The Bidens have shown a legendary skill at evading legal accountability. Even in the face of overwhelming evidence, Biden family members often marshal political allies and media to kill investigations or cut sweetheart deals.
The Bidens swim in scandal with the ease and agility of a bottlenose dolphin. From his own plagiarism scandal to his brother’s role in killing a man to his son’s various federal crimes, Bidens have long been a wonder in Washington. It turns out that it may be something of a family trait acquired through generations of natural selection. A historian recently discovered that Joe Biden’s great-great-grandfather, Moses J. Robinette, was accused and found guilty

In 1892, Lord Alfred Bruce Douglas, Oscar Wilde's lover, wrote a poem called "Two Loves" which referred euphemistically to "the love that dare not speak its name." At that time, homosexuals were expected to keep their sexual orientation and relationships secret. In 1986, Norman Podhoretz published a groundbreaking essay in Commentary Magazine called "The Hate That Dare Not Speak Its Name," which put the subject of antisemitism in American journalism on the public radar.
Now it's time for America to confront the Abuse That Dare Not Speak Its Name: elder abuse. And the victim is none other than President Joe Biden.

From her speech yesterday at CPAC, you would never have guessed Tulsi Gabbard ran as a Democratic candidate for president just three years ago. In fact, one could easily mistake her for a card carrying, gun toting, God loving MAGA acolyte.
Not at all uncomfortable in front of a sea of populist conservatives, the former House representative from Hawaii expressed her gratitude to the audience for making her feel “right at home.”
She spoke of her disdain for the Washington elite establishment with as much enthusiasm as any young buck Republican in the House. Her support of the second amendment rolled off her tongue as easily as

Democrats may be changing their minds about former President Donald Trump ahead of the 2024 presidential election, according to a new poll.
Trump has long received low marks from Democrats, who have long opposed him on a wide range of issues including immigration, abortion rights and the economy, but a Harvard/Harris CAPS poll released this week found that Democrats' general approval of the former president has risen since he left office in January 2021.

Rep. Mary Peltola, the first Democrat to represent Alaska in the House in nearly 50 years, is looking to retain her post in Congress after flipping the seat from red to blue in 2022. It's been more than a year since Peltola, who previously served for a decade as a member of the Alaska state House, was sworn in as the singular voice for Alaskans in the U.S. House of Representatives. Her purported loyalty to her party, however, has left Peltola unable to address constituent concerns on Capitol Hill, according to two leading Republicans who are looking to oust her from Congress.

President Biden is preparing to deliver a State of the Union address before a joint session of Congress after again missing his deadline to present spending and national security plans to Congress. Some Republicans in Congress want to hold Biden and future presidents accountable to the deadline with a simple penalty. No plans on time, no grand speech under a proposal titled the SUBMIT IT Act, short for Send Us Budget Materials & International Tactics In Time.

Recently, Democratic Party-cheerleading economist Paul Krugman declared, “Inflation is over. We won.” This is like a robber shooting you and then declaring, “The coma I put you in is over! We won!”
The truth is that the wild inflation, high interest rates, bank failures, and other economic harms of the last three years were all entirely avoidable and all entirely caused by President Biden and the Democrats’ arrogant and unwise policies.
This is not “Monday morning quarterbacking.” Some of us were saying this well before the fact. My May 7, 2021 column (“Joe Biden, Economy Killer”) accurately forecast the inflation, rising interest rates, and rising government debt service

Last week Republicans lost one of their precious seats in the House of Representatives reducing their slim majority to near invisibility. Interestingly, this did not have to happen. The vacancy giving rise to the special election in New York 3, was intentionally created by the Republicans themselves. A cynic might say with opponents like these, the Democrats can stroll through their victory lap.
An influential group of Republican congressmen, including the Republican Chair of the House Ethics Committee, decided the behavior, or misbehavior, of their erstwhile colleague, George Santos, was unworthy of a Republican Congressman.

Joe Biden and his Praetorian Guard in the media are over the moon about the indictment last week of FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, a US-Israeli dual national accused of having lied to the FBI when he claimed Hunter and Joe Biden each were paid a $5 million bribe by the owner of corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma.
For more than three years, Joe Biden has refused to address the avalanche of evidence about his family’s corrupt influence-peddling while he was VP. He has refused to address evidence that he was involved in son Hunter and brother Jim’s lucrative shakedown of shady characters in the world’s most corrupt countries

For nearly two hundred and fifty years, our country and lawmakers have consistently met innovation and societal changes with new policies to meet the challenges of each generation. During my time serving the Commonwealth of Virginia as Attorney General and then as its 68th governor, I learned firsthand the vital role states play in setting the agenda for federal legislation in Washington. That is why I am pleased to see action being taken both by the Virginia General Assembly and Congress to begin the discussion on the impact social media is having on children and families.

There is excellent news for the American industry, economy, and international trade sectors. The discovery of colossal rare earth deposits in Wyoming could essentially restructure the global supply chain of these crucial elements in the near future.
A discovery of 2.34 billion metric tons of rare earth elements (REEs) in a mine outside of Sheridan, Wyoming, has generated great excitement across industries stateside. For one, the reserves are estimated to be bigger than China’s current reserves, implying that this single find could end America’s reliance on Chinese exports if exploited judiciously.

The United States has vetoed one United Nations resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, but President Joe Biden is reportedly proposing a separate ceasefire resolution that would also call on Israel to abandon its plan to crush the remnants of Hamas in the city of Rafah.
He should proceed no further in this. Israel has come too far and made too much progress in the laudable goal of dismantling Hamas to stop now. Before Hamas massacred innocent Israelis on Oct. 7, there were 24 Hamas regional battalions in Gaza. These have been reduced to six, and they are in Rafah. The city must be taken. Hamas must not
