Pro-Hamas demonstrators at Columbia took over an academic building early Tuesday to continue their “protests” over the war in Gaza.
University officials urged students and staff to keep away from campus as dozens of the anti-Israel activists occupied Hamilton Hall in defiance over the school beginning to suspend students who refused to leave an encampment set up on the quad last week. Images on social media show students breaking windows, barricading themselves in the building, and holding banners that say "intifada."

As Townhall has been covering, Columbia University threatened and has now gone through with suspending pro-Hamas student agitators setting up encampments on campus. A statement from Cornell University President Martha E. Pollack on Monday signaled that they too will go through with suspending students, as CNN highlighted as part of their live updates. The statement was merely titled "Update on campus events," and never goes into the specifics of what those "campus events" of pro-Hamas encampments entail. The Israel-Hamas conflict that began after Hamas perpetrated a terrorist attack against our ally in the Middle East is never mentioned at all.

The Biden administration took an unprecedented step this afternoon: they accused the Israeli military of human rights violations. It’s no secret that Joe Biden doesn’t want Israel to defeat Hamas. It will create a domestic headache for him at home, as the Democratic Party base has become increasingly hostile to Israel. Rafah is the last remaining Hamas bastion in Gaza; Israel is going to take it. The longer this war continues, the more incensed young voters, whom Biden cannot lose, become at Israel and the Biden White House. Also, these incidents within the IDF were all allegedly committed before October 7.

Democrat mayor Eric Adams is defending his decision to hand out pre-paid credit cards to illegal migrants living illegally in New York City. During a press conference on Friday, Adams claimed that the move is a “real win” and a “smart way to bring down the cost” of the thousands of illegal aliens who have invaded the city. (snip) Adams also said the program helped the economy which has seen record-breaking prices as rent and food reach astronomical numbers under Bidenflation.

Hollywood elitists are advocating for the Democratic Party's agenda of mutilating and indoctrinating children, calling for censorship of those who oppose the Left's progressive LGBTQ push. The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) addressed big tech companies in a letter signed by over 250 brainwashed celebrities urging them to censor those who oppose and spread "hate" toward alphabet people. The letter claims that gender transition surgery is "medically necessary" for children and accused "online extremists" of actively promoting hate and violence against LGBTQ people.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) voiced their anger towards the state of Florida because they executed a prisoner on death row, who claimed to be transgender, because they did not provide "medically necessary gender-affirming care." Using female pronouns to refer to Duane Owen, a convicted murderer and rapist, the ACLU said by not providing "gender-affirming care" it resulted in "enormous suffering and violating her right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment for the more than 30 years she was in state custody."

Residents of Oakland, California voiced their anger at the city leaders during a community meeting for the high crime rates, particularly against women, and pleaded for the police to be able to do their jobs. "Two kids beat the [deleted] out of me in front of my house last Monday night," one woman said. "Down on the pavement. Punching me, kicking me, dragging me through the street."

North Dakota parents fumed at a school board after discovering it has kept students' preferred gender identities under wraps.
Fargo Public Schools publicly announced that they would defy Republican Gov. Doug Burgum’s law that bans such actions in the classroom. “We will not openly out any student because of one law if we know that that’s going to cause harm to that child,” Fargo Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Rupak Gandhi said.

You may recall that Cornell Professor Russell Rickford shouted over a megaphone that he found the October 7 attack to be "exhilarating" and "energizing." Apparently this depraved loon is back on campus after a brief hiatus.
