Former President Donald Trump has taken serious heat since late last week, when he shared an article on his Truth Social account that included an image of him holding a baseball bat next to a picture of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Yet contrary to corporate media narratives, Trump did not create the image and says he did not see a preview of the photo before he posted a link to the article. The bizarre post led to several media outlets claiming Trump was inciting violence against Bragg, who Trump previously announced intended to indict him on a case many legal scholars, including Trump critics,

The suspect who killed six people at a Nashville Christian school is the second transgender-identified woman who has attacked a school since 2019.
On Monday, transgender-identified Audrey Elizabeth Hale, 28, killed three adults and three children at the Nashville school. In 2019, Alec McKinney was aged 17 when she helped killed one teenager at a school in Colorado while she claimed to be transgender.
Female mass shooters are very rare, but a 2011 study of 133 women who went through Sweden’s masculinization treatment showed that:
female-to-males had higher crime rates than female controls … [and] did not differ from male controls. This indicates … that sex reassignment is coupled

Salem, N.H. — Nikki Haley plans to lean into retail politicking on the 2024 GOP primary trail, focusing on more intimate events that she believes will heighten the contrast between her and the early favorite for the nomination, former president Donald Trump.
The former South Carolina governor laid out her strategy during a town hall in Salem, N.H. Tuesday night, when one of the voters gathered at the Derry-Salem Elks Lodge asked how she planned to best Trump.
“When you look at the situation that we have, President Trump has 25 percent of Republicans,” Haley said. “It’s a hard 25 percent. They are ‘Trump or no one.’”

WASHINGTON — A federal judge has ordered former Vice President Mike Pence to comply with a subpoena in the investigation into former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, according to a source familiar with the decision.
The ruling from Judge James Boasberg, the chief judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, requires Pence to testify before the grand jury tied to the probe led by special counsel Jack Smith. The ruling was issued Monday but remains under seal because it involves grand jury matters. The judge's order gave Pence a partial victory regarding his argument that he was shielded from having to testify

Mainstream media outlets struggled to describe the sex of the mass shooter who claimed six lives at a private Christian grade school in Nashville on Monday, first describing the female perpetrator a woman in response to reports from the authorities and then racing to correct themselves once it became clear that the shooter identified as a man.
After initially describing the shooter as female in official department statements, Nashville police chief John Drake said during a Monday afternoon press conference that the shooter, a former student at the Covenant School, identified as transgender. President Joe Biden called for people to “put pressure” on Republicans to pass gun control legislation on Tuesday as he seeks to pass an “assault weapons ban.”
Biden called for more gun control during an event in North Carolina, after he watched the footage of the mass shooting at a Christian elementary school in Nashville where six people, including three children, were murdered by a female shooter who identified as a man. During his speech, Biden singled out Republicans who stand in the way of his gun control agenda.

Calls for police to release the "manifesto" that authorities say was written ahead of Monday's Nashville school shooting has prompted concern among LGBTQ+ groups, who caution against the publication of such a document. While many details remain to be unveiled about the massacre at The Covenant School this week, police have identified the shooter as 28-year-old Audrey Hale. On Monday, Hale, armed with two assault-style weapons—a rifle and a pistol—as well as a handgun, fatally shot three children and three staff members at the school before being killed by police. It was predictable that mainstream media outlets would seek to deep-six the fact that the perpetrator who killed three students and three staff members at a private Christian school in Nashville identified as transgender, but Reuters isn't getting away with its attempt to sway the narratives that are already emerging following the tragedy. Rob Walker became a target of the House Oversight Committee earlier this month after committee chair James Comer (R-KY) subpoenaed Bank of America, which led to a trove of new records showing Biden family members receiving over $1 million in payments linked to Walker and the family’s Chinese associates.

NEW YORK—The Manhattan grand jury that has been hearing testimony about hush money paid on Donald Trump’s behalf will not take up that inquiry again this week, meaning any potential vote on an indictment won’t happen until next week at the earliest, two people familiar with the matter said Tuesday.
The panel did meet on Monday, and a longtime Trump friend and potential key witness in the investigation was seen leaving the building where the grand jury has been meeting.
The grand jury has been meeting regularly on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, but did not hold last Wednesday’s session and met last Thursday for other unrelated matters.

The footage is incredible but also somewhat graphic so discretion is advised. [Video]

NEW YORK - U.S. prosecutors on Tuesday unveiled a new indictment against Sam Bankman-Fried, accusing the founder of the now-bankrupt FTX cryptocurrency exchange of paying a $40 million bribe to Chinese officials so they would unfreeze his hedge fund's accounts.
The new bribery conspiracy charge adds the pressure on the 31-year-old former billionaire, who now faces a 13-count indictment over the November collapse of FTX. Prosecutors had previously accused Bankman-Fried of stealing billions of dollars in customer funds to plug losses at his Alameda Research hedge fund, and orchestrating an illegal campaign donation scheme to buy influence in Washington, D.C. A spokesman for Bankman-Fried declined to comment.

The timing of the tragic Nashville shooting, in which a MUSS (Made-up Sexual Status, aka “transgender”) individual killed six at a Christian school, is a bit odd. National Public Radio had just recently done a piece on how MUSS and other “LGBTQ” people are buying guns because, the story goes, they believe they’re imperiled by conservatives. A study commissioned by the Club of Rome and published on Monday found that the world population is approaching its peak and will begin declining swiftly after the middle of the 21st Century, averting the “population bomb” scenario in which longer lifespans, more abundant food, and better medical treatments cause the human race to overwhelm the capacity of the Earth to sustain it.
The “population bomb” thesis derives its name from the sensationalistic, and later thoroughly discredited, 1968 book by Stanford University entomologist Paul Ehrlich. Ehrlich’s fanciful book touched off a worldwide overpopulation panic, presenting grim scenarios of imminent mass starvation and resource shortages that did not come to pass.
