Biden’s Border Crisis Fuels Massive

As retailers reported their quarterly earnings this month, a phrase that kept cropping up is one you probably never heard before – “organized retail crime.” It has spiked enough that it’s eating into profits. Turns out that, by throwing open the southern border, President Joe Biden has created a booming business for Mexican cartels ripping off U.S. retailers – although you’d never know it based on the media blackout of this trend. Target, Dollar Tree, Foot Locker, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom, and others recently disclosed that organized retail crime – or ORC

Really? How could that be? What we need is seven million airplane tickets for these "migrants" to go back home.

I would guess that the majority of retail crime is still being perpetrated by inner city "teens" so there is no reason for the illegal immigrants to hesitate to participate in the bonanza. They have been led to believe that, by free housing, food, clothing and medical care that they are entitled to all other freebies provided by working American citizens. Stores stupid enough to continue doing business in the many high-crime areas are supporting this trend. I suggest we stop shopping at those stores so they become nothing but non-profit suppliers of the parasites of society.

You think the Biden Family is getting kick backs from the cartels? They would easily pay everyone in the Family millions a month, just to keep the border wide open, as it is.. Hopefully, Joe would give some of it to Mydorkas.

Gee, perhaps this is why Americans have been buying between 2 and 3 million new guns every month, so far this year. Total number of background checks is just a tic under 18 million for the year. Ammo sales are very high, too. I've taught a number of new shooters and advised them on purchasing their first guns in the last few years, and I don't seek out students, they just find me via word of mouth. People are preparing to protect themselves.

Sleepy Joe is without a doubt the worst president in my lifetime, and I'm old enough to remember Jimmy Carter. Carter was incompetent, but at least he was honest. Carter seemed genuinely shocked when his plans and policies just made things worse, not better. Sleepy Joe just laughs at us and takes another vacation. Despicable.

As nearly as I can tell these large retail thefts are prosecuted as individual acts of.shop-lifting. Or, just as often, they are not prosecuted at all. It appears most local policing simply attempts to keep any incident-in-progress from getting worse. But these raids with five, ten, or even twenty looters are not individual crimes. They are ORGANIZED crimes and should be prosecuted as such. RICO and/or similar statutes can be used. But US authorities clearly have little interest in them. Police cannot stop the crimes when they cannot stop the criminals. I expect no progress until the organized crime and conspiracy statutes are used. And sentences of 20+ years become routine. It is hard to be enthusiatic about what I outline. But will anything else work?

Poster 7, I worked with a guy in the public schools who managed a gun shop for at least 10 years before he became a teacher. He was asked by a young teacher, an inexperienced shooter, what to buy for home defense. His answer, a Ruger, or Smith and Wesson 38 Special revolver. Poster 7, what do you think of that advice?

A little more than three years ago, the kakistocrats who indulge the raw political power they hold over much of our country forced us down a dark road of ruin by demanding that everyone wear a mask while also forbidding us from living as free people. There are clear signs they wish to do it again. As we have done before, we implore our American brothers and sisters to stand hard against the forces of subjugation. No masks. No lockdowns. No vaccine mandates. Not only is our liberty at stake, so is our health, our mental well-being, and a future that belongs to each of us, not the ruling class.

Shortly after we ran a review of the first Republican primary debate, Google’s ad network, called AdSense, blocked its ads from appearing on that page. It said the piece, written by veteran communications specialist Bob Maistros, violated two of Google’s content rules because it contained “dangerous or derogatory content” and “unreliable and harmful claims.” These are impossibly vague standards, and while Google tells us we must “fix” the article in order for its ads to appear on that page, it provided no indication of what exactly violated either of these rules or what would constitute a fix. We’re about half way through the 2023 hurricane season, predicted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration forecasters to be a near-normal year, and it’s been rather quiet. But with a few storms brewing this week in the Atlantic, we expect to hear the usual shrieking from politicians, activists and the media, blaming the weather on man-caused climate change. Our suggestion is to pay no attention to the eco-screamers’ lamentations. On Sunday, the National Hurricane Center issued advisories for a hurricane and a tropical storm in the Atlantic Ocean, and an advisory for a tropical storm in the Eastern Pacific.

China’s economy has struggled recently as once-eager foreign companies depart and trade partners rethink their close ties with the increasingly dictatorial nation. As Beijing tightens control over its people and the economy, Americans have noticed. China has plunged to its second-lowest favorability level among U.S. voters, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. TIPP started tracking China’s favorability in March 2021. To compute the index, we use survey responses to the question: “Generally speaking, is your opinion of China: Very Favorable, Somewhat Favorable, Not Very Favorable, or Not At All Favorable?”

A coup d’etat is when a small group of people suddenly try to take power and subjugate a nation by force. A coup du publique is when a small group of people already in power try to further subjugate an entire population by methodically taking away whatever rights they may have left. That global sense of unease, that nearly audible universal skincrawl taking place across the planet, that unquestionable deprivation of the right to ask questions, that which is happening right now: that is the coup du publique in action. In a run-of-the-mill coup d’etat, it is axiomatic that the people staging the coup seize the radio station,

Ghoulish scold John Kerry, the White House’s climate hobgoblin, has repeatedly warned that the world is not on track to contain a 1.5-degree Celsius increase in global temperature above the pre-industrial level, and this means disaster is looming. Others have made the same point, and the media just goes along for the ride. Their predictions are worthless, though. We know this because the United Nations told us so. The rock-solid, undeniable fact is that it’s impossible to make long-term climate predictions, because our climate is ever changing and volatile. It says so in the Third Assessment Report from the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change:

A summer surge of COVID-19 has some wondering aloud if we should return to mask mandates. For now, the official line, despite the media effort to rekindle coronavirus hysteria, is that it’s unlikely. But we heard that before, in 2020, right before public health officials dropped their mask tyranny on us. If they do it again, we have an obligation to say no. Are we calling for civil disobedience? Are we suggesting that Americans resist orders that are not laws but are instead decrees issued by despots? Absolutely, and without reservation. Masks are dehumanizing.

That is until a couple of whistleblowers blew the deal. So, plan B was a sweetheart plea deal, which blew up when the judge discovered a blanket immunity provision tucked into it. U.S. Attorney for Delaware David Weiss was the guy who hoped to get Biden off and then cooked up the plea deal. This is bombshell evidence of corruption and favoritism. And how was Weiss punished?

Opposition to Rep. Kevin McCarthy becoming House Majority Leader was palpable on the right at the beginning of 2023. During a drawn-out fight, Rep. Eventually, McCarthy secured the votes after making several concessions, and at that point, it was fair to wipe the slate clean. The number one problem Joe Biden faces going into his re-election bid is the economy. It stinks. A majority of Americans think it stinks. Almost every previous presidential election was based on the voter’s perspective on the economy. Ronald Reagan’s question still haunts all incumbents: “Are you better off today than you were four years ago?” The pandemic and the economic fallout from business closings, supply chain disruptions, and $5.2 trillion in government spending — which led to a painful spike in inflation — have made the Reagan question somewhat irrelevant. The economy has come roaring back to almost where Trump left it. But people’s perspective on the economy is still clouded.
