Former President Donald Trump will remain on the ballot in Michigan after the Michigan Supreme Court rejected an appeal rooted in the Constitution’s “Insurrection Clause,” although on procedural grounds.
Unlike the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision, the Michigan Supreme Court ruled that Trump can remain on the ballot for the state’s upcoming primary. It upheld the unanimous ruling of Michigan’s Court of Appeals, where a three-judge panel held that the argument — that Trump “engaged in insurrection” — was not ripe (meaning that ruling on it would be premature).

Children as young as three years old have been referred to Britain’s socialised medicine’s ‘Gender Identity Development Service’ transgender clinic, with hundreds of young children referred in the past decade.
382 children aged six and under have been referred to the Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) in the Tavistock and Portman Trust, known commonly as the National Health Service’s transgender clinic, in the past ten years new figures from the Trust reveal. The numbers, published by the Daily Mail, reveal how even the youngest children have been pushed into interacting with the controversial clinic, and that the numbers being referred to GIDS have soared in recent years.

Six in ten voters, including nearly one third of Democrats, say Joe Biden should not run for president in 2024, according to an exclusive DailyMail.com/J.L. Partners poll.
In a further alarming sign for Biden almost half of Democrats say it is not too late for the 81-year-old to be replaced as their party's nominee.
The extensive survey showed 60 percent think Biden should not seek re-election, with only 34 percent saying he should, and six percent expressing no opinion. Perhaps the most troubling revelation for the White House will be that even 29 percent of Democrats said Biden should not run, while 64 percent say he should.

Recently, we reported on an ABCNews.com hit piece on House Speaker Mike Johnson, and how a German TV network reported in 2015 that he took his teenage daughter Hannah to a purity ball, which ABC described as "a controversial formal dance event, popular among some conservative Christians, that gained notoriety in the early 2000s." Democratic members of the House with "trans kids" were treated with great respect and the term "controversial" was reserved for the conservatives insisting boys were boys and girls were girls, and there was no real in-between.

The contents of emails sent by President Biden using pseudonym accounts is the top item House Oversight Committee James Comer (R-Ky.) says investigators handling the impeachment inquiry into the president need to obtain.
Biden, 81, used multiple email aliases — including “robinware456,” “JRBware” and “RobertLPeters” — between 2010 and 2019 to communicate with his son Hunter Biden and Eric Schwerin, the first son’s former business partner, according to the House Ways and Means Committee.
The White House, however, has only released 14 of about 82,000 pages worth of Biden’s secret vice presidential emails, according to the Kentucky Republican,

“Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty.
This is known as "bad luck.”

An appeals court wiped out a conviction of a former Congressman after defense lawyers argued the FBI “set up” the lawmaker.
Nebraska GOP Congressman Jeff Fortenberry last year resigned from Congress after being convicted of lying to the FBI.
“Due to the difficulties of my current circumstances, I can no longer serve you effectively,” Fortenberry said in a statement.
Kevin McCarthy joined then-Speaker Pelosi and called for Fortenberry to step down last year.“I think when someone’s convicted, it’s time to resign,” McCarthy told reporters last year, according to Politico.
“Congressman Fortenberry’s conviction represents a breach of the public trust and confidence in his ability to serve. No one is above the law,” Pelosi,

A CNN analyst issued a grim warning for President Biden on Friday, suggesting the 2024 candidate may lose the upcoming election if he cannot change Americans' minds regarding the economy.
During an appearance on "CNN This Morning," analyst and Spectrum News political anchor Errol Louis said the president has tried to use "Bidenomics" as a campaign slogan because the economy is typically the No. 1 issue for voters.
He noted that recent polls suggest Biden's handling of the economy may not necessarily be going over very well with people, partly because of inflation, as well as "misperceptions about some other things."

Joe and Dr. Jill on Monday celebrated the joy of Kwanzaa.
Kwanzaa is a phony holiday created in 1966 by black radical Ron Everett — aka Dr. Maulana Karenga, a violent felon who tortured two naked black women.
“Deborah Jones, who once was given the Swahili title of an African queen, said she and Gail Davis were whipped with an electrical cord and beaten with a karate baton after being ordered to remove their clothes,” a 1971 Los Angeles Times article reported about Karenga’s conviction.
“To everyone celebrating, Jill and I wish you a joyous Kwanzaa,” Joe Biden said on Tuesday. “In 2024, it’s our hope that we will all remember the wisdom

David Brooks is the ultimate RINO. As the ‘conservative’ columnist at the New York Times, Brooks has never met a Democrat he didn’t like or a liberal policy he didn’t endorse.
And yet, even he can see what an outrageous thing it is for four unelected judges to interfere in the 2024 election by taking trump off the ballot.
Brooks commented on this during an appearance on taxpayer funded PBS.

President Joe Biden’s administration will reportedly loosen laws regulating cannabis (marijuana), which some advocates say amounts to only a symbolic gesture that will ultimately change nothing.
The president will reportedly move cannabis from the maximally restrictive Schedule I to the minimally restrictive Schedule III of the Controlled Substance Act (CSA), according to the Guardian. “That would lessen the tax burden on businesses selling the drug in states where it is legal and potentially change how police agencies view enforcement of marijuana laws,” noted the outlet.
