After a months-long investigation, the former executive director of a now-defunct San Francisco nonprofit was arrested Tuesday on dozens of felony charges related to the alleged misuse of over $700,000 in public funds, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office said.
Kyra Worthy, a resident of Richmond, California, has been charged with misappropriation of public money, grand theft by embezzlement, submitting fraudulent invoices, wage theft and writing fraudulent checks while she was the head of SF SAFE, a 48-year-old nonprofit that aimed to enhance safety and crime prevention in San Francisco in partnership with the city police department, prosecutors said.
A new Harvard/Harris Poll has found that support for Israel among registered voters in the U.S. is still strong — and growing stronger.
The poll, conducted July 26-28 among 2,196 registered voters with a 2.1% margin of error, found that 80% of voters continue to support Israel in its war against Hamas — the same proportion as in June.
Nearly two-thirds — 66% — believe that Israel is trying to minimize civilian casualties, which is up from 62% in June. And 70% believe that a ceasefire should only happen when Hamas is removed from power in Gaza, up from 67% in June.

This poll is full of good news for Trump but the biggest point is that 52 percent, as it indicates a majority. Trump never polled this well in 2016 or 2020.
Also, this poll was conducted after the big Democrat switcheroo, so it includes all of the free hype the media has given to Harris.

The latest Harvard-Harris poll shows majority support for former President Donald Trump’s mainstream campaign promise to “carry out the largest deportation operation in American history.”
Trump’s promise to “carry out the largest deportation operation in American history” wins 62 percent support. That includes 39 percent who “strongly” support it and 23 percent who “somewhat” support it. Seventeen percent “somewhat” oppose it, and 20 percent “strongly” oppose it. The poll also shows majority support for Trump’s centrist promise to “seal the border and stop the migrant invasion.” Seventy-three percent support it — including 49 percent who “strongly” support it — and only 13 percent “strongly” oppose it.
The media isn’t going to tell you this. The Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) describes itself as “America’s largest Muslim civil liberties organization.” In that guise, and as it has championed numerous far-left causes, it has become a respected member of the leftist establishment, with numerous ignorant and self-serving politicians lavishing praise on this unsavory gang in hopes of gaining Muslim votes. Among them has been, not surprisingly, Kamala Harris.

If the candidate was as compelling as the media pretends, they wouldn’t have to completely reinvent her. Remember that time Joe Biden named Vice President Kamala Harris the border czar, and we all watched her fail to do anything about the crisis?
You only think you do. Because Harris was never a czar. Not technically, since we don’t have czars in the United States. Everyone knows that. When Joe promised Kamala would “lead our efforts” to fix the border crisis, what he really meant was that the vice president would research some of the “root causes” during weekends, and maybe take a few diplomatic trips or whatnot. But czar, c’mon.

The decision by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a previous decision by a panel of the court. The ruling is the latest development in a standoff between Texas and President Joe Biden’s administration over immigration on the state’s 1,200-mile (1,930-kilometer) border with Mexico.
