The tragic killing of two U.S. citizens this week in the border town of Matamoros, Mexico, should, in a just world, refocus American attention on the glaring problem of transnational drug cartels’ de facto control of large swaths of our perilously porous southern border.

Eliminate their market and they will dry up. Otherwise, there will just be another pack of rats waiting to take over

There are serious questions surrounding the tragic killing of two U.S. citizens this week in the border town of Matamoros, Mexico, questions regarding the true reasons for three violent convicted felons, known illegal drug distributors, accompanying a child abuser who fed her 8 year illegal drugs who was seeking a "tummy tuck" in a border town better known as home to the Gulf drug cartel than for "medical tourism".

As a Texan I have watched us genuflect to MX all my life. It has always been a matter of turning a blind eye to the cartels because donors wanted unlimited, dirt cheap labor. The cartels have been setting up business all over the USA and Washington and Governors of border states let them do it. Now it will be a literal war to keep us from becoming the narco state our southern neighbor already is!
I only know of one man we can put back in the White House with the guts to shut that southern border. President Trump.
I will never forget Dubya’s joint pressers with two Mexican presidents during his eight years. Both made insulting remarks about the American people and our (generous) immigration policies THEN and our doofus POTUS stood there like a weakling. When others dismissed an American leader’s refusal to stand up for us I was even more angry.

Close the border. Eliminate trade. Sanctions. Mexico is our enemy and should be treated as such until they get rid of the Cartels.

Those dollars float to the top and are deposited somewhere. That would mean confiscation of bank accounts and assets built or purchased with that money. Think Jeb Bush and banks in MIami.
And probably surgical military strikes.

Fox is my go to place for news. And I have seen their maps, not just the ones of the different cartels in Mexico showing what a stranglehold they have on the country, but the ones of the United States showing the states and cities and which cartels have a major presence.
What we did way back when Escobar needed to be put down was in a different Mexico. Now the cartels are totally in control. In that regard the Mexican President is merely a figurehead. Getting rid of the cartels now encompasses the whole country. Call it a drug war if you must. I see it as an all out war with the population pretty much split, at least on the surface, 50/50 Cartels/USA.

Destroy the Chinese fentanyl factories. Mysterious explosions at the factory or 'tragic suicides' of the factory owners would be a good start.

Let's contract out to the President of El Salvador and let him round them up and put in a super supermax.

Hollyweird shows drug use as "fun and normal" because "all the stars do drugs".
Kids seem to blindly follow the garbage lifestyles that are shown on TV and movies these days, and a lot of that involves taking drugs...which will kill you or at least wreck your life.
And if you believe you can change your sex you can probably believe that heroin or fentanyl is "fun stuff", too. When you believe in nothing....you can believe in anything.

We have the Technology and the means. Declare REAL WAR against the world drug trade, wherever it's found. Global Hawk and Predator surgical strikes at their jungle labs and their leaderships' transportation. Stop ALL private money transfers from the USA, period.
Unfortunately, due to the "Deep State" Department, the U.S.A. missed a golden opportunity to destroy the global heroin trade when we conquered Afghanistan and the Poppy fields.

Interesting, but not surprising, take on the strange Four Americans in Matamoras Mx for Tummy Tuck story and "alleged" apology from the gulf cartel.
"On the first day this happened, the FBI was the first one to give the heads up to the intelligence of Mexico where the bodies were and where the Americans were and ultimately that led to more questioning on what these four Americans were doing in the parts of Matamoros, circulating and ultimately with cash in their hands."
"The investigation has been going down more deeper and found out that one of the persons that brutally taken their life possibly was a collaborator with the FBI and it was a deal gone wrong, that it was an investigation done with fentanyl. It goes more deeper than this."
