Former U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) took to X the day after Christmas to bash former President Donald Trump, claiming that Christians who support him “don’t understand” their faith.
“I’m going to go out on a NOT limb here: this man is not a Christian,” Kinzinger posted Tuesday, in response to Trump’s Truth Social Christmas message in which he told corrupt members of the “swamp” to “rot in hell.” [Tweet]
Kinzinger went on to assert, “If you are a Christian who supports him you don’t understand your own religion.”
“Trump is weak, meager, smelly, victim-ey, belly-achey, but he ain’t a Christian and he’s not ‘Gods man,'” the Trump critic added.

In Texas, a hunter found out that God not only answers prayers, but sometimes, He might even answer in an extraordinary way.
In a viral video making the rounds on social media, a hunter in Texas is seen giving his testimony on how God answered his prayer by getting a closer look at a bald eagle.
It all started when the hunter went out to hunt near a pond and spotted an eagle swooping down to catch a fish.
The man in the video then prayed, “Lord, I sure would like to get close to that eagle because sometimes I feel like you don’t always hear me

Maine has become the center of national attention after its Secretary of State, Sheena Bellows, ruled that former President Donald Trump is disqualified from the state’s presidential ballot. (snip) In response to Bellows’ ruling, Steven Cheung, Trump’s campaign spokesman, issued a fiery statement condemning the action as a partisan effort to sway the upcoming election:
The Maine Secretary of State is a former ACLU attorney, a virulent leftist and a hyper-partisan Biden-supporting Democrat who has decided to interfere in the presidential election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden.
We are witnessing, in real-time, the attempted theft of an election and the disenfranchisement of the American voter.

Hundreds of pro-Palestine demonstrators marched at Times Square and then in a walk from Zuccotti Park to the World Trade Center, continuing protests in a week where anti-Israel marchers have shut down traffic at JFK Airport.
Chants of 'Biden you will see, Palestine will be free' and 'Israel bombs, USA pays, how many kids did you kill today?' was part of the rhetoric used by the protesters.
Effigies representing children killed in Gaza were seen after people took part in silent procession which was organized partly by elderly Jewish groups through Midtown Manhattan earlier Thursday.

In 1898, the United States government acquired Puerto Rico through the Treaty of Paris, which ended the Spanish-American War. This was only one year after Spain had granted the island the power to self-govern. But after Spain lost the war, they ceded control of Puerto Rico.
At the time, Puerto Rico's population was just under 1 million. Most were living in poverty. It wasn't uncommon for families to spend the majority of their income on food. Many people worked for only cents per day harvesting sugarcane. Others owned farms or worked inland on coffee and tobacco fields.

Raffensperger’s office ran to the Washington Post and leaked a fraudulent transcript of the call.

We often hear the phrase, 'Israeli-Palestinian conflict' everywhere - in the media, from Israeli officials, written in articles, repeated by foreign policy think tanks, and U.S. politicians. It is ubiquitous.
They are all incorrect. A 'conflict' indicates two equal sides laying credible claim over a disputed issue. Thus, the false phrase equates Jews with terrorists and terrorist supporters. And, the incorrect saying plays into revisionist history in an antisemitic fashion.
Terrorists and their supporters claim that Israel 'stole' 'Palestine.'
But 'Palestine' was nothing more than a colonizer's term for Judea from 136 A.D. - to when Jews liberated Israel in 1948 from British occupiers.

By now, most of us have seen the reluctant reporting from media outlets checking in with vehicle dealerships around the United States. Car lots are filled with electric vehicles, many with their original sales prices reduced. Most people simply aren’t interested in purchasing an EV despite any mandates being issued by state governments or the White House. There are various reasons for this, including the high cost of these vehicles (despite generous, taxpayer-funded rebates) and the uncertainty of there being sufficient charging stations to keep them running. Now Ford has seemingly woken up to the reality of the situation. In 2024, they will be drastically cutting their production

Pennsylvania holds crucial importance for Biden's reelection bid. He notably hailed Philadelphia campaign donors as the "backbone" of his presidential campaign earlier this year.
As of Dec. 18, 35,589 Democrats reregistered as Republicans in the state so far this year; in contrast, 15,622 Republicans switched to the Democratic Party, data from the state department shows.
The state trend was first reported Tuesday by Newsweek.

Electric-vehicle sales growth hit a speed bump in the U.S. this year, and the impact is being felt throughout the industry.
The authors of the article suggest that the “relatively high prices” of E.V.s might have something to do with the people’s “hesitancy” to make the switch—because apparently the average $54k for an E.V. (which is $5k more than the average gas vehicle) is only a “relatively high” cost for a car. They also noted

Presidential hopeful Nikki Haley has been slammed for refusing to say that slavery was the main cause of the Civil War.
Haley, the 51-year-old former governor for South Carolina, blundered her way through the question at town hall debate in Berlin, New Hampshire, on Wednesday night.
The former UN representative jokingly told the audience member 'well, don't come with an easy question', before claiming that the Civil War was fought for freedom and ideological differences in how governments ought to work.
