The Core Battle Within the Republican Party

Original Article

An inflection point is coming. In preparation for what we are about to witness, it is critical to understand that both the DNC and RNC are private corporations with no affiliation to government. It is a difficult shift in thinking to appropriately understand, but the party system in U.S. politics revolves around two clubs that feed from the same corporate trough and position for influence and affluence within a political dynamic they control.

Looking at the Lucianne cartoon gives me pause to think. The Republican party has soooo much to stand for but does little to stand for the Republican/conservative voter. The Republican voter is tired of being chained to ineffective, corrupt, cheating policies of the other side. Oh, I understand there are people like that on our side but when those qualities are part of the other side's political base, we want no part of it. Take a look at the Obama-Biden administration. We are seeing some under-handed doings of a father-son relationship while being vice president of this country. They benefitted handsomely. A lot of "looking the other way" took place. Now, we have evangelicals saying they won't vote for Donald Trump and anyone else who feels compelled to speak up. Yes, Donald Trump is a wealthy man but he is not foreign to philanthropic endeavors. He did not accept the salary of being President of the USA but we now read about weddings and whatnot at the White House. Sure Joe Biden will pay for it but wink, wink. So, yeah, blot out Donald Trump as President of the USA but it is quite telling. See, Michelle and Barack Obama were right there front and center for photographs telling us that when they left DC, they left. Unfortunately, they left behind there baggage that we have to carry. When will the Republican party start being leaders instead of followers?

Excellent article that brings attention to a fundamental problem with the United States today. Simply put we are no where near the idea of what this country was founded on. The American public has been deceived by the politicians, lawyers, media, financial institutions, and corporations as to the true intention of this government. The political party be it Republican or Democrat is primarily interested first in it survival and ability to increase its wealth and power. The public is used and fooled to give it legitimacy. We are disposable slaves whose wages are stolen to feed them and whose rights are mostly ignored and barely tolerated. Unfortunately the majority will continue to have a sports enthusiasts mentality by choosing a team (political party) and believing their success is a reflection of them when reality is they simply feed the machine.

FTA: “ The America First agenda is the restoration agenda.” This the core reason that President Trump’s base is loyal. His agenda of America First is the very thing we the people have been looking for from the Republican Party for decades and no one stepped up to answer that call. As the article points out, the war inside the Republican Party is an economic one. It’s America First versus globalist interests supported by the entrenched Republican country club set. Look at the Republicans who have come out attacking PDT and you will discover a Chamber of Commerce or Business Roundtable ally. Like the article pointed out, they don’t even want to win. They just need Trump defeated so they can continue to betray the American worker and middle class in order to protect the status quo. This is why I just will not support anyone but President Trump. If you can read this article and abandon him and his promise to make the country great again by supporting the middle class and American workers, you are a Kool-Aid drinking fool. President Trump is the only guy interested in the success of this country and not his bottom line. Buy a clue! DeSantis does look good and sound good, but his backers are never-Trumpers. They will promise him the moon if he works with them to destroy Trump.

Recommend this article as a Must Read! Great replies here above and after the article. Simply states the ground game and why the opposition to Trump/American first policy. Explains the lead from behind philosophy of most Republicans and while not stated in the article, lays out the reasoning for the necessity of term limits. FTA: “ Donald Trump is the irreplaceable Great MAGA King …” The great MAGA King will not be allowed back. Assuming he is somehow elected, the government is arrayed to stop him. Start with the FBI and our intel community. The question the MAGA folks cannot answer is who if not Trump. They trash anyone who might compete with their Hero, and the best they can hope for is four more years replicating’16 to ‘20. Then what? Trump is similarly stuck with no apparent successor as MAGA King on the horizon. Without one, the movement is dead, simply raging while the conventional beat goes on.

The RNC want to give the illusion of support for MAGA conservatism because they need the base voter, and they need to maintain the illusion of choice. However, every move they make on an operational level is exactly in line with their previous outlook toward cocktail class republicanism. The Blue-blood Country Clubbers in the RINOcrat "elites" have ZERO allegiance to those in the BASE, except at election time. They do not live an work with the bedrock republican principles guiding their lives, and consider themselves "our betters" The time is now for the BASE to transform their local communities and counties before the woke and intolerant take it over out from under U.S. In many cases, though, it is too late. Time for the BASE to remove the RINOcrats and the entrenched politicians in State Houses in an in DC. There are those who seek political office for the right reasons but get corrupted and no longer serve those they were elected to serve. Mr. Trump had his time in office and had a tremendously good influence upon things. THERE IS NO WAY he is ever going to be allowed to be the Chief Executive again! The forces against him have falsely accused and persecuted him since before he announced his intention to run for the Republican nomination, and he has been persecuted with false and spurious charges in the media and in the government. Millions DID NOT vote for the Vegetable, BUT AGAINST HIM returning to office. So let it remain so, because no amount of "Wave" is going to re-elect him. It is wrong to only focus on the Presidency which under NoBama/Vegetable has been a virtual dictatorship disregarding the Rule of Law and attempting to abridge the Congress' jduty to write the laws by getting federal judges to overturn legislation. The attacks and persecution of PDJT will NEVER END, and we have to get our focus back on our local candidates before the Soros DA's allow the criminals to have the upper hand by NOT enforcing the law to keep them behind bars if they are incarcerated. It is important to realize that generation Z and the millenials have take control of the voting in this country and only want free stuff, climate change paid for by U.S., and legalizing weed. The American that WE know and grew up in is GONE. Time to save what we hold dear before it is completely gone and WE get persecuted for holding a different view point.

Poster #7 makes a valid point. If not Trump, who can lead the American Restoration movement? On the other hand, which other Republican can lead the Restoration movement AND win a national election? Not John McCain, Mitt, Lynne, Mike, or that son-of-a-mailman. And why? Because they stand for self-preservation, not Restoration. I like DeSantis, I like Kari Lake. The Leftist media cult will make the sweetest, most well-spoken MAGA candidate look like an imbecile or a pervert. Because they lie. And file lawsuit after lawsuit. And the detestable Never Trumpers and the rest of the GOPe will donate to them. Never thought I, a great-granddaughter of Scandinavian Pietists, would support an animal like Trump. But God gave me the grace to overlook his rough spots to see the heart, mind and soul of an American Patriot. Ramona (the Pest)

Democrat-Republican; Republican-Democrat. Two wings of the same vulture: Tyranny. If your political loyalty is to a party, a "movement", an organization or an individual and not to The Constitution of the United States, then you, sir or madame, are simply NOT an American; and I don't care if you were born on the Fourth of July underneath the Liberty Bell.

Peeloosely, Scammer and McCornpone, are like Roman emperors...without the humility. Like Mafia dons...without the kindly nature. And odumbo, sees himself as a Pharoah, the living god. I think we're cooked. With everything saturated with "America last" Americans, there's no coming back. Trump is the totem democrats and rinos will use going forward to lock a Trump and his MAGA agenda out. It doesn't matter that Trump was impeached twice on fraudulent charges. The only headline and book chapters that will matter is "Trump, a Republican. Only President in US History Impeached Twice". The book writes itself. That's all people will know and that's all the elites will present as history. Don't believe me? See some of those 'man on the street' interviews where people are asked, and can't answer, 'Who's the Vice President'? If we're lucky, they'll at least know that we have a Vice President even if they don't know who it is. Those people vote.

Stick a fork in us...we're done. Trump is the only one with any hope of defeating the Deep State he correctly identified during his Presidency. He is going to run. Desantis will be the GOP candidate. The MAGA voters will not vote for anyone but Trump thus staying home or writing his name on their ballot. End up splitting the vote and allowing whatever dufus the donkeys run to be elected.

You have to remember the Tea Party and who squashed the movement. The Tea Party didn't have the leadership as the MAGA movement or had an elected President in office. Mitch McConnell and RINO elites wouldn't have any part of the Tea Party so they smashed it very quickly. This is the plan for the populist America first MAGA base to get rid of it or try. Into 2024 will be our last fight to save America first if we don't prevail darker years of Uniparty partnership and the demise of popularism forever.

You might have gotten the feeling that—putting aside the legal cheating through mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting—the real enemy of the red wave in 2022 wasn’t Democrats but was, instead, Republicans. According to Sundance, writing at The Conservative Treehouse, if you had that feeling, you’re right on the money. According to him, we’re witnessing an all-out civil war in the Republican party that’s going to escalate as we near the 2024 presidential election. The fight is over money: Is there an American economy that benefits the American people or is the future economy purely transnational for the benefit of the leadership class

Since the “red wave” fizzled out, a consensus has quickly emerged in the media that Donald Trump is no longer a viable political force. The newly anointed prince of the Right, according to the tastemakers, is Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Trump’s more palatable, less chaotic protégé. But DeSantis and Trump offer two very different things. DeSantis is a conventional politician with Trump-like qualities, who can, at least according to his fan base, build a popular majority that is beyond Trump’s reach. Trump is a radical outsider to a rigged, illegitimate political system with which he has been at war for seven years,

It’s been an interesting week of watching people on the Right scrambling to sling mud at anything or anyone to which or whom it will stick. Perhaps the most interesting of all is “who” the blame has fallen to. Namely, Donald Trump. Most people do not understand the kind of true sacrifice Trump made when he decided to run for office—even though he surely didn’t have to. The hatred and other persecutions, the sorts that come with such public sacrifices, have the potential of ruining not only one’s own life but that of one’s family.

If there’s one thing the 2022 midterms made clear, it’s that Democrats have a huge ground game advantage over Republicans. Whether it’s a month of harvesting (and curing) ballots thanks to early voting, or going door-to-door filling out ballots for huge swaths of unlikely voters, Democrats know that turning out ballots is more important than turning out votes. They don’t have to rely on generating traditional Election Day enthusiasm through distributing campaign mailers or running TV ads. Republicans, however, still insist on investing the majority of their campaign funds into these antiquated (or pre-2020) methods. And they’re showing no signs of stopping. Why? Blame the political consultant class.

The warmongers are obsessed with destroying Russia. To achieve it, they are determined to fight to the last Ukrainian. In eight months, Congress has wasted $69 billion of American taxpayer money to fund their proxy war. That’s about $8 billion more than Russia’s entire annual military budget. In the days following the 2022 midterms, some self-anointed conservative thought leaders, who were never all that pro-Trump to begin with, have officially thrown the 45th President under the bus. These spineless conservatives have frolicked over to the DeSantis camp in a way that almost seems as if it was choreographed. Just like that, Trump is yesterday’s news -- he is to be discarded and forgotten about. ‘We need to move on from Trump!’ they’ll sheepishly exclaim. To that I say: pathetic… absolutely pathetic. This kind of thinking, to put it euphemistically, is unsound and illogical. While it’s hard to put a positive spin on the mediocre midterm results,

When Congress authorized $80 billion this year to beef up Internal Revenue Service enforcement and staffing, Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy warned that “Democrats’ new army of 87,000 IRS agents will be coming for you.” A video quickly went viral racking up millions of views, purporting to show a bunch of clumsy bureaucrats receiving firearms training, prompting alarm that the IRS would be engaged in military-style raids of taxpayers. The GOP claims were widely attacked as exaggerations — since the video, though from the IRS, didn’t show official agent training — but the criticism has shed light on a growing trend: the rapid arming of the federal government.

Last week’s election revealed an ever-deepening divide between the voting preferences of single women and everyone else. Single women broke +37 for Democrats, whereas single men, married men, and married women all favored Republicans. Perhaps “toxic feminism” or “AWFL discourse” is the problem. But whatever the explanation, given the slim margins of the recent election, this is a real issue for Republicans. Such voting trends are problematic yet understandable. Single women who lack the protection and security that a husband or father provides are likely to look elsewhere, such as to government, for the securing of their interests.

The title and argument of her Wall Street Journal column Thursday made me wonder. “Maybe Republicans Will Finally Learn,” she intoned, explaining in a subhead, “If they aren’t serious about policy, they’ll nominate Trump in 2024 and lose a fourth straight election.” By “Peggy Noonan,” I do not just mean that particular columnist.
