told, she is incredible. Not merely serviceable, a middle innings relief pitcher brought in when your starter suddenly implodes in the third inning. She is the Mariano Rivera of politics. She’s lights-out. She’s charismatic, fascinating, quick on her feet, charming. She is, in the words of the legacy media, a historic candidate—not just because she’s a black woman, a fact that explains her lightning-fast political ascent but that only Democrats are allowed to mention, and only then in the context of explaining why America requires a black female president—but because she is, apparently, so good at this.

Fox Business Network Host Larry Kudlow said Wednesday on his show “Kudlow” that former President Donald Trump went into the lion’s den today during a black journalists conference and came out a “big winner.” Kudlow said, “Donald Trump went into the lion’s den and came out a big winner and that is the subject of The Riff.”He continued, “Donald Trump went into the lion’s den today with a sit-down in front of National Association of Black Journalists in Chicago. Kamala Harris was also invited but she was a no-show. No doubt about it, however, Mr. Trump has gotten his swag back. One of the questioners was ABC reporter Rachel Scott

Former President Donald Trump said the “contrast” between himself and Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election “could not be more stark.” During a rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Trump said he and Harris could not be more different, saying there is a candidate on one side “who is fake” and a candidate on another side who will “fight” for the United States.“The contrast could not be more stark,” Trump told the crowd. “On the one hand, you have a radical left puppet candidate who is fake, fake, fake. And, on the other hand, you have a president who will fight, fight, fight for America.”

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in Texas’s favor, lifting an injunction that ordered the state to remove buoys it placed in the Rio Grande River to deter illegal border crossings. The Biden Department of Justice brought a legal challenge against the Lone Star State last year for installing the buoys without federal authorization. Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta claimed the floating barrier was a threat to navigation and presented a public safety concern. It also risked “damaging U.S. foreign policy” with Mexico over the country’s objection to the barrier.

Chilling video taken by one of the victims of the assassination attempt on Donald Trump shows a shadowy figure running across a rooftop moments before the former president was shot. The haunting clip was taken by James Copenhaver who, moments later, was himself critically injured in the shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13. In the footage, obtained by Fox Digital, the figure appears briefly on a roof overlooking where Trump was being cheered by his rally crowd. He appears to look towards Trump before running further along the roof. At the same time, Trump turns

Former President Donald Trump brought the “computer genius” responsible for putting up the chart he turned to glance at moments before a would-be assassin took a shot at him up on stage Wednesday and credited her with saving his life. “I love that chart. I’m going to sleep with that chart for the rest of my life,” Trump, 78, said at a campaign rally in Harrisburg, Pa., as the famous immigration chart was displayed to his right. The Republican nominee for president then requested that the staffer who was handling the slideshow in Butler, Pa., on July 13 — when he was shot at

So former President Trump did what only he does best today and walked into the proverbial "lion's den" at the National Association of Black Journalists conference. It was by invitation - they also issued one to his opponent, whoever it was at the time and now isn't - but Trump is the only one who showed up. That in itself is hysterical. The guy, God bless him, is fearless. Rachel Scott was "hosting," but judging by the immediate hostile tone and rude interrogatories, she was loaded for bear and wanted to earn her bad-a** badge. I don't think she did, even as hard as she pushed.
