After Joe Biden's horrendous debate performance, current and former aides are saying the quiet part out loud and revealing what the President is like behind the scenes. The White House and campaign blame a 'cold' for Biden's low and, at times, hard-to-understand speaking voice. Others say this is what the President is like on a day-to-day basis now. Former White House deputy director of photography Chandler West wrote in an Instagram story: 'It's time for Joe to go.' I know many of these people and how the White House operates,' West added. 'They will say he has a 'cold' or just experienced a 'bad night,' but for weeks and months, in private,

Drip, drip, drip. I don't think they can stop it now. We all saw it on display. We have been pointing it out for years but this was up close and personal. They will continue to suggest a cold, or it was just a bad night, whatever. A week of prep with 16 advisers and that was the best FJB could do. Not good enough. I want a no holds barred news conference. Sit downs with every station, a town hall with a random variety of people asking real questions. Prove yourself. (It can't be done no matter how many drugs they pump into him.) Dementia cannot be fixed. We know the truth, they lied and we knew it all along. Dems are very good at cheating and lying. We know what the spin will be but we are not buying what they are spinning. I only wish lightning would strike them whenever they say how great FJB is and he's just fine. Shame on them for pushing this demented man on us as if he was normal. Shame on FJB family.

The knives are out for Brandon. What is the high intrigue? Who gave permission for the "White Deputy Director of Photography" to go public? This guy's first political gig was with Hillary. Perhaps she promised him the "Director of Photography " slot. Article about him: https://www.rblandmark.com/2021/06/01/former-landmark-photographer-lands-at-white-house/

Even when Joe-Pop has made appearances, they were usually brief. 10-15 minutes then he isn't seen again for a day or two. No Q & A sessions except when the helicopter blades are spinning nearby. Next week is 4th of July so he'll have another excuse to hide out at the beach for 6 days.

The swamp. ' Former ' Deputy director? I guess someone finally realized a Director, Deputy Director and 6 staff photographers were overkill for a guy who ' works ' from maybe 10 to 4 around 2 days a week. The link from #5 is exactly what you would expect for a fan of all things rat. I did get a laugh about his description of Hillary stopping to make sure everyone got all their bags at the airport after flying in for some event. Also, Cory Booker asking the twerp what he thought about how Booker handled a phone call.

On Monday morning, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a 6-3 decision of Trump v. United States that the office of the United States presidency has immunity from criminal prosecution. Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote the dissent, which Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson also signed onto. It's a dissent that has plenty of people talking over social media, with a common theme of the reaction being "bats**t" to describe her ranting and raving. "With fear for our democracy, I dissent," she wrote in what sounds like a line the Biden reelection will almost certainly take advantage of. She also began her dissent in part by writing

Within minutes of the Supreme Court’s decision on presidential immunity, liberal politicians and pundits seemed to move from hyperbole to hyperventilation. When not breathing into paper bags, critics predicted, again, the end of the republic. CNN’s Van Jones declared that it was “almost a license to thug, in a way.” Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) declared: “My stomach turns with fear and anger that our democracy can be so endangered by an out-of-control court” and denounced six justices as “extreme and nakedly partisan hacks — politicians in robes.”

CNN data analyst Harry Enten freaked out on the air over poll numbers for Biden after the debate disaster of last Thursday night, noting that he has never seen numbers this bad for an incumbent president. The data points that Enten seems most panicked about are the ones related to Biden’s mental health and how that relates to the idea of him running for another term. This is why Democrats are in full meltdown mode with some of them even insisting that he drop out of the race. Transcript via Real Clear Politics:
Biden Attempts to Reframe Election Around
Jan. 6 in Rushed White House Speech

President Joe Biden used a Monday night White House press conference to attempt to reframe the November general election around Donald Trump’s alleged actions on January 6, 2021. Biden’s speech came in response to the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in favor of former President Donald Trump on Monday, holding in a 6-3 decision that presidents are covered by limited immunity from criminal prosecutions for actions taken while in office. The ruling is a significant blow to the Biden Department of Justice’s prosecutions against Biden’s political opponent — which Trump and his allies have characterized as politically motivated lawfare.

The day after Joe Biden turned in the horrific debate performance that many of us knew was coming, and after countless Democrat apparatchiks finally had to admit what many of us have long known -- that Joe Biden is unfit to serve as U.S. President -- Biden got out on the campaign trail and declared, Folks, I don’t walk as easy as I used to. I don’t speak as smoothly as I used to. (Snip) the American Left is clinging to two particular refrains when it comes the race for the White House: Donald Trump is a liar and a “threat to democracy.”

The Biden family are apparently questioning whether several top campaign aides should be fired after last week’s disastrous debate debacle — as some allies accused President Biden’s preparation team of “political malpractice.” Talk of axing the staffers unfolded in private as President Biden and his family hunkered down at Camp David over the weekend to discuss options amid mounting calls for the 81-year-old to give up his re-election campaign, sources told CNN. During the discussions, some members of the first family trashed the senior aides and called for them to be put on the chopping block —
