LONDON — With his country mired in economic doldrums and his party trailing in the polls as an election nears, U.K. leader Rishi Sunak rolled the dice and shook up his government on Monday, appointing former Prime Minister David Cameron to the post of foreign secretary.
The move — called bold by Sunak’s supporters and desperate by his critics — came in a Cabinet overhaul that saw Sunak jettison his powerful but controversial interior minister, Home Secretary Suella Braverman, in a bid to reset his faltering government.

Today, November 13th, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene will hold a hearing on injuries caused by the COVID-19 vaccines with special witnesses.
(snip)Today I will be testifying at Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Congressional House Hearing on injuries caused by the COVID-19 Vaccines. MTG has been a true hero in this fight against mandates, masks, lockdowns and fighting for justice for those injured. She has been on our side for years.
I am proud to stand by her in this endeavor. She is one of the few members of Congress willing to stand up and fight.

CLAREMONT, N.H.—Former U.S. president and 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump earned new key endorsements at a packed New Hampshire rally on Nov. 11, as his supporters spoke about feeling abandoned by the national Republican Party leadership.
Among them was Rayla Campbell, the first black woman to win a Republican primary in Massachusetts for Secretary of State. She ultimately lost her bid to a Democrat incumbent and said she got "zero" support from national Republican leaders for her campaign.
"One hundred percent I feel ignored," Mrs. Campbell, who was at the rally to represent Black Voices for Trump, told The Epoch Times. "They aren't interested in grassroots candidates or rising candidates."

The following is an excerpt from River City One: A Novel (Knox Press; Nov. 7, 2023).
I’m laughing now because I can still see him. He’s got his helmet on, the chinstrap dangling and tobacco spit coming off his lip. I tell you the right side of his face was blown up like a puffer fish. He kept himself grungy, so unclean that you’d think not even the bad guys would touch him. Maybe that’s why I liked him being nearby, because I thought it would keep me safe or something.

After Hamas massacred 1,400 men, women and children in Israel last month, FBI Director Christopher Wray warned that the terror group “and its allies” could inspire attacks on Americans "here on our own soil." (smip)What Wray didn’t say is that the FBI has been investigating Hamas’ biggest ally in America for the past 30 years – without seeking any charges. Launched in 1994 as a secret front organization to support Hamas, according to declassified FBI wiretap transcripts and FBI testimony, the Council on American-Islamic Relations has, in the decades since, become an accepted member of Washington’s lobbying community.

As many cities have begun to turn away from being “welcoming” or “sanctuary” cities, the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, seems to be heading in the opposite direction.
Activists for migrants were celebrating this week by designating Tulsa as its newest “Welcoming City.” The designation comes after Mayor G.T. Bynum and members of the city council enacted several measures since September to make the city a more desirable destination for illegal migrants.
The group Welcoming America has helped cities across America create, promote, and guide efforts to create conditions better for migrants in American cities.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israel Security Agency (ISA, or Shin Bet / Shabak) announced Saturday that Ahmed Siam, a Hamas terrorist who held 1000 Palestinians hostage at a local hospital, had been killed by the IDF in an airstrike in Gaza.
In a statement, the IDF said:
Based on precise IDF and ISA intelligence, and with the direction of IDF ground troops, IDF aircraft struck Ahmed Siam, a company commander of the Naser Radwan Company of the Hamas terrorist organization. Two days ago, the IDF spokesperson exposed that Siam held hostage approximately 1000 Gazan residents at the Rantisi Hospital and prevented them from evacuating southwards for their safety.

DEIR AL-BALAH, Gaza Strip — Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pushed back Saturday against growing international calls for a cease-fire, saying Israel’s battle to crush Gaza’s ruling Hamas militants will continue with “full force.”
A cease-fire would be possible only if all 239 hostages held by militants in Gaza are released, Netanyahu said(snip)
also insisted that after the war, now entering its sixth week, Gaza would be demilitarized and Israel would retain security control there. Asked what he meant by security control, Netanyahu said Israeli forces must be able to enter Gaza freely to hunt down militants.

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) sent a letter to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct expressing "serious concerns" about the judge overseeing a civil fraud trial against former President Donald Trump and the Trump Organization.
"This judge’s bizarre behavior has no place in our judicial system," she wrote, describing "inappropriate bias" and "judicial intemperance" in her Nov. 10 letter.

Will Republicans ever rebel against the execrable primary debates foisted on us every four years? (snip)Here are a few of the questions that need to be answered:
1. Both Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are contaminated with plasmid DNA fragments which have not been removed during the current manufacturing processes. This proven fact has been acknowledged by the US FDA, Health Canada, and the European Medicines Agency. In yet another clear breach of informed consent and labeling requirements, this was not previously disclosed to physicians, public health officials, or patients. Furthermore, the presence of highly active promoter/enhancer DNA sequences (and fragments) derived from the SV40 virus, present in the Pfizer/BioNTech product, was not disclosed and discussed with either the public or to the regulatory agencies. This has also been clearly established. Prior FDA guidance concerning
