Paul Vaughn, a pro-life father of 11, escaped prison time on Tuesday after he was sentenced in Nashville over his participation in a peaceful protest at a Tennessee abortion facility March 2021.
The Biden administration had asked for one year of prison time, but U.S. District Judge Aleta Trauger decided to impose no prison time or fine, sentencing Vaughn to three years of supervised release. Vaughn was convicted of violating the FACE Act and in participating in a conspiracy against rights.
The Biden Justice Department brought charges against Vaughn and 10 other pro-lifers present at a sit-in at the Carafem Health Center Clinic in Mt. Juliet.

Sprawled languidly on an ornate silk rug in the palatial home of oil-heiress Ann Getty for a 2004 magazine shoot, San Francisco's new Mayor and his glamorous wife looked entirely deserving of the Harper's Bazaar headline: 'The New Kennedys'.
Clearly, the couple thought the glossy fashion mag's Camelot comparison fitting, too.
'Do I think he could be President?' San Francisco's First Lady wondered aloud. 'Absolutely, I'd gladly vote for him.'Whether she still might two decades later seems distinctly unlikely even if the question is, ironically, suddenly more relevant than ever.
For she is Kimberly Guilfoyle, now fiancée of Donald Trump Jr and a MAGA campaign stalwart. And he is Gavin Newsom,

Bob's Stores, which sells athletic and casual clothing across six states, is shutting all its stores.
It began 'Going Out Of Business' sales on Friday, with customers able to pick up goods with 30 to 70 percent off at the 21 stores. The website no longer works.
Shoppers will find reduced prices on leading national brands like Nike across the stores. Select shop fixtures, furniture, and equipment like TVs and registers will also be on sale. But then the 40-year-old chain - which operated in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island - will be gone forever after the final day of business on July 14.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre announced that Joe Biden will sit down for an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos. A Democrat president being asked questions by a former Clinton operative is why organizations like the Media Research Center exist; it’s also unsurprising to the nth degree. What’s also unsurprising is that this won’t even air live (via Fox News): (X's Video)
According to ABC News, a "first look" from the interview, set to be recorded Friday, will air on that night's edition of "World News Tonight," with other segments airing on Saturday and Sunday's broadcasts of "Good Morning America."

Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) announced on Monday his confidence that the Republican party has secured sufficient votes to charge Attorney General Merrick Garland with inherent contempt of Congress, as reported by Just The News.
Last month, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fl) informed fellow lawmakers of her intention to introduce a resolution compelling the House sergeant at arms to detain Attorney General Merrick Garland and present him before the lower chamber.
“Under inherent contempt, the individual is brought before the bar of the House by the Sergeant at Arms, tried by the body, and can then be detained either in the Capitol or in D.C.,” Luna said. “This process demonstrates the seriousness

Following the long awaited Supreme Court decision regarding former President Trump’s limited immunity, the progressive media began yet another doomsday diatribe. On MSNBC’s 11th Hour host Stephanie Ruhle and her co-panelists hit the panic button, claiming that the case allowed for a president like Trump to become a “king,” that there are “practically no limits whatsoever,” and tht Trump “can do whatever he wants.” These claims, not only completely false, exemplify the fear mongering which permeated the media’s agenda.
Ruhle began the panel speaking to former Deputy Assistant Attorney General Harry Litman, regarding the decision. Litman responding pessimistically, mourning what the ruling could possibly do to the indictments against Trump:

The United States will provide a new $2.3 billion security assistance package for Ukraine that will include key air defense and anti-tank weapons, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said Tuesday.
The announcement comes as Kyiv’s weakened and outgunned forces are struggling to hold back invading Russian troops, with Moscow regularly claiming the capture of new villages in eastern Ukraine. “The United States will soon announce more than $2.3 billion in new security assistance for Ukraine,” Austin said at the start of a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Rustem Umerov.

The Supreme Court on Monday ruled 6-3 that Trump has absolute immunity for his core Constitutional powers.
Former presidents are entitled to at least a presumption of immunity for their official acts, according to the high court.
Sotomayor proved how stupid she is in her hysterical dissent. “The President is now a king above the law,” Sotomayor said as she echoed Judge Florence Pan’s SEAL Team 6 assassination hypothetical.
“Orders the Navy SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival? Immune. Organizes a military coup to hold onto power?” Immune,” Sotomayor wrote in her dissent.

It doesn't come as a terrible shock, but a New York appeals court has disbarred Rudy Giuliani, former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, former mayor of New York City, and attorney for former President Donald Trump — "effective immediately." The ruling comes in response to Giuliani's involvement in challenging the 2020 presidential election. A panel of judges in New York’s Appellate Division, First Department wrote that Giuliani “flagrantly misused” his position as an attorney for former President Trump and his campaign to make “intentionally” false statements to courts, lawmakers and the public.

In a post-debate New Hampshire poll, former President Donald Trump has a slight lead over President Biden.
The Saint Anselm College survey found 44 percent of voters in the state would support the 45th president if the election were held today, compared to 42 percent who said they’d support Biden and 4 percent who backed independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. As New Hampshire Institute of Politics Director Neil Levesque highlighted, the poll shows big movement since December, when voters in the Granite State were asked the same question.
“After a remarkable six months that saw him swiftly dispatch his primary rivals

Former President Donald Trump's July 11 sentencing for a 34-count conviction in Manhattan could be delayed after the Supreme Court released its decision on presidential immunity.
The Manhattan DA's office said it will not oppose delaying sentencing as Trump's lawyers move to file a motion to overturn his hush money verdict.
Judge Juan Merchan will make the final decision, but with both parties in agreement, it's more likely that Trump's sentencing date next week will be pushed back.A New York jury unanimously found Trump guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records on May 30

President Biden revealed himself as senile Thursday night — so now the Dem apparatchiks are busy circling the wagons.
“The reality is the race has not fundamentally changed,” spun former Biden flack Kate Bedingfield.
In what Mediaite termed “a 15-minute Biden campaign commercial,” Morning Joe’s Mika Brzezinski called him “a man slowed down by a cold,” while hint-asking: “Does there need to be changes” in “managing him?” “Changes to his schedule, changes even maybe to those around him?” (Photo) This was just days after hubby Joe Scarborough demanded on the same show that Biden stand aside. It’s a dizzying time at MSNBC!
