All Wrong

Republicans are just waking up to the horror that they’ve been had.
The Trump campaign seems blindsided by Kamala Harris. Having avoided the ordeal of a primary, Harris dances onto the national scene appearing well-rested and unscathed. In polls, she is already tied with Trump—erasing his sizable lead in just one week.
Scrambling to make sense of what just happened, J.D. Vance has called her extra-democratic appointment a “coup.” He has suggested it cheated voters out of the chance to pick their own nominee. But a “coup” involves regime change. This switcheroo involved none. That’s why you don’t see members of the Biden administration objecting.

Sheer gibberish. Almost seems like this writer started quaffing wine when she started writing this article which the morphs into an anti Trump\Vance rant as she got deeper and deeper into the wine box.

Once independents get a taste of the real Kamala they will desert her in droves. Word salads and cackles will turn them off quickly.

Her past beliefs, her past policies that made everything worse, what she has said, what she does still say, her inability to do ANYTHING meaningful in the past 3.5 years. The fact that she is a LIAR and cannot be trusted to be straight with the American people. Drop the personal attacks and get to the meat of the matter. Her past, her now, and what hell she wants to bring us in the future.

To suggest that the Trump team was caught off guard with Kamala Harris is ludicrous. They knew before any of us that it was going to happen the way it did. Their immediate pivot to Kamala was obvious. I would suggest Abigail not fall prey to the media gaslighting.

Republicans must put Harris through the primary she never had. That much I agree with. Not much else.

The Trump campaign needs to show ads with Kamala saying all the things she would do if President. Stop off-shore drilling, fracking, mandatory gun 'buy back' and so much more. Then show how she is now against all those things. Then have President Trump smiling and saying...'Kamala, welcome to the Republican Party.'

PLEASE start saying that Kamala is NOT black. Her Father is Jamaican and her Mother is Indian. Her family were SLAVE OWNERS.
Dems want to get rid of school names and statues from our founding fathers that were slave owners and now blacks want to vote for a NON BLACK WOMAN (dems cannot even define a woman) whose family OWNED SLAVES.

I think she's absolutely right. Yesterday, Trump should have stayed away from race. His answer to the DEI question was to ask why Biden chose her. Trump should have spelled out who Kamala really is and countered media efforts to redefine her. The press will ensure there are minimal efforts for Trump/Vance to make their case. They've got to focus on more than the base.

I detect a "concern troll" with Ms. Shrier.

I agree on avoiding the "slut-shaming." For women Democrat voters, especially the dingbat singles, that's a resume enhancer.
But those "kindly auntie" and "warmer conventional personal side" references were vomit-inducing.

I wouldn't dismiss Abigail Schrier. She may be on to something when it comes to exposing the values that drive Harris, and the importance of forcing her to discuss them. Schrier wrote a book denouncing the rapid rise of transgender ideology, called "Irreversible Damage." The article today and her admitted radicalism points out the following:
FTA: "She fully supported Biden’s disastrous, inhumane policy of encouraging not only hormones but also gender surgeries for vulnerable minors and of flinging open the doors of women’s jail cells to biologically male offenders."
This is a legitimate concern for most Americans, and probably more compelling than whether or not Democrats play by their own rules. As I recall, it was the PARENTS at school board meetings, who openly objected to males identifying as females in schools that caught the attention of the DOJ. This is a topic that hasn't been discussed nearly enough, and it's an issue in schools across the country.
Today's topics on Lucianne include the outcome at the Olympics, when a biological female was sent into the ring to "compete" against a biological male who left her with injuries after less than a minute.
This is a current event, and I can't think of any reason Harris shouldn't be questioned extensively about her support of such competitions.

#9, The vast majority of Jamaicans are black. Harris is black and Indian. She is as black as Obama and claiming she isn't will not convince one person not to vote for her. The author of this piece is right. Talk about her and demented Joe's disastrous administration and her far left extremism. Talk about what Trump will do to get this country back on track. By all means do not mention Willie Brown. Trump's sexual past isn't much better than hers.
