When your whole city’s a toilet, why not embrace it?
The D.C. Council is expected to take the first of two votes Tuesday on a massive rewrite of its criminal code. If passed, the bill would eliminate most mandatory minimum sentences, allow for jury trials in almost all misdemeanor cases and reduce the maximum penalties for offenses such as burglaries, carjackings and robberies.
Assume that there’ll be a lot more burglaries, carjackings and robberies.
Not to mention public urination.
Mayor Muriel Bowser and Police Chief Robert Contee III are pushing back hard on parts of the plan they don’t agree with, and say the council is rushing to beat an arbitrary deadline.

Can defecation be far behind? Dogs do it, why not DC denizens? Are they no better than dogs? The dim logic is incontrovertible.
Just please don’t let nasty wear that bathing suit in front of a camera again.

Looks like DC is taking to heart the phrase "don't pee on my leg and tell me it's rain". Washington DC - living the dream of totaling embracing the progressive insanity. And tonight FJB is going on television to tell me why I am the biggest threat to America. F all of them.

Apparently it's such a common occurrence that the dems needed to trivialize it. Make DC the legal outhouse it's been for years anyway.

William Butler Yeats's "great bladdered Emer" was famed for being able to urinate the widest, deepest hole in the Irish winter snow. How about cities of thousands of great bladdered Emers where there is no snow?
If you live in one of these enlightened cities, better get a clothespin for your nose. Or elect Republicans, who deal better with wackos. (Democrats don't deal with wackos well, being wackos themselves.)

When the GOP regains control of Congress in January, one of the first things they should do is revoke DC's charter for self-governance. Bow-wow-wowser and crew clearly are incapable of providing for public safety. It's time for the adults to take back control of the capitol city.

Most foreign cities in the civilized world have public restrooms. Those are rapidly disappearing in the US since the homeless and druggies overrun them and the 'progressive' leaders refuse to enforce vagrancy laws.

Nothing says national pride like allowing people to pee on monuments and places holding historical documents about the founding of the country. People from all over the world come to visit D.C. I remember there was one homeless guy who would park his butt outside of the National Archives and line up about three dozen 2 liters bottles of his urine on the sidewalk. Nothing was ever done to him because I saw him on several occasions. I was embarrassed for our country whenever I saw him.

(Actually, on a hot summer's day in D.C., you'll need a gas mask.)

You silly plebes. You've got it all wrong. This is the elites' way to further push both their green agenda and the fertilizer shortage.
"Corporate media outlets are now promoting human urine as an “eco-friendly” solution to ongoing fertilizer shortages plaguing American farmers."
"The U.S. government has funded studies using the human waste product for fertilizer since 2016, though the method has enjoyed newfound popularity amidst global fertilizer and subsequent food shortages."

Everyone visiting the Capitol should urinate on the steps. After a few hot, humid summer days, the law will be revisited.
